Love, love, love the food. Food is excellent with plenty of healthy choices. The service has always been pleasant for the most part. I know the employees work hard. Atmosphere is calm and serene, which is great for relaxing, reading, or meetings. My only complaint is not having a separate drive-through lane for app orders. I waited an hour to pick up an order I placed online for the drive thru. (Don't offer an order-ahead drive thru option if customers have to wait an hour in line to pick up.) I still enjoy the food, so I will just come inside for pick up, until a separate lane option becomes available. Otherwise, keep up the good work! read more

The woman at the front counter is probably the rudest person I've ever met. I didn't spend 40$ on food for her to be disgusting towards customers. She is here at noon on the 8th of August. Food was delicious though. It's also nice and quiet if you're trying to relax while you eat your lunch. You just have to get by the senior at the front desk named Shirley to get your drink. read more

I have to admit that I don't go to Panera as much anymore because it's not convenient to where I live but I have a special place in my heart for the old St. Louis Bread Cos. It seams that every time I go in there are so many changes. Yesterday, I went in on a cold and rainy night just to get a bowl of cream of chicken and wild rice and it was delicious! Please don't ever replace it on the menu! The staff was nice and welcoming but the small counter area didn't make it feel like there was a fun and well cocked bakery so I didn't opt in for the extra sweet treat. The chi tea latte was the perfect way to end the night! read more

I'm not normally thrilled about Paneras, but this location is different. My French dip was delicious! The ciabatta roll was fresh and the flavors, including a cup of French onion soup for dipping, all went well together. Hopefully, they will keep the sandwich around since it's a limited edition. My Cobb Ranch salad was also fresh and tasty with lots of fresh ingredients, I also had the pomegranate hibiscus tea which was ok. It could have a stronger flavor but refreshing nonetheless. The counter person was awesome. She really, voluntarily, helped me order the Pick 2 for the most bang for my buck, which was greatly appreciated. Check them out! read more

Panera Bread - Pick 2 - French Dip with Ranch Cobb Salad and Chips - Sandwiches Near Me - Suffolk, Virginia

I absolutely love the broccoli cheddar soup and I combined that with a Cobb salad. Panera never disappoints!!!

The food was very good, but also very expensive. I always feel like these servers are very nice and willing to help.

I love stopping here for their sandwiches and pastries. I recently tried their lunch specials which had a half sandwich and soup or salad I was impressed with my friends leafy goodness I still went with my broccoli and cheddar but we split our portions and we loved both. The staff are super responsive and always have a smile. I like taking my breaks her so I can relax and use my laptop the Wi-Fi is pretty fast read more

Very friendly and kind staff. I've been to many different Panera Bread locations, but the food here tastes the best and the customer service is excellent. I stop by every morning, and they always greet me with big smiles it really makes my day start off great. read more

The food was not what I was expecting. The top piece of bread was soggy from the sauce, so I had to remove it and eat the sandwich with just the bottom piece. The tomato was also soggy and didn't seem fresh, so I took that off as well. There was barely any meat on the sandwich. On a positive note, the cookie was good, and I did enjoy the broccoli cheddar soup. read more

For some reason this location descided they didn't want to do the Veterans Day special. I don't know why they think they're to good for it, but definitely won't be back read more

The absolute worst service, we did not get any of the bagels that were pre-ordered, replaced them with crappy wheat bagels! They slam the drive through window on you before you can say anything, very rude. We won't be back. read more

Let me start off by saying I love this franchise for their food, pastries and beverages. I ordered a breakfast steak bagel with egg,the bagel was not and soft and the egg was flavorful and fluffy, I get down to the last few bites and this piece of steak was the biggest toughest and not chewable which made the whole sandwich terrible. I don't believe they can tell if the meat is tough by looking at it so I'm not blaming anybody in particular but I was very disappointed in what I received from Panera, maybe it was just a bad section of meat but it doesn't change how my taste buds were let down. read more

