Bunch of stupid lazy employees who get your order wrong 3/4 times.. literally would rather go eat out of Mexican restaurant garbage can

It smelled awful and Teddy, the guy who served me, was not very friendly. I ordered three different types of crunch wraps, but none of them were labeled so I had to open them all up. They didn't bother to chop up the meat or the hash browns that were inside the wrap but instead were sloppily thrown into the wrap. All in all, I would not recommend this Taco Bell. read more

I went here for lunch recently to give it another try, and it was worse than the last time. I ordered 3 beefy nacho grillers and i was being charged 13$ so i asked to take one off and the employee did a long sigh. I added two tacos and she said "wow". So i left and later called to speak to the manager, when i did so whoever answered the phone acted very bothered when i asked for the manager. I waited 5 minutes just for the same person to get back on and say they were the manager. I will not be returning to this taco bell. Get a new staff!!!! read more

After reading reviews for this Taco Bell my mom and I decided it would be an adventure. We go expecting terrible service but it was amazing! So we eat at this Taco Bell all the time! Usually it's fine! Tonight however we pull up and the women complains about how a man has ordered a big order to which we were like okay we will wait so after sitting there another 5 to 10 minutes she said would you pull up so we can tell the cars behind you and he said well we were going to order and she proceeded to yell sir did you not just hear me the guy in front of you ordered all this food and we are making this! (we were going to wait and order I might add that my boyfriend was being very nice) then after we clarified that they were just not going to take our order! He asked if they would ask the car to pull up so we could go through to which she yelled uh no you can wait for us to cook his food! And he said no your telling us we can't order but we can't leave to which she proceeded to yell you can just pull around several times (someone else working did say yes sir) but was silenced by the other girl yelling at us! So as someone who has managed fast food for years I would make sure to sit down with this employee and make them understand there is a way to go about it! That isn't rude and if she can't understand that I would fire her! I understand being busy but you can't yell at customers! It's NEVER acceptable! Slowest Taco Bell ever. Drive through line wrapped around the building and line almost out the door inside. Bathrooms were nasty, and didn't have napkins or straws. Finally brought out some straws from Zaxby's. Took 25 minutes to get Chalupas. read more

I'll preface this with I have low expectations going into any transaction with this location. The employees do not care and there is no leadership or management presence ever. I still go every couple months knowing it will take 30 minutes to get my food and there's a good chance it will be wrong. Additionally, I know I have to pay more to this franchiser then any commercial advertises, I know it will never be quick and rarely be accurate. Just stopped by on my way home to grab something really quick and honestly won't be back. They have the worst customer service. Waited till after I ordered my food and got to the window to tell me the card reader was down. She claims she told me when I pulled up but she definitely did not. OK... This is the honest to God truth about this place. I would have given 2 and 1/2 stars but couldn't. The above reviews are accurate AND this place needs leadership BADLY. But, the food is good and their Health Department Score is 95. Here is "my" experience and I think you will understand the rest of the negative reviews. As me and my son walked into the restaurant the one of the back cooks (In uniform) rushes in front of us to go inside and throws a cigarette on the That almost hits my foot.... as we walk in I noticed there are two Kiosks where you place your order so you don't have to talk to a "real" person... I didn't mind it was actually a pretty snazzy set up and worked brilliantly. However, I could not find "BEEF" burrito on the menu which is a staple and common item. So, I asked a black female behind the counter how do I order one... She shook her head side to side and snapped at me "You HAVE TO order a BEAN Burrito and add meat then minus the beans!".... she then rolled her eyes and walked away.... like I should know their "BEEF" burrito procedures. I kept my composure and walked back to the kiosk and finished my order. We were NOT given our drink cups while waiting soooo, we sat patiently until the order was ready. It came out without waiting too long... but my son ordered a strawberry smoothie which was not on the tray... as well as MY drink cup. The same woman turned around when I asked where our drinks were (Politely) and gave me two empty cups for two fountain drinks... She then turned to deal with another customer who was less patient and had the same issue about a "BEEF" burrito. I told my eight year old son... just drink lemonade and we will be fine. When we ate... the food was typical Taco Bell food and was tasty. However, my "BEEF" Burrito also had BEANS on it! We laughed hard because this place became kind of a joke at this point and we actually got most of what we came for... this place could turn it around by whipping their employees into shape around customer service! AND ATTITUDE SO, if you are starving and in the mood for TACO BELL ONLY... then you will get good tasting food and a few insults along the way... and be prepared for "minor" mistakes with your order... remember life is too short to let bad service to bring you down!!! I have never wanted to review a fast food restaurant more then when I ate here today. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I told the cabbage built, iPhone light mode, ranch rat manager I wanted two Baja blast freezes and a regular Baja blast. First we asked for all of them to be freezes and when we changed it she did it wrong with her dandruff clump, dust mite looking ass and when we explained the confusion we were given a bitchy attitude from this hue-less milk cricket. Then on she was just rude. We get to the window and it was someone different. (Thankfully) We were handed two regular drinks and one freeze. The girl that was giving us our food at first was very nice. We told her the mix up and then the manager came back with her funky, dime smelling breath and had more of an attitude telling us what we said was wrong but she would change it. Until recently I had not one problem with this Taco Bell. I am a diabetic so I cant eat the tortilla on anything so i always order 3 supreme tacos with no tortilla, so it would be in a bowl. Well today i went in and said exactly what i wanted and the cashier snickers the whole time and says out loud as if I'm stupid "3 sides of meat, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, and cheese" which is the same until you get to the price. My total was nearly 2 dollars than it would have been had she just range up the tacos no tortilla and still continued laughing the entire time, obviously directed towards the lack of wanting the tortilla. Expecting better customer service. I know not everyone knows about diabetes but I have to be super strict with my carbohydrate intake so I didn't appreciate the way she reacted to the whole thing. read more

