My first time here and it definitely won't be my last! This rooftop bar is incredible and has such a breathtaking view. Came around 7:30pm and the timing was just right to catch the sunset. They have BOGO beers for their happy hour in addition to buy 2 get one free on their cocktails. There's an array of unique cocktails on the menu, so you're bound to find one that matches your taste. The bar is located on the roof of a beautiful hotel in flushing. My friend and I came here around 7pm on a Friday evening. Kind of didn't want to post this review because I wanted to keep this place a secret but nonetheless, here we go~ After naked crab I came here compelled by the scenic pictures on yelp as well as the high rating. For a Tuesday night, A+ had a calming and chill vibe. The view overlooked all of flushing as well as the Manhattan skyline and citified, so it was gorgeous. My friends got a few cocktails; $15 each Mango, passion fruit, mint, berry, and something else I don't remember LOL but I would recommend the Mango and passion fruit- the other ones were okay, the berry was a bit watered down, and some cocktails tasted strangely herbally as there were a various ingredients in the beverages. If you're looking for a low-key place with a nice view, this might be for you. I came here on Sunday afternoon and it was empty. The music was loud. They had happy hour deals where it was all you can drink beer for $15 from 7pm. On some weekdays you get buy 1 get 1 beer and buy 2 get 1 cocktail in the evening. The bar is small. The ambiance is more trendy street style as oppose to a classy upscale rooftop. You see the citifield stadium, the city skyline far away, 7 train track, a bridge (not sure of name) and the laguardia planes landing/taking off. For me that's unique/memorable compared to other rooftop places in the city. It's a different vibe and experience. Bathroom was located outside. Decent place. The crowd was a mix of one birthday party in the corner with some couples and friends sitting around the bar watching the NBA finals. Although the drinks took forever to make, they were ahhh-mazingggg. The rose G&T is everything it was supposed to be and the Flying Dutchman was more crisp and cold than a Coors when that can turns blue. Alright bad example but that Dutchman made the night turn from decent to great. Finding this place can be a hassle. However my friend and I wanted to get a cocktail so we stopped by this rooftop since leaf bar was overly packed due to baseball. This location was fairly packed but enough seating out with the view, so we thought we hit the jackpot. I had ordered a moscow mule and this one was possibly one of the worst ones i've ever tasted. I can understand some of the reviews saying the mixes here tasting like cough syrup. I shouldve known that the taste wouldve been low standard when I asked if they make that and the bartender stumblingly said "sure uhh i think i can make that". Where do I even begin? My friend called and made dinner reservations for four. Can you imagine her surprise when she arrived and was told they didn't serve dinner? After the food situation was sorted out (no thanks to this place), the four of us sat at a table slightly away from the bar. After sitting and waiting for about 10mins for someone to take our drink order, we figured out we had to order our drinks from the bar for the bartender to bring them to the table. Horrible customer service? I think so; I stood up to order my drink - I don't need your help walking my half empty drink (why does this place serve half empty drinks?!) to the table. Thanks but no thanks. The ambiance is pretty laid back. There are no views of anything except sky if you are sitting down. The sunset was lovely. The view of Citi Field (woohoo Mets) was great. Came here after the first roof top bar we tried to go to was closed for a private event. This bar is located on the roof of a hotel that looks like it was constructed to keep zombies out during an apocalypse, but i digress. When we got there the general feeling i had was just of being underwhelmed and unimpressed. The space is just weird. When you walk in there are small tables set up in a corner and then a couple of tall bar stools by the ledge overlooking the beauty that is Flushing. The music was pumping but there were like 4 other people there and it wasn't really a party atmosphere. I would suggest reading the room first before selecting music. We went to the bar to check out the bar menu (which is engraved in wood p.s.) we decided to get two beers since we are not huge cocktail fans and an order of guacamole. We grabbed our beers and went to actually check out the roof top view. The views were super nice and we had an incredible view of the sun setting and planes taking off and landing. The ledge is super high and I wish it was a little lower to get a more expansive view but i also understand that alcohol and heights shouldn't mix. I watched the guy make the guacamole, and when i say make i mean scoop out of a container and grab Costco brand chips to put on a plate. It wasn't bad and we definitely ate the entire plate but at 10 bucks a pop I was expecting more. I would come back for the cheap beer (2 for 1 special during happy hour) and to watch the sunset... but only if the other bar was closed again. read more

You walk in with open attic feel are to the left with sun windows throughout with chairs and a few tables. This review is for a private event. I rented out the space on a Saturday afternoon for my baby's one year birthday party. (Yes, rooftop party because let's be real, she's not going to remember much) I couldn't have been happier with the space and especially the people I worked with to coordinate the event! I got a response very quickly and both Angela and Fiona were so nice and so professional. They communicated well among their staff too, so in the day of there was no reminding that I had to do. Bless Fiona's heart because I was texting with her all morning with last minute questions and she was so nice about it. The space is great. We had ~50 people including kids, and because of the indoor/outdoor areas it wasn't crowded. Sure it was hot outside, but what do you expect from a rooftop. They also let me cater in my own food which was awesome. I came in early to decorate, and the bartender was already there setting up and started cracking open beers for us to enjoy while decorating. I honestly didn't have too much decorating to do because the bar area is already beautiful, the outside obviously has a nice view, and the inside has vine covered walls and cute pillows and some flowers around the seating areas. Overall, fantastic space and price to rent out for a totally private party. I am soooo happy I came across it on Yelp! No one came up to bother us at all. You pay for whatever drinks are consumed by the guests, which in our case was an embarrassingly large amount. There is a bathroom in the outside area also which is nice. The only downside is that there is just the one elevator that goes up to the rooftop and when I needed to take multiple trips to prep for the party, it was slow and felt like it took forever, but otherwise the place was perfect. My friends and I came here on a Saturday after spending an evening at Queens Night Market. We arrived around midnight. The place was empty for the most part. Background music was playing, but nothing to dance to. Just a chill and mellow place. The outdoor area offers a nice view and cool breeze. The inside has an elegant decor. I decided to take my girlfriend and I here for NYE and 6 month anniversary because they we were so commodating with the reservation and request. The owner, Fiona, also gave us two drinks on the house for this reservation. Once we arrived here, the rooftop scenery was beautifully lit with lightings. This is a quite cold time of the year and they had portable dyson heaters. I can tell they were meticulous about this. They were known for their specialty cocktails. Our bartender, William, was on top of his game. We tried Meditation, Sour Kiss, Flying Dutchman, and Purple Rain that all had a unique taste and very exquisite in mixology. We even got champagne for the New Year countdown. On top of the great drinks, they went above and beyond to make us a cake for our 6 months anniversary.
