    Santa's Tiki

Time and time again, IYKYK serves! Truly the best hidden gem in Flushing. It's tucked away from all the chaos and you really got to look closely to find it... speakeasy vibes. It's dark in there, giving a real sexy vibe. Bartender Kert and all the friends behind the bar really make the drinks nice and strong! Truly what I want whenever I'm at a bar. It's gotta hit me. And when I'm here... it always hits!! Some of the cocktails change with the seasons. This past summer they had an ube martini! And as a Filipina, I heavily approve of that ube martini. I'm looking forward to the warmer seasons again. But for now, the winter menu really popped off. The All I Want for Christmas and Santa's Tiki were IT for me!!!! And pretty for photos too. The food is also very good here. You've got to the DTF grilled oysters and burger... the truffle fries... and the popcorn chicken. Basically, don't skip on this spot when you are doing a Flushing crawl!!!

Was in the area for a conference and looking for a place to unwind after a full day of travel, this definitely checked that box. Came alone and had the smash burger, which was really solid. The Almost a Manhattan was fabulous.

A very swanky speakeasy cocktail bar, one block off Northern Blvd. The ambiance gives off a, chic and sophisticated vibe. There are limited high tops and banquettes for seating. However, the coolest spot is definitely a seat at the bar! That's where all the action is. Drinks are phenomenal here, each one more unique and pleasing to the senses. My favorite was the clarified Pina Colada type drink called the Velvet Moon. I highly recommend going during Happy Hour which is the best pricing around town. It starts at 5:30pm so grab a seat and enjoy. Not to mention the good eats. Snack sized plates, good for sharing if you're just doing a taste. It's like the pre-dinner or to accompany your drink list. Must try the crispy tuna rice and the lumpia - a twist on the classic, crab meat! And if you're a fan of oysters, do get the grilled oysters. So good. Cheers!

Great new place in Flushing! Just off to the side, great vibes, great drinks and service. They have a creative rotating cocktail menu so I'll keep you guessing year round. Excited to come back for their winter menu in December.

I came here to celebrate my friends bday back in October and we had the most amazing time!! It happened to be one of the workers birthdays too and they passed around some of his cake which I thought was so sweet. The hospitality and service was truly A+!!! We met a few of the workers and ah!! Everyone was so nice. It was such a nice environment and made the night so much better. We had a variety of cocktails and food to share. I got the kiss&tell and enjoyed that but all their cocktails were delicious. The small snacks were also enjoyable with our beverages. Cannot wait to come back here for a normal date night, girls night, celebratory night, anything!

So I absolutely love this place. I'm so glad I went there last night. First of all Liz is an amazing bartender and Worker. I also want to say this is the cutest trendiest decor and it's everything right with Flushing Queens. My cocktails were to die for they were fun, inventive creative, and the food. There was all clean and delicious. I highly recommend every single thing that I got it was delicious. My drinks were delicious. My food was delicious. I also wanna say I checked my blood sugar and my blood sugar was not raised by anything. I ate here 10 out of 10 I'll be back.

This is my second time here! Came for a yelp event and of course it never disappoints! Mac is the hostess with the mostest! He really takes pride in his business with the service and the food! Everything was delicious! The drinks a little strong for those that don't drink...lol! But they were good. I love the lighting and the music, a few chairs and tables because it's a small space, but it's so cute! I love it here! This has become one of my go to spots for good music, good food and good drinks...Just give yourself time to circle around the block for parking, it is flushing! 10/10, would definitely recommend!

When we first arrived, I didn't expect the place to be that small--but it turned out to be really clean and nicely laid out. The booths fit around 4 people comfortably (maybe 5 if you squeeze in), and the cool Japanese-inspired interiors with masks were a nice touch. We tried mostly fried dishes. Starting with the lumpia--so filling and with a delicious Filipino twist! Loved it right away. Next was the coconut shrimp, perfectly crispy and even better with the mayo dip. The popcorn chicken was savory and satisfying, and the sliders were a hit--the bread was soft, and the meat was tender and juicy. Overall, such a hidden gem! I'll definitely be coming back.

This is definitely Queens speakeasy gem tucked away in flushing! Beautiful and lovely decor. The service was excellent and was able to meet Mac who was very accommodating and gave us a complimentary cereal shot flight that was delish. I had the smash burger which was delicious and my lady and I shared the chicken popcorn thighs good seasoning! And the oysters fresh and delicious.I had the Carmel old fashioned that hit the spot and the lady at the lychee martini which she enjoyed as well. Overall, I will definitely be back here. Everything was 10/10!! Definitely come check them out!