This Taco Bell service is terrible . I repeated my order several times to them and they gave me an attitude when they wouldn't get it right. I later went up to the window to discover that the right food wasn't given to me. Once again attitude was given to e and my family from both workers. THIS IS A LONG ONE, BUT IF YOU'VE GOT THE TIME I ENCOURAGE YOU TO READ IT Here's the tea, I've worked in fast food before so let me give a rundown on some examples and comparisons: 1. Hardee's (the orders took long because there was usually one person making the food because I always worked the PM shift) 2. Chick Fil A (People usually got their food fast here because they make the food ahead of time including the chicken sandwiches and nuggets which most people get) 3. Five Guys (unlike Hardee's there was always at least 2 to 3 people working in the kitchen no matter what shift and they try and stride for the entire order to be ready in eight minutes or less with an additional person checking all of the orders.) And just to clarify I've never worked at Taco Bell and I don't know the complete story but fast food places all work in similar ways. People are only looking at it from the customers point of view, which isn't wrong, it just doesn't mean that they're going to understand everything that's going on. And most of the comments are that they get the food wrong or that it takes forever for their order to be done; not to mention the "rude staff" which could be a number of things. So addressing the first one, once an order is placed it shows up on the screen almost immediately to the people in the kitchen to start making it, they begin to make it, think it's ready and then it goes out, but a lot of the times they get it wrong they're human, they're not robots but the problem is that no one after that checks it whether is should be the person who bags the food or a manager or whatever and a lot of times fast food doesn't have time for that or doesn't give the time for it. Then addressing the second issue, when there's one or two people in front of you it shouldn't be a big deal if it's taking "forever" because then there's an actual problem or there's one person working in the kitchen. However, if there's three or more people in front of you it's going to take a second, especially if it's a fast food place where they have to make the food one at a time and where everyone wants something different. Lastly, one person did mention on here about the drive-thru, so a normal drive-through is around the entire building and there's parking spaces and you can get out of the drive-through if you need to as long as no one is coming the other way, but because the building is on the edge of the property the drive-thru is too, which means you can't get out. I went to taco bell for a birthday lunch... Was very disappointed. Ordered through drive through and ordered 2 of taco fries box and asked if i could get soft tacos instead of hard shelled tacos, also if i could have a dragon fruit slushie. The lady said no problem put it all in and we pulled up to pay. Get to the window and hand her my gift card and she swipes it and hands it back. She proceeds to throw away my recipt and hand me my slushies. They were not dragon fruit slushes and that was a little upsetting but i didnt say anything. She leaves and comes back and asked us to pull around that we were waiting on fries. About 15-20 pass and she comes out and at this point i just wanted to go home. Pull out and looking in the boxes i find both of them have hard tacos instead of the soft ones i asked for and she verrified that i wanted. She threw all the sauce packets in one box but forgot to get the other sauce packets we asked for. I have to say this was the worst experince ive ever had at taco bell. After going to get an order for my kids the cashier repeatedly interrupted me while making my order, so she happened to mess up my order. When I checked the receipt to let her know the mistake was made she handed it over the older cashier who was automatically was defensive and tried to tell me I agreed to my order, wouldn't give more than 2 packets of sauce for an order of 6 tacos and a burrito! then refused to give me my money back. Had to wait in drive thru line 35-minutes. I called manager around the 25-minutes wait to see if it was standard to have to wait 25-minutes in a drive thru. She said they were short handed and just needed me to be patient. When we finally got to the window to pay we asked for our senior discount. The cashier slammed the window close. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I got the double chalupa box, and all of the food was cold, and on top of that my Doritos locos Taco was the sorriest excuse of a taco I've ever seen in my entire life. The meat on it was almost nonexistent and the lettuce tasted old. I would honestly recommend eating the sand down the road at the beach before I recommended this place. Honestly if it were possible I would give it 0 stars that's how dissatisfied I was.
