I've always heard good things about this place, so when a friend was in town & we wanted something quick, we decided to check it out. We were greeted right away when we came in & the worker explained how to place our order - you fill out the bag where your sandwich will go in & mark what meat, toppings, sauce etc you want. Food came pretty fast. I got the chicken pesto sandwich & it was just okay. Sauce was runny so it was messy to eat. I also got the large fries but it looked like it should've been a small. The employee working the register was rude. I put my order on the wrong slip, which I didn't know until she was mean about it and said the correct slips were actually right behind the employee who was back at the station. I didn't see them because they were blocked by the employee standing there. Then it took 15 min for my milkshake to be ready. Something's always forgotten. Ordered kids meals and didn't get the chips or drinks, ordered chips for the wife's sub and didn't get them. Requested no cheese on a sandwich due to our infant who nurses dairy allergy and of course there's cheese on it and because it's melted wasn't noticed till after starting to eat the sandwich now my daughter cannot nurse for the next couple days. Was really excited to try out a different sandwich chain. I had never heard of it before prior to moving to the area. It's located in a convenient shopping center next to great stores I frequent often. The restaurant was very clean and I really enjoyed the design layout of it. They offer a unique concept of ordering in which you write down on individual brown paper bags what you would like to order before approaching the back counter. The menu offered plentiful options to choose from. I opted for a safer bet: Reuben, my go-to sandwich. My husband chose the Meatball Grinder. I also ordered my toddler a Pepperoni Pizzawich. I really wanted to like this place. The employees were friendly and the food was made quick. But the food was disappointing. The sandwiches were messy and sloppily put together. They were flat out disappointing. They ran out of apple slices for the kids menu, so they gave a cold packaged cookie as the replacement. They also included carrot sticks in my son's menu and let's just say that ended up wasted in the garbage. For 2 regular sized sandwiches, kids meal (minus the apple slices), 1 drink, and 1 overly cooked side of crinkle fries, our total was close to $31. My fiancé and I stopped here on her lunch break. I ordered carryout online and just kind of walked up to the counter. A nice girl greeted me right away and asked if I had a carryout. After hearing my name, she picked up the bag and handed it to me, smiled and said thanks. It was a pleasant and brief exchange. Perfect. I took the subs out and we ate in the car. I had a large sized Grinder with avocado added, and my fiancé had a Cali Club. The subs were big. I shamelessly devoured mine and Michele could only eat half of hers. She finished it later. Both sandwiches were very good, but $30 after tax. Maybe I need to catch up with the times, but $15 for a carryout lunch sandwich felt steep. Checked this place out yesterday when I came across it while on the other side of town! I saw it pop up on friends' social media recently and added it to my list so I was happy when I found it while out and about! The restaurant is set up uniquely in that you fill out your order on the wrapper that will hold your sandwich. You walk in to find the menu and the station where you start to fill out your order! They have a handful (6-8) traditional sandwiches that you can order as is or you can start building yours from the ground up! The options are literally endless so sandwich lovers can create the perfect sandwich! Ordering may look confusing initially but once you decide the type of "wich" you want, it is actually quite easy! I am not usually so basic but as a first timer, I decided to go with an item that was traditional that I didn't need to DIY. The Superfood Wrap sounded amazing since it included a vegan black bean patty, quinoa, roasted red peppers, avocado and jalapeño hummus and it was just as great as it sounded! I loved this wrap and felt good that I was choosing a healthy meal though there is certainly the option to load up the calories, fat or what have you at Which Wich! Similar to other sandwich shops, you can make it a meal by adding a drink, chips or cookie with several options for each! I come around this way for work every once in a while and found this place to be very interesting, considering it's name. So, I came in today to try it out! It's only been open for about a week or so. I walk in, was greet immediately, and told how everything works. You pick from a menu, which you have to tilt your head super high to look at, then you grab a paper bag on a carousel of bags. The bag itself has the type of sandwich you want, and has a bunch of toppings listed on it, which you check off to let the employees know what you want. After all that, you go up to the register, hand them your bag, and then pay. Your bag gets put on a clothes line and passed down a series of employees so they can put your ingredients in your sandwich. The verdict? Well, the sandwich was actually really good, but for the price ($7 for a regular), I was very underwhelmed with its size. It's a 7in sub, but everything is very squished together and their isn't actually many toppings regardless if you ask for a lot. Maybe if they lowered the price a little, it would be something to enjoy without hesitation... but I've had bigger, tastier subs at better prices elsewhere. read more