Another Speakeasy in Queens. It's an intimate setting with dim lighting (phone flashlight to read the menu). We sat at a booth with the magnetic light bulb; intriguing. I arrived first and secured a booth across from the high tops for four. The waiter and owner/manager were engaging. We learned that they change the libations seasonally (sidepiece is a spring option). To accompany the libations of lychee martini, tropic thunder and flushing mule, we ate lumping, truffle fries and fish tacos (3 in a serving). We are on a Speakeasy tour and we aim. To return and even introduce others. IYKYK

Flushing has been lacking a cocktail bar that people can just chill at. I know there's Leaf and The Attic, but I never felt like I could just hang out there all night. Thankfully this has changed with the addition of IYKYK. I've been here twice and each time, I've enjoyed the cocktails and the food. I like that they have their regular cocktails (my favorite is the Velvet Moon) and seasonal ones as well. Their food menu is pretty solid as well and pairs perfectly with their drinks. Service here is top notch and even when it's crowded, I've never felt rushed.

Love this speakeasy cocktail bar and their happy hour bites are so yummy. Burger and banh mi tacos were also delish. My fave was def the lumpia, no skimpy on the filling either. The ginger highball and yuzu fizz mocktail were also yummy. Friendly and attentive service 10/10

Late-night gem alert!…read more This tiny hole-in-the-wall oyster spot is where you end up when you're not ready to go home but still want something good. It feels like a total 2016 time capsule--in a comforting, nostalgic way--with soft lighting, chill energy, and zero pressure to be anything but relaxed. The main event--the oysters are fresh and hit every time, exactly what you want them to be. The cocktails? Fun, well-balanced, and dangerously easy to keep ordering. It's the kind of spot you stumble into once and then keep recommending like it's a secret--even though it deserves all the hype.

This is always my go to spot with my girlfriend for oysters in the past. We haven't been here in…read morealmost more than a year due to the happy hour not aligning with our work schedules. Today we were both able to make it here for happy hour, I called for a reservation and was glad that they were able to accommodate a seat for 2. However, we got here and it seemed like there was an event going on, should've been closed for just the event in my opinion. Honestly, we were very psyched to be able to make it here for happy hour. When we received our oysters, it came out in a massive size platter with two dozens in it that took up the entire table space. The waitress then brought out our 3rd dozen at the same time as well and we didn't have any space to use our mini plates. This wasn't a huge issue, it just would've been better if the timing was spaced out with when they brought out the oysters. While we were eating the oysters, it felt like a gamble 50/50 as to when you will get an oyster with extra shell pieces in your "bite" it wasn't cleaned well or shucked as well as it use to be. The environment looks the same as usual, speakeasy vibe, it was just extremely loud with the event going on and like I said, should've just closed up for a couple of hours for that event. For our service, our waitress forgot to bring extra sauce as I had already asked when she initially took our order. Another issue was we finished our oysters and expected to get our truffle fries right after, but it took about 10 min for her to get back to us and by then we were very over it being there and I asked for the check from the same waitress. She then comes back 10 min later and brings the truffle fries and at that point we were already visibly dressed and ready to go since she forgot to bring the truffle fries out within a reasonable timeframe. I personally know what bad service is and honestly, I still don't think this was the worst, but it definitely ruined our experience of coming back to the Attic for future reference. ** If you are planning to come for happy hours just remember that you risk eating oysters with extra shell pieces in your "bite." I don't know how the service is from the other workers as well, so don't base off the entire customer service experience based off this one waitress.

There are plenty of seats but during the weekends they fill up quickly. I would just recommend coming in earlier. Really enjoyed their strawberry matcha latte and banana latte. The matcha had a strong creamy flavor that complimented the strawberry flavor very well. Judging from the color, it was definitely a decent quality matcha. The hot banana latte was not too sweet and really impressed me with the taste. It wasn't artificial and was very comforting on a colder day. I also tried the oolong tea cheesecake. The texture was moist and the perfect density for a cheesecake. While the tea flavor was light, I would get it again. Excited to try out their other drinks, they also have a selection of desserts like the tiramisu that will sell out quickly.

Best of all, their specialty coffee and tea are surprisingly affordable--most drinks are only around $5 to $7, which is a steal compared to many boba and tea shops. Perfect for working, grabbing a coffee, and picking up flowers all in one stop. *Golden Osmanthus Jasmine $6.5 I love light, floral teas, and this one was perfect. It is a blend of jasmine tea and osmanthus topped with cream foam. Delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet. *Black Sesame Latte $6 The black sesame cream foam was so nutty that I literally scooped it up with a spoon. The flavor turned mild once mixed with the espresso and milk though. *Matcha White Chocolate $7 A Christmas special! I was so excited to see they serve "matcha donut latte" which is quite popular last year. The vibrant green matcha latte is topped with a ring of whipped cream and funfetti. A very warm and cozy drink. *Warm Tofu Pudding $6 This tofu pudding comes with either ginger or osmanthus syrup. I added lychee jelly, mixed fruit jelly, and red bean. Warm, cozy, and especially comforting on a cold day.
