Either way the floors were filthy in the pickup area .....wet floor signs were present but they were not so much wet as they were greasy and dirty as if they were not properly cleaned the day before. I wish there was a different one on my way to the government compound as I would avoid this one altogether, the service this morning was definitely not on par with their usual and with this location that seems to be the norm. Before I begin I would like to say that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences…read moreand my personal experiences alone, so with that being said let's begin!. This is my very first visit to this establishment, seriously no lie! I decided to give it a try after I heard so many positive things about this restaurant/ establishment... now it was time to give my own opinion on it! I will say I was satisfied with the service, the food and the quiet atmosphere inside!. The employees were polite and courteous as soon as I walked in. It took me a few minutes to figure out what I wanted to order, they were patient. One employee walked off to check on another order after I said give me a minute, then another employee walking by and asked if I was being helpful, I told him I was still trying to decide on my order!. Finally I made a decision, I ordered the 5 boneless chicken meal that came with seasoned fries, a slice of buttered toast and a drink. I also chose the sweet and spicy sauce to go on my boneless chicken! I must say the meal was good and the fries were as well, I must say the buttered slice of toast was a hit!. For a reasonable price of a $11.58, you can't beat that with a baseball bat!!!... I recommend and will return again to try something new on the menu... and if you are like me and have never tried Zaxbys for whatever reason, now is a good time to give it a try!!!.. I'm glad I did and I hope you will too!.

I don't eat fast food, but if I do it's chick fil a sparingly when I get the taste for chicken!. This visit was all about my grandson, my wife asked him what he wanted to eat and he said McDonalds! So McDonalds it is, it's about the kids and what they want, sometimes! I love my grandkids and there isn't anything reasonable they ask for that I wouldn't give them!!!.. I asked him if he enjoyed his meal and he said yes, so 5 stars for McDonald's!!!...

The situation was handled without discretion or empathy and felt inappropriate and excessive. While I understand store policies, involving multiple emergency services in this way was unnecessary and embarrassing to witness. I use to regularly shop at Wawa and support this business, which made this experience even more disappointing. Most staff members at this location have been polite and respectful, but this particular interaction showed a serious lack of basic human empathy and poor judgment. The lack of empathy shown was alarming. Treating a human being as an inconvenience rather than exercising basic decency reflects poorly on the management at this location. This experience significantly changed how I view this location.