I'm never really a fan of reviewing some chains but honestly I'm glad this place is around. It fits the bill of "healthy" and not breaking the bank. The advantage this place has over other places is the possible infrastructure and standards that are aligned with Panera. So if you've been to one (good) Panera, you know what to expect from this place. The staff is friendly the food is that healthy and light that you would want and is just great overall. I really love the patio area since it allows us a place to bring a dog. Panera really fits the area perfect in terms of the good, affordable, and healthy. I'm not a big Panera guy but I wanted a good salad, with the help of the girls taking order and helping decide I got a Greek salad. I really enjoyed the salad and the customer service and care they showed to make sure I was happy. A very good crew and I will be back . read more

This place never disappoints! Delivery is always fast even if they say it'll take 45-60 mins it never does! -turkey sandwich with white cheddar, spinach, pickled red onion and garlic mustard aioli. The adobo corn blend I could seriously eat in a bowl all by itself. The southwest dressing perfection. read more

I'm not sure what they find so hard to understand about extra croutons. I order extra croutons and at least half the time they forget. Maybe it seems a little thing but it's a big part of the meal. read more

I can't say enough about the current management at Panera. The manager was enormously pro-active in solving a problem I had with a gift card that was mistakenly thrown away. He contacted the main office and they tracked down the card and sent me another. We eat there often and like the new value meals and also that everything there is more fresh and high quality. There is a calm atmosphere and a very helpful staff. read more

I had no idea that Panera was offering family meals. This was just perfect! It came with 4 servings of everything, we got to choose 4 different sandwich halves, the soup and 4 chocolate chip cookies. I have a teething 1 year old who didn't feel good. I was exhausted, and it was cold outside. Warm and delicious food delivered right to your door by Panera! They got our order exactly right and everything was just perfect. They even give you an entire baguette! Love the convenience of this meal. read more

Ordered delivery from here for the first time. My tortellini was delicious.. pasta was al dente, very flavorful smoked tasting shredded chicken.. nice and creamy. My dad enjoyed his sandwich and salad. They didn't forget anything and the dressing was on the side like I asked. Plus my Dads sandwich had a couple substitutions and it was all correct. My tomato w/ mozz flatbread was soggy though so I couldn't enjoy it. All in all i would order delivery from here again. read more

Extremely dissatisfied with the portions of the bread bowls. I got a chicken n wild rice bread bowl and my wife got the creamy tomato and both of them weren't even close to being full to the top. I ate mine in 6 bites. I also got a full chipotle avo chicken sandwich and it had legit two slices of avocado on it. read more

Nope. Spaced our my times going and it gets worse every time. I expect certain things from fast food restaurants but definitely not hair in my food or grill cheese that looks like this for 5 bucks. Not only did the chicken have hair it was cold too. Panera overall isn't bad I'll just stick with the Norfolk location... this was Harborview read more

the turkey blt was made poorly. there was turkey all in the middle and a big chuck of it and there was also a huge chuck of avocado on the left of the sandwich and not any anywhere else. I ended up with salmonella. dont go here. read more

Great service, my order was correct and ready when I went to pick it up. Friendly woman at the window with correct change. Thx!

After being in the drive through line for 15 min with only 2 cars in front of me- when we pull up to the window they tell me at 10am on a Sunday, Mother's Day, that they are out of bagels, that's all the online orders took them. I would've appreciated a sign outside saying that since at the point when you are ordering you can't get out of line. So don't bother going there for bagels without ordering online. read more

I have never had a bad experience the several times I come. Great customer service and food consistent each time. Panera has made changes to the menu to make some items healthier which of course a good thing for some of us that can't seem to only make a semi healthy decision. I tend to get a couple items out of the variety of choices offered but I like the rotation of menu items provided seasonally. There is outside seating available as well as tables and booths inside. They have started to bring your food to your table. This feature is the best when traveling with little ones. Leaving them at the table to pick up your food is not always the best or safest thing to do. Delivery service just started although I was told that it is a very limited area (sadly I think I do not make the cut). On random days I have been priveleged to samples. They also have computers to place your order to avoid the lines. Lines are usually worse during the week around lunch time. Very kid friendly in that they offer a kids menu and provide highchairs. A community bulletin board is also on the wall for the locals! read more

