Never rate fast food joints but this staff deserved it. Went by for lunch on 12/29. I always give the most complicated orders (vegan) at when I go to Taco Bell and most franchises only get it right about 20% of the time. These guys got it right and the burritos were stuffed with food too! The lady taking my order was super friendly and even gave my dogs a treat, which has never happened to me at a Taco Bell before. My fiancée said the bathrooms were impressively clean. I will go out of my way in the future to go to this franchise. They're setting the bar high. read more

food here is very good however, me and my sister have both had separately bad experiences. There was one worker who gave me and my sister problems from the jump disrespectful at the ordering window disrespectful. I'm giving two stars because there was one worker with long black hair who was very respectful although I'm sure she's stressed. It's very great at her job and customer service the other one however, needs to get gone because she's gonna make y'all lose business. Food is ok, for being Taco Bell, however service is extremely (sloth) slow. I ordered in kiosk as is mandatory, waited probably 20 minutes, still no food. Checked with employee, she said my order, 3 tacos and 1 bean burrito (not complicated) was on page 3 of orders, would be a while. Several people that came in after me got their orders. Waited a while more at dirty counter and stool. I asked again, employee said they were working on it. Total time 30-40+ minutes. If you're in no rush, have no life, this is the place you can go to die, just be ready to wait. read more

If you are buying someone toco's for Christmas in June, then this Toco Bell is ok. They are so SLOW that it will take at least 6 months to get your order ( or so it felt like it) Food was ok but not worth the wait! Not sure about the workers because no one said a word. Music was so loud that I couldn't hear people talking at my table. I've had a lot better Toco Bells, so I guess it's just this one that needs help! Came in and got a Chalupa for my boyfriend and 2 packs of Cinnabons. I told one of the associates I'm missing one of my packs and she asked me if I bought 2. I said I thought I did, but I didn't know because I didn't even get a receipt. When I bought the cinnabons I asked the guy at front counter to make them fresh because they were cold last time. I placed a door dash order from this Taco Bell. Everything seemed normal until I got a message from a dasher, saying my order was "stolen" -Taco Bell staff. They then were remaking my order. After 2 more door dashers telling me the same thing, the arrival time got pushed back 2 hours. An additional thing stated from management was "I had to place the order again and cancel it to start the process over again." Now we all know my order wasn't stolen. We ordered online and were told "it's common sense to have a car" when we couldn't pick up our order in the drive through because we walked as we were visiting from out of town. There was no one at the register. You had to use the order machine. Ordered Off the vegetarian menu. It showed a five layer burrito. Come to find out it was the beef five layer burrito so when I got my order all I received was a tortilla with a squirt of cheese, a little sour cream, and about six smashed beans inside. Rude clerk- incomplete order - no communication - no attempt at rectifying her own mistake. While ordering I noticed the clerk rand up my order wrong in the drive through. Before driving away I attempted to get clerks attention and correct what I saw was on screen. She ignored me and I eventually had no choice but to drive ahead. When I pulled up to the window I told her I saw the wrong order on screen. She closed the window however, me and my passenger could hear very clearly what she was shouting back to the kitchen. Her and the cook then had a very loud discussion where she explained that I wanted to change my order. She told the cook I just changed my mind when that was not the case. When I held my ground and said I just wanted my correct order she closed the window again to have a very vocal discussion making me out to be a difficult customer. Eventually she opened the window with a new order total. I assumed it was corrected. She took the payment and then handed me the bag. It turns out She just took off the incorrect order and didn't communicate any of this to me. I sat at the window and she rudely asked what she could help with. I explained my order was not complete. She said she could not complete it because she couldn't ring up anything new at the window. I decided to cut my losses and leave as a huge line had piled up behind me. Oh my god. I got in line at 9:47p, there were 2 cars in front of me. I got my food at 10:30p there were 4 people on the line and 8, yes, EIGHT cars that were backed up behind me when I pulled away. They were taking one order at a time and making it. If there would have been a way for me to leave, I would have but once you're in, you can't move. Get it together, you just wasted almost an hour of my life!!!l Holy freakin crap! I thought, "at least the orders right", WRONG. I ordered the Steak Nacho Box and there's NO STEAK! Rudest staff ever. First, Camilla told me they couldn't do big orders due to them being understaffed, I needed about 12 items. When they brought me my order I pulled around and checked and I was missing two items. I pulled back through the drive thru-the inside was closed- asked them for the two items I was missing and they groaned and asked for all my bags back and rummaged through them to make sure I wasn't lying I guess. I have been in the Restaurant industry for 5 years and once food makes it to the customer it is not allowed back in the kitchen. After telling me I was wrong, and was only missing one item they gave it back to me. I asked for some mild sauce and she slammed the windows and I could hear her talking bad and complaining about me. Tonight I went to Taco Bell in Foley, Alabama, looking through the doors and windows. The inside was full of people enjoying their meals. As I was sitting in the drive-through line, which was really long, I decided okay I could probably get my food faster if I went inside, so I got out of line , parked my car and attempted to open the door and it was locked so I walked around the building to the other door and it was also locked, there were no signs posted stating why the doors were locked and the hours posted on the door said they were open from 9 to 9pm right now it's only 8 o'clock and there's a ton of people in there. I'm not sure if you're short staffed, but you should let people know why the doors are locked if you have a ton of other people on there. This doesn't look good for business. I had to unpack my car and get back in line and wait even longer since I got out of line. read more

I see this Taco Bell has overall bad review. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We have 13 people with us on vacation and ordered 63 items, $120 worth, most of which was custom. EVERYTHING was accounted for and correct. On top of that the people working were as nice as could be even though they were slammed with customers and just got a huge order dropped on them. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not in my entire life have I had to wait 40 minutes for Taco Bell. This place should not make you pay upfront and only when your food is given to you should you get charged, that's how ridiculous it was. I was in orange beach for the week and was craving something over than seafood, so naturally I headed over to the nearest Tacobell. My order was simple: 2 soft tacos with no sour cream and no tomatoes, and side of seasoned rice. The drive thru screen displayed my order correctly. Really your average Taco Bell. I got what I expected when I came. Workers were fast food quality, which was to be expected. It was clean and fast despite the amount of people there. I tried the Mango Whip Freeze and it was amazing. I usually feel bad after eating a meal then a desert, but I was oddly satisfied. If your contemplating getting the freeze, go for it! Probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. Decided to dine in due to the line wrapped around the building. Upon walking in we were greeted by another customer who was leaving that said, "Good Luck!" Took about 5 minutes before we were told to order at the kiosk. No one was standing in the front to direct anyone to use the kiosk at all. I personally had to help another guest order because she didn't know how to work it. Food was mediocre but what do you expect from a chain?
