These are the rudest employees down here! They royally messed up my order. 1/3 burgers were correct. I was polite and asked them to reread my order because something didn't sound right. Low and behold it wasn't. So i asked them to change it. No problem. I get my order, double check it. And both orders are still incorrect. They didn't make the changes, but just handed me what they originally put on the order. So i waited and waited at the window until they opened it with a "What?!" I explained the order was still incorrect. She snatched it from my hands without saying a word and closed the window. 5 minutes later opens the window, i thank her, again no words and slams the window shut. The food was good when they finally got it correct. But there was no reason to be rude and nasty to your customer because YOU messed up our order. As i'm eating my burger, (Ketchup and cheese only) i taste something funny, pickle seed! So instead of making me a new burger, they just removed the items they messed up. This location is a very busy one!! A good one too!! We had to wait in line to place our order but, once we placed our order finding a seat to dine in was the challenge- the gentleman bringing out the orders was very friendly and very professional. You couod tell he enjoyed his job. The taqitos with sausage, egg and cheese was hot and freshly made- all of our other items were freshly made as well. No complaints here!! At 11:30 they still don't have breakfast ready. The Management seems to do nothing about any of these issues either. I think you could go to the grocer, buy the ingredients to make 3 taquitos and hashbrowns quicker than you could get them from this whataburger. If I could to give this a no star rating I would. Last night me and my boyfriend and my coworker went to Whataburger because they were actually open later than usual I've been trying to go for three weeks now but they're always closed by the time I get there. So we wait in line which for the first time in a while it wasn't busy (seems like they were getting ready to close) when we get to order our food the lady was rude as can be. My boyfriend got the sweet and spicy bacon burger no mustard and a large drink , my coworker got The southern bacon chicken sandwich with no coleslaw or pickles and a Dr Pepper malt, I got the mushroom Swiss with a large drink. Simple meals right? Well evidently not. Our total was like $23 and I was like somethings definitely wrong because when me and my boyfriend go it's about $19/$20. We get to the window to pay and they forgot my meal and she tells us at the window that they no longer do the mushroom Swiss burger, couldn't tell us at the speaker. So I'll tell her what I want instead which was the barbecue chicken strip sandwich we wait like two minutes and I get my food. My coworker didn't get his Dr Pepper malt he got a regular Dr Pepper. So we get all of our food we pull away to check the food to see if it's correct. It wasn't not we got two sweet and spicy bacon burgers with mustard on one and the other one they added coleslaw and pickles. So by this time they're "closed". We pull back through and we wait at the speaker 5 mins went by and nothing so we drive to the window (remind you they are still like four cars in the parking lot). We sit at the window for a good 15 minutes we called nobody answered which normally they answer when they're closed i've called them multiple times. there is a line full of about 10 cars at this time they haven't put their cones out to indicate they are closed. My coworker gets out and goes to the door all the lights are still on and he hears music playing. He is banging to get someone's attention he went to every door to try to get someone but they never came to the door he seen them walk around back I guess to hide. so we finally gave up and left we all start eating our food and my boyfriend pulls out a long ass piece of hair he only took like 5 bites of his sandwich. I'm not gonna sit here and pay $40 for my food to be fucked up like it was. I get so excited when I get to eat at a Whataburger! We don't have them at our home. The service was quick and we did wait a bit for our food but when it was served it was hot and yummy. I did ask for extra pickles and when I got My burger it had jalapeño on it. I didn't make a big deal since I do love jalapeños. The restaurant was on the dirty side and I noticed towards the end of the meal there were four employees just hanging out when the tables and floor were really dirty. Why is it every time I come to this whataburger it is sooo slow? It doesn't matter if there are 50 cars, 20 cars, or 2! You'll be waiting 15 minutes to get your food at least. I avoid eating here because of how slow they are but about once a year I give them another chance, and NOTHINGS CHANGED. We are either in AL or FL a few times a year and Whataburger always provides half out meals. Went for breakfast this morning (9,9,2022) and ordered a jalapeño cheddar biscuit meal and was informed that biscuit has been discontinued. It was the only thing good on their breakfast menu. As far as me and my. fam are concerned, Whataburger is down next their competitors, nothing different to bring people in for breakfast, all the same lame selections on their breakfast menu Nothing different. My family and I were on our way to Gulf Shores and decided to stop in and try this place for dinner, being my first time ever trying this place out, I was very satisfied with my burger! So, we stayed in Gulf Shores a few days and decided to get a burger, where we are from they do not have Whataburger restaurants, so we decided to give it a try. First we went through the drive thru, I don't believe the woman at the window even said anything, so we got our food and proceeded back to Gulf Shores, mind you this is a little less than a half hour drive. We got back started to unpack our food, which there was a lot of, but then later realized several things weren't in the bag. So, I decided to give them a call just to see if I could get the money back. I told them what I was missing and they said oh yeah its here you can come back and get it, I didn't want to do that I just wanted the money back on the card which they wouldn't do. Whataburger is my absolute favorite fast food restaurant of all time! This location is not great. The fries were soggy and seemed old. The sandwhich was put together super sloppy and WAY to much mayo. The tomato's were not ripe AT ALL! Could've enjoyed a meal somewhere else for the price.