The last 4 times I have been to this location they either forgot to put eggs in my salad or they don't have ingredients to complete the salad . I'm paying full price for less ingredients. I've also been told by the cashiers that they had all the ingredients just to be disappointed when I open my salad. You should have a sign saying you are out of certain things . I asked to have extra avocado and the manager told me no it's a protein, ummm no it's not it's fruit known for it's good fats. I will not be back at this location . read more

The manager on duty is completely rude. Rude to both customers and third party vendors. I witness her being nasty to my delivery driver who was informing her my order was not available. Apparently the Panera gave my $70 dollar order to another driver who miss delivered my order to the wrong place. My actual driver was trying to notify management that the order was picked up by someone else. The manager on duty Brianna ignored the driver several times as he tried to get her attention. The door dash driver who was super nice waited for her as she refused to remake the food. As a customer my needs come first but Brianna was too preoccupied trying to get a "DoorDash" credit to the restaurant than to remake my food while the driver continued to wait. She claims that the order was delivered but even on the Panera app the update was stuck on "Preparing Order." Brianna finally spoke to us after we called the restaurant several times. I am in the service industry and have an understanding of how DoorDash works. You can request a DoorDash credit as a vendor at any time. Instead of making my priorities of a customer first by remaking my food Brianna choose the company needs first. She was more concerned with getting her credit then just remaking the order and fulfilling the customers needs first. She also disregarded a door dash delivery driver trying to help the situation and do his own job as well. This is definitely an issue with management priorities and if this is how Panera conducts business, then you may need to second guess how service works. read more

Greatly disappointed as I tried multiple times to place a catering order by phone. First attempt I was placed on hold and definitely forgotten about or ignored. Second and third attempt I was hung up on after multiple rings. Horrible customer service, and to think I have relied on this restaurant for catering for years. read more

I've yet to eat here when it's not busy. Early, mid-day, late....it's always busy. The line moves fast enough....they just need more seating. Great Sandwiches, soups, and salads. And the pastries! The bagels are good and they slice for you. Downfall: expensive. Our family of 4 often spends close to $50 for a meal here. They do have a rewards card but they are random rewards and expire before I ever get back to use them. Wish it was cheaper or we would be here more often. I like the seasonal menu items. read more

0 out of 5 stars if I could! These employees here are quite literally the scum of the earth... I went through drive through a couple nights ago only to spend my money on complete trash. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup combo but they shouldn't even be allowed to call that thing a sandwich because all it was was a choking hazard! These people put ONE singular slice of cheese on THE thickest brioche bread I have ever seen in my life and popped it in the microwave! I called and let them know that I wasn't happy with my order and the person I spoke with told me to let me know all I had to do was come in and let someone know and I would be taken care of. Fast forward to tonight when I pull up to the drive through to do just that only to be accused of trying to steal a meal from them because the person I spoke to didn't write my name in their Trash Orders Book! They clearly need that book btw! Like who in their right mind is trying to steal their choking hazard of a sandwich?? Now when I try I to call to speak to someone so I can get the name of the person who I spoke to tonight at the drive thru they don't want to answer their phone. Save your money and eat dirt because it's literally the same thing! I've never had a problem ordering from the Hampton location so clearly this is an isolated event so with that being said, I hope the Suffolk location goes out of business‍ read more

Today my husband and I went to Panera . The food was absolutely delicious. I had the pick two meal which included the chipotle chicken on focaccia bread topped with onions, fresh avocado, cheese and sweet peppers. I also had the Mac and cheese. I like Panera when traveling. This one is nice in that it is close to the highway exit. It also has outdoor seating in the shade. We stopped on our way to OBX, NC. I order the flatbread pizza it was good but the only complaint is it didn't have any sauce. Also I ordered the poppyseed berry salad it was good but my only complaint is whoever prepared the salad placed the hard bottom part of the lettuce in my salad.
