after seeing someone post about this spot on tiktok i knew i had to give this place a visit! their menu is on the smaller side, but you're bound to find something that appeals to your taste buds.
- notes -
both cash and card are accepted!
also has a bathroom towards the back of the second floor, but it doesn't have a lock.
- atmosphere -
the inside of this restaurant is super cute and simple; there's definitely a slightly cozy vibe going on with light yellow lighting and brown undertones in the furniture. it's honestly a great place for a date night or to take your friends for a nice meal.
- overall experience -
a few days prior, i made a reservation for 4 people at 7:00 pm on a friday night on resy. we were running a bit late due to traffic and were able to call the restaurant to push our reservation time 30 minutes later. when we arrived, we were immediately seated upstairs, even though our entire party hadn't arrived yet. the service here was great and the staff are really friendly! our food never took more than 10 minutes to arrive after ordering, even though the restaurant was quite busy at the time.
- recommendations -
highly recommend that you must try their pad thai bo ran, pu karee, pandan coconut sticky rice, and thai tea croffle!

-fresh oysters: these long island oysters are served with their house special spicy seafood sauce, chili jam, and crispy shallots. the size of the oysters were quite big, and they tasted super fresh as well. you really didn't need any of the sides to enjoy the flavor, but it was still a plus. normally, they're priced at 3 for $10 or 6 for $18. but, if you come during happy hour from mondays through fridays 11:30 am-6:00 pm, they're $2 each. -pad thai bo ran: this entree comes with stir-fried rice noodles in a tamarind sauce with shrimp paste, chives, and tofu wrapped inside an egg nest. the side comes with a lime wedge, some bean sprouts, and peanuts, along with 2 fried jumbo prawns on top of the egg nest. the noodles had the perfect texture, and the flavor had a great balance between savory, nutty, and slightly sweet. the prawns were slightly fried, and the crispiness really made them enjoyable to eat. my only complaint would've been that i wished that there were more bean sprouts on the side. the portion was extremely fair for $24, and i would 100% order this again if i came by again. -loaded moh fai: this dish is one of their winter specials, which is a spicy tom yum hot pot with instant ramen, snow crab legs, 2 jumbo prawns, squid, roasted pork, ground pork, and egg yolk. the pot is served on top of a gas stove and continues to cook for just a bit longer before everything is fully cooked through. the server also helped us out by giving us suggestions for the heat settings and notifying us when the food was ready to eat. the tom yum base had a good balance of salty, tart, and citrus flavor while being light at the same time. all the seafood inside tasted fresh and the ramen was great too since it held onto the soup well. we really had no complaints about this dish. although the price is pretty expensive at $40, you get so much variety and food that makes it worth the try. -moo grob: this entree comes with pieces of crispy pork belly in a spicy basil sauce with long beans and red pepper, along with a bowl of jasmine rice on the side. the pork belly was cooked just the right amount; each piece didn't have too much fat either, which was appreciated. each bite had tons of savoriness and a kick of spice from the sauce. my only complaint would be that the dish is on the oily/greasy side, but it is also great for sharing. although it doesn't look like much at first glance, the portion of food is quite filling for $20. -pu karee: this entree had crispy soft shell crabs in creamy curry egg sauce with scallion, celery, onions, and red pepper, along with a bowl of jasmine rice. it was pretty spicy for me, but had so much flavor! the crab tasted amazing with the curry and rice. for $30, i definitely thought that it was worth the price. -pandan coconut sticky rice: loved this so much especially with the touch of sesame seeds on top! it's a bit more coconut-forward than pandan, but the flavors were both there. the consistency of the rice was just right t
one small bowl costs $5, which isn't that bad imo because i'd probably not be able to get this anywhere else. (5/5)
-thai tea croffle: this new dessert comes with a croissant waffle with powdered sugar, mini marshmallows, and strawberry slices on top. on the side, there's also some whipped cream, a scoop of thai tea ice cream, and a thai tea-flavored sauce you can pour on top or dip into. the texture of the croffle was crispy on the outside and chewy/soft on the inside, which was perfect. all the toppings and sides paired so well together too! $12 does seem kind of pricey for this dessert, but it's definitely possible to share it with another 1-2 people.
