This place looked like somewhere I would have gone in my teenage years. My family other than my girlfriend's dad were not excited about subs at first . But we had a monsoon and it gave me the chance to get in the jeep and take the opportunity Walking in the door I met a young man and asked him the difference between the top two grinders ( subs to us) ... We went with two super greater grinders due to they have pepperoni and extra cheese over the greater grinder. Our order was 2 super grinders , 2 salami grinders , 1 meatballs grinder, and a last min addition of two brownies At this point I had a really nice conversation with Nicki a young and energetic girl who was working on all our grinders . She could not have been any better and insured me that we would not be disappointed... Correct she was right... They were great... just wonderful balance of meat and bread We might have gotten treated better due to conversion with staff... but I have a feeling they just deliver quality daily .... Side note I asked if they were the original location... they were not sure ... but said they knew they were the better location... love it

I believe I have been to one of their locations a while back, so far back I don't believe I was a Yelp member back then. But now I am and I am writing a review!. When you walk in it's like an old school restaurant feel.. I ordered a greater grinder sandwich and I was on my way!. I will definitely return and attempt to try something else different on the menu!.

My husband said "to be water it was very crisp" My husband got the Tri-Fecta with sausage instead of bacon and blueberry pancakes instead of waffles. He said the eggs needed salt and pepper but were fine. The blueberries were a bit much in the pancakes and would cut back on that just a little if he could. I got the Monterey Club. The bread was super soft. It was okay. Needed a little something, I don't know what, but flavor was lacking somewhere. I added a little pepper and it did help. The soup was delicious! I did order a side of the million dollar potatoes because I had heard great things. They didn't come with my order so I asked my waiter about them (he was super nice, I forgot his name) and he said he didn't want them to get cold so they were coming. Another lady brought them but they were regular potatoes (pictured). So when our waiter returned I showed him this wasn't the million dollar potatoes. He admitted he remembered me ordering them but didn't write them down at them time and apologized. I had already pretty much finished my meal so I just declined them. He was kind and took the other potatoes off the order (I didn't eat them). I'll catch the million dollar potatoes on the next visit. I still want to try them.

The bagel was soft and easy to bite into but was also toasted. It was perfect. They did not go easy on the avocado and I loved that!! I would definitely order this again. I tried their new caramel iced coffee with almond milk. It is the perfect amount of sweetness. You can taste the coffee but the taste isn't super strong. The workers walked to me to give me my food and drink. That was so sweet. I never had anyone do this. This location is very fast paced, you get in and out. You can eat inside as well. I will definitely be back to try their lunch menu.

Atmosphere is calm and serene, which is great for relaxing, reading, or meetings. My only complaint is not having a separate drive-through lane for app orders. I waited an hour to pick up an order I placed online for the drive thru. (Don't offer an order-ahead drive thru option if customers have to wait an hour in line to pick up.) I still enjoy the food, so I will just come inside for pick up, until a separate lane option becomes available. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

"Next time ask the pick up counter for your cup!" lol ma'am ... madam... if I have to turn around to ask for something I paid for it's an issue put the cup in the bag like every other location. I work overnight and I ignored the counter so I didn't have to speak to anyone. Glad I did, lol you were extremely rude to the gentleman while taking his order. Just seemed like you were annoyed with his presence. He asked you to repeat it and you told him "I already repeated your order already"x3 and if I asked for 2 more time ... do it. It's called customer service.. Yes we are not always right about everything but if they ask you something simple such as repeating something to them before spending money it doesn't matter what you'd like to do. It's okay to be at home and do nothing if customer service doesn't fit you. I'm an Operations Manager at a warehouse you are more than welcome to come and work for us! It's no customer service at all and pretty good pay!! Just the manual labor is all if you can handle that! I'm also here on a work trip.. so I won't be back! As someone who is right under 30 to have almost 20 years in customer service and 5 years in management... you're in the wrong. Otherwise please clean the dining area the plates were stacked up, and wash smelling great.

The wind from an incoming rainstorm knocked over the giant inflatable chicken outside. I made up my mind right then and there to stop by for a visit one day. When I finally got around to giving it a try, I dined in and was only semi-pleased. The staff were very nice, as the district manager was there at the time. The chicken itself can get quite chewy and hard to bite. The sauce is OK at best. The fries leave a little to be desired. The spiciness levels are very noticeable when requested at high volumes. I like that they offer slices of pickles with everything you order. The bread isn't too bad, as long as it's not soggy. When you order one of the Mozzarella Cheese Planks, they give it to you in a little box with a cup of sauce, a slice of bread, and a couple of pickles. I was not expecting it to have such a presentation and I have to admit, the charming nature of it almost brought a tear to my eye. It was just about the cutest damn thing I've seen in a long time. I mean, who thinks enough to do that!? Just pure thoughtfulness, that's what it was! It is VERY loud inside and the music choices aren't great. The interior is very flashy and riddled with graffiti-styled "Art". The one on Battlefield is a little better food-wise, I have to say. Which is disappointing. Maybe I'll give this one another try in the future. I still feel bad for the giant inflatable chicken that fell over in the parking lot that night. A force of nature shouldn't hinder the efforts of plastic poultry that's just trying to get the word out about Hot Dave and his line of spicy offerings.

I've always chosen Jason's Deli because the food is consistently great and the customer service has always been excellent, but today they went above and beyond. It's rare to see someone so genuinely focused on putting customers first, and I wanted to make sure that effort didn't go unnoticed. To the gentleman at Jason's Deli hats off to you.
