I just admit I wasn't expecting them to be very busy. And apparently neither did management. We tried calling, but nobody picked up. Don't know why we didn't think to order online. But, I made the trip there to order in person. At the place, I found out why nobody picked up the phone. The one lady working the front counter was extremely busy. I was told my order would take 25 minutes, but it ended up using twice as long. Not her fault. And not the fault of the cooks. They were simply undermanned. Clearly they did not expect this kind of turnout during their first week. Good for them. The amount of people waiting kept increasing. The fried appetizers were small portions and perhaps a bit overcooked. The raw oysters were big! They were fresh and tasty. My one peeve is when opening oysters and you get some shell bits in the oyster, pick out the broken bits, and never wash them under the sink faucet. Worst of all, the size of the crawfish; the tiniest we've ever had.. so little meat on the crawfish. You do all this work but the reward (the meat) is almost not even worth it. I wish I took a picture of the size of the meat of the crawfish but you know how your fingers get when eating this food. Give it two stars instead of one because the flavor of the spice was fine. Also, on their menu they give you a 1lb price but there is a 2lb minimum.
