Not only do the servers serve in the actual bar area but there is a large area across from the bar with seating and tables so the servers run around and disappear, it took well over a half hour to get our food after we ordered. The high-top tables have very uncomfortable chairs and my legs were numb by the time we got up. Also, the chairs weigh a ton and I was not able to move it close to the table, I had to lean forward to eat. At check in we were given a voucher to use for dinner or breakfast worth only $10. You can't get a piece of toast for $10. That is a joke and an insult to loyal members.

Staff greeted us promptly but after that it can be a while before you get checked on. They seem to have adequate staff. But they get caught in their own conversations. 1-2 work. 1-2 talk. Loudly, emotionally, and with foul language. The servers that took care us were wonderful. John and Jamie. So hopefully, you will get them too. The portions are big. The flavor is ok. The food was fresh. And that raspberry vinaigrette was award winning. The prices are a little higher than mid America but comparable for NYC. There aren't a lot of great restaurants nearby. (1 mile range). 2 miles you have more options. We won't be afraid to come back though.

The food was significantly better than we had expected from a hotel restaurant. We did all get sandwiches though...so it's kind of hard to mess those up. Two of us ordered the chicken sandwiches which were good. I ordered mine without the BBQ sauce and bacon...but there was an avocado cream on it that was out of this world. So good. My other co-worker got the Reuben and he said it was fantastic! (I know it looked REALLY Good, and large!). French fries were average. The drinks were hit or miss. The jack and coke was average, the caramel apple martini was too sweet from the caramel but had barely any apple flavor. The best drink of the night was one of their holiday specials - a cranberry margarita. Oh my... I have been craving that drink every day since we got home. Soo good! The service wasn't great. We waited a while for the drinks and food.. But I think they were just short handed...our waitress was running around like a mad woman trying to keep up. We felt so bad for her! The very best part of the meal was the dessert - New York Style cheesecake. It may go down in history of the best cheesecake that I and my co-worker have ever had. It was so rich and creamy. Perfect raspberry puree displayed on the side of the plate. We sat there closing our eyes after every bite as the flavor was so perfect. I really miss that cheesecake :( Will definitely be back!

The bar wraps three sides and will fit at many as 25 or so people and this gets complimented with many tables, so space in not a problem. Service is adequate if not good and even though, at times, we had a hard time attracting the attention of a bartender, they were always friendly when they arrived. It's hotel food so don't go crazy thinking that you'll have an earth shattering experience. But it does come out hot and is good. We had some wings and some spring rolls which we enjoyed. Kick back and watch some news or relax with friends after work. Either way, you'll have a good time here and won't think twice about coming back.

My critique is just that their matcha quality is very disappointing. I won't focus on this because this is a smaller business and I think the coffee is pretty good. I think next time I would go and try a recommendation.

Best of all, their specialty coffee and tea are surprisingly affordable--most drinks are only around $5 to $7, which is a steal compared to many boba and tea shops. The space is spacious, comfy, and beautifully decorated, with free Wi-Fi and clean bathrooms. Their playlist is very nostalgic, playing songs by Jay Chou, Khalil Fong, and Fiona Sit. Perfect for working, grabbing a coffee, and picking up flowers all in one stop. *Golden Osmanthus Jasmine $6.5 I love light, floral teas, and this one was perfect. It is a blend of jasmine tea and osmanthus topped with cream foam. Delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet. *Black Sesame Latte $6 The black sesame cream foam was so nutty that I literally scooped it up with a spoon. The flavor turned mild once mixed with the espresso and milk though. *Matcha White Chocolate $7 A Christmas special! I was so excited to see they serve "matcha donut latte" which is quite popular last year. The vibrant green matcha latte is topped with a ring of whipped cream and funfetti. A very warm and cozy drink. *Warm Tofu Pudding $6 This tofu pudding comes with either ginger or osmanthus syrup. I added lychee jelly, mixed fruit jelly, and red bean. Warm, cozy, and especially comforting on a cold day.