What a letdown. I came in here close to closing and chose the Meatball Grinder and the Philly Cheesesteak to go. You can chose from a premade menu item or build your own sandwich. There's a lot of options to choose from and since I didn't want to stand around and be that kind of customer I quickly chose those two options. Two sandwiches and chips came out to $21. More than I was expecting but I heard other people rave about this chain. I went home and was disappointed by several things. The sandwich seemed on the small side considering the price, and the sandwich was a mess despite having not too much inside. I didn't feel it was a dinner in itself and was pricey on top of this. My meatball sub was also not that tasty, which could have been a saving point here. Safe to say I won't be returning and being so close to my house, I'd rather whip up a sandwich than fork over the money to have a mess wrapped up between two pieces of bread. Made-to-order sandwiches, fresh ingredients with many, many options. You can select one of the pre-conceptualized sandwiches or wraps such as The Philly, Gyro, Cobb Wrap, Bahn Mi. Or, you can create your own. There are so many options and varieties. The bread is warm and fresh. I imagine you could keep coming back and not eat the same sandwich for a while. When you enter, there is a station with the bread bags organized by choice of protein such a chicken, turkey, beef, seafood, or no protein and go veggie. Pick your preference. Simply use the Sharpie and start checking off what ingredients you want on the bag. (I was greeted almost immediately and oriented to this section and process, which was helpful.) The space itself is bright and clean and definitely captures a self-service element, from the brown bag and tickmarks to the grab your to-go bag at the end. This may sound counterintuitive but I really like how that takes the pressure off the customer. You don't have to stand there and list off everything you want on your sandwich. It's been selected by you and reviewed at your leisure before you even step up to the register. Makes for an efficient experience. I ordered a large pesto chicken with spinach, onion, cucumber, tomato, oregano, pepper, chili flakes, light mayo, and sliced eggs. The pesto was delicious. The sandwich was great. For my husband, I carried out a super which is 14" and he got the same as me with added red peppers and olives, no egg. This is his 3rd one in a week so he is a fan. My husband recently visited California where I guess there are a ton of these and so we wanted to try the one locally. When I went to check in, the reviews were not great. Why? Because people are ridiculous. News flash, the store doesn't place the handicap spaces, the person who owns the property does! Anyway, we were lost, wandering around like morons and this absolutely wonderful young lady came and took time to explain everything to us and make recommendations and she was just delightful (Kayla managers, she's great). So we ordered our sandwiches and it took longer than a subway and thank goodness for it. It was fresh and made perfectly and really quite tasty. Gourmet? No, but it's a sub shop essentially. Stopped by this new place and had a great lunch. We ordered the Ultimate BLT and the Wicked. Both were excellent. It's new so it's shining clean. The very big negative, and the reason for the two stars is the unprofessionalism of the staff and the placement of the handicap parking spaces. I counted four tables in the restaurant that were taken up by the staff. This is a small space and two tables were being used for staff members to take their breaks. Is there no break room provided for them? But, even worse, two tables were also being used by management to conduct business. The managers were on their cell phones conducting business in general and talking with employee candidates. Who wants to listen to that while they eat? Their laptops and papers were messily spread out all over the tables and seats. Who wants to see that? Is there no office? People were forced to walk past them just to place their order. These guys talked loudly on their phones and one even moved around the restaurant while talking. How considerate to ensure that every diner got an earful. Once again the handicap parking spaces are located on the side of the building instead of by the front door. Those front door parking spaces were thoughtfully placed for all the able bodied customers who could easily walk a mile. The inside is small and might be difficult to navigate in a wheelchair if there isn't someone to place and retrieve the order. I guess I would recommend not going alone. read more

Open today, 2/26/18 If you like over-priced, underwhelming food, this is the place for you! If you like "concept" and are willing to pay for it, then this place is for you. Food was OK at best - I got a Gyro and while I wasn't expecting the best I'd ever had, it was only about as good as what Arby's makes. Came out nothing like the picture - plenty of meat, plenty of bread (both a little dry), barely any onions (which were just slivers, and since I didn't get tomatoes at this price you'd think they would at least compensate) and could have used more Tzatziki (which would help with the dryness). $8.00 for the sandwich, 1.75 for the drink ("medium") so it was $10+ by the time I was done. I'd say, if you have disposable income and you like the kind of "vibe" these places are marketing, great. Otherwise go with someone else and split a sandwich - share the cost, share the calories, etc. They probably have some decent other sandwiches and I know I didn't order a traditional sandwich sandwich so I could have just ordered poorly. It would make a nice change from Subway, or Jimmy Johns, or any of the other sub shops (I'd rather support Zeros at this price point) but for the money, I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, and it would be at the bottom of the rotation.
