Updated September 2023 the last couple times I've come here. The service has slipped but today really frustrated me. I ordered a simple order their chicken with fries. They asked me to pull up it took them about 10 minutes to get to Me and to see what was in my bag was awful. Barely any fries and all of my food was cold and seemed to be sitting I don't think I'll come back here again This is a very convenient location. Easy to pull in and out of when you're trying to get a quick lunch. The milkshake machine is broken however, I'm not sure if it will ever get fixed at this point They do have a 2for7 special that has been going on for quite a while Arby's also offers a happy hour, which include lower price, fries, sliders, and drinks There is ample sitting outside, and this location read more

Arby's has always been what one may consider a "top shelf" fast food restaurant. They arguably have the highest prices for their food. Now I dont mind paying a little bit more to conquer my cravings but I also want value for my money. Nobody "gives" me money I work hard for it. So when I ordered a half pound beef and cheddar I expected a beef and cheddar. What I got was a quarter sized squirt of some "cheese sauce". Compare the roast beef that I received today and posted here to the roast beef in the photos the franchise posted. Why doesn't what I received look the same? Why is it yellow-ish gray and not pink like their photos? Also, because of COVID it's drive through only, which I understand. But at lunch the lines back up. The owner does nothing to show up and help fix that. Now compare that to Chick Fil A just down the street on College Drive and you'll see the owner personally taking out the trash, making improvements to the drive through and doing whatever he can to make a great customer experience. I have gone to different Arby's ever since my dad took me as a kid about 45 years ago. I provide this feedback hoping the franchise owner will see it and make things better. read more

I just came through drive through and I have something COMPLETELY different than what I ordered, not even sure how there's a mix up when I was the only car In drive thru! Where do I begin.... 1. Never acknowledged the intercom (10 min) 2. We pull up assuming it was broken, did not get acknowledged at window. Worker was fixing drinks at the main counter and talking amongst other workers. 3. Pulled around to go inside (locked) but had male (non employee) sitting on rail drinking a drink. 4. Pull back around to intercom bcs it looks like ppl are ordering now. 5. Finally order 6. Pull up behind 2 vehicles at window... 7. Wait atleast 12 minutes with no movement and both vehicles still sitting. 8. Pull off. Store full of workers, no work going on. Seems like more of a hangout spot that a fast food joint. Let's see. Order wrong? Yup. Wait over 30 minutes? Yup. Every employee smelling like weed? Yup. Had them come back to the window and confirm my order three times, because don't know. I came for 2 Arby's sliders , fries and a chocolate shake. I almost come here during lunch breaks and get their happy hour deal where you can get sliders, shakes small fries and small drinks for $1. Today I missed the sale and paid reg price which was only a couple cents more . My shake was stingy on the whipped cream but my food was good . I always get amazing service and I love coming here. I get excited every time I pull up, because there's no line. But now I get it -- there's no line because the service is horrifically slow. I normally love this Arby's, staff is friendly, service is good and all that. I don't however, come at night too often, but tonight I did. It was 12 minutes after 8PM. My order was large. I was ordering for my brother, sister in law, their three kids, my mother and myself. So after I place my order the man behind the speaker asks me if I want to donate $1 for a charity. I said sure. Then I hear another voice, a woman saying "ask them to donate $5". Puzzled, I responded with "what??" No answer. Me: "What??" Again, no answer. Me: "HELLO??". I then hear the man that just took my order, "Yes?" Me: "Um, I didn't catch what your lady coworker said. What did she just say??" I obviously knew what she said but I wanted her to repeat herself. He guy said, "Oh it's okay, just pull around for your order". OK... I pull around to the window. I notice the man that took my order was actually the manager or possibly the assistant manager. I could tell he seemed nervous. Probably wondering if I actually heard what his lady coworker said. I could tell he wasn't happy about what had just occurred. There was a thin woman that came to assist him and by his demeanor I'm guessing she was probably the one who said that rude comment. But of course I don't have any way to know for sure. I didn't say anything to the manager because I don't think that would have done any good in the moment. I had a large order and their were people waiting behind me so I didn't want them waiting any longer than they had to. So that is why I am writing this review. Hopefully that manager and his female coworker will see this and know that YES I DID hear what you said and it was very rude. Just because I place a large order doesn't mean you take advantage and ask me for more money to donate. You need to understand professional curdosy madam. Maybe take that part of training over again. First of all we placed an online order and they took forever. Tell us at the last minute they don't have curly fries. Okay get the order, the order is wrong. The sandwiches don't have cheese. I call the store and The so called Manager at this particular location on night duty is very rude and ignorant. We paid $37 for our order and it wasn't right. Instead of the so called manager on duty resolving the issue. She kept hanging up the phone. Asking me what I want her to do? Whoa! Finally after having to call multiple times from being hung up on, she Offered to replace my meal then said they were closed. She couldn't even handle the employees that are under her. All I heard in the background was playing and laughter. Thats probably what took so long with the orWho has time for games when you paid your money? Yeah, I was frustrated because it was the end of the night and the food was thrown together. Please teach your employees to empathize and take ownership when wrong. Not hang up on the customer or not resolve the issue. Maybe your company should reconsider who you put in a leader position if they are going to make your business and brand look bad. On 6/27/19 around 5:45 as we were enjoying our dinner we had the pleasure of watching an employee pull up and get out of his vehicle smoking a cigarette, which he flicked into the parking lot while walking into the building he then turned right back around and went out the building where he picked up the cigarette again and went to his vehicle and changed his shoes and walked back in and right into the kitchen and began handling food and dishes without ever going into the bathroom.
