Cinnamon sugar
Christina T.

Ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel through their app, and food was hot, fresh and ready before my estimated pick up time. The cashier was friendly and order was prepared when I got there. While there aren't any tables inside, there is a ton of outdoor seating, offering great ambiance, where you can enjoy your pretzel at. The pretzel tasted like it was fresh from the oven and was soft and chewy, unlike some places that leave their pretzels sitting there for hours. 10/10 favorite snack spot at the spectrum!

After my massage, I was craving pretzels, so I decided to stop by Wetzel's Pretzels. Luckily, there were no lines when I got there! The pretzels were so fresh and delicious warm, buttery, and perfectly salted. I devoured mine in seconds; honestly, it was the best pretzel I've ever had. I ended up going back for seconds, and a guy named Sal (I believe that was his name) was so nice and hooked me up with another batch of fresh pretzels. His customer service was amazing super friendly and attentive. Overall, everything from the food to the service was a 10/10. I'll definitely be back for more fresh, buttery goodness!

Can't really go too wrong with wrestle pretzel and we took advantage the summer special of BOGO on the pretzels. The coupon was a little cumbersome to redeem off the website but the cashier was helpful in trying to navigate to redeem. They were fast with their service and the pretzels were good as always!

It's the details. Customer-centric.

4/26/23. National Pretzel Day done right. I tried my 1st Wetzel ever that day due to this generous offer (free large pretzel). The staff at this Irvine Spectrum location were top notch that day. Properly staffed. Double the # of staff for half the size store of its competitor. Friendly and happy team. They even stayed late -- continuing to bake beyond the official store closing time. Excellent customer service right there. We had the complete opposite experience at Auntie Anne's which is nearby at the same shopping center. What a difference. First impressions matter. I'll be back at Wetzels. Thank you

I love Wetzel's Pretzels!!! Way better than Auntie whatever's pretzel shop lol Anyway, this one is located at the Irvine Spectrum. We walked past looking for a restaurant that we planned on eating for lunch. When we passed, I commented on how much I love this pretzel place lol My boyfriend then told me that he doesn't really like pretzels and I lost my mind LOL He said he's had pretzels in the past but they were not good. To which, I explained that Wetzel's Pretzel is the best around, and isn't dry or hard. At that moment, I realized that we were gonna hit Wetzels Pretzels for a second lunch lolol After we walked around for a bit. We stopped in. I ordered my favorite- the pretzel plain (no salt), with cheese sauce for dipping, a strawberry lemonade. And my boyfriend wanted to try the horchata drink. We shared the pretzel and guess whattttt..... My boyfriend said it was the best pretzel he has ever had! Score hahaha His horchata drink was so good as well! The strawberry lemonade was way too sugary for me to drink the whole thing. Overall, though, yum! And his first time. I will say, this is not the best Wetzel Pretzel location. But it is good. And it doesn't have to be the best location for me to come back.

Came for National Pretzel day! Line moved pretty fast because the pretzels were completely free, so no need to go through the app or payment. Pretzels were hot and fresh, and delicious! Service was friendly. Thank you so much!

When my son sees a Wetzel's Pretzels he can't pass by it without asking me to get some. And of course I end up eating one or two pieces. It's our favorite out of all pretzel places. Always fresh and delicious. This location is clean and has friendly staff. We have been here a few times and always had a pleasant experience. Lots of outdoor sitting by the water fountain.

I ordered a pretzel with no salt, but gave me a pretzel with salt. Then, cashier said the price was $5.61, but it was actually $9.21.

Belgian fries cooked 3 times is their other specialty served with a bunch of sauce options. There's an outdoor patio area and the bar area inside where most of the seating is. Their concept focused on gourmet sausages, Belgian and German beers, communal dining tables, and a relaxed social atmosphere. We came here with our group our friend and got to feast upon some dogs and wursts. One of the interesting features that have is that they carry exotic proteins such as alligators, rabbit, or rattlesnake in their links; but if you're more of a vanilla eater, than you're probably opt for the beef, pork or chicken flavored. Either way, make sure you pair it with any of their 10+ beers on tap and you'll for sure enjoy every moment of that bite. I ordered their cheddar bratwurst topped with pickled jalapenos and carmelized onions in a pretzel bun. The wurst was kind of the dry side but beer always helps. I do think sometimes that they over cook it which drys out all the delicious fat out of the links but I am here for drinks and a good time. Great spot to hang out for any type of gathering.

There is no seating available inside but there are some tables outside. We went on a weekend and tried to order 2 cinnamon pretzels. They didn't notify us until after we paid that they were out of those pretzels at the time and their solution was to have us either opt for a plain pretzel, an almond pretzel, or wait 10 minutes for them to make more. We asked if we could just change the order and pay the difference to upgrade to pretzel bites, but they were unable to do that. We ended up waiting for the fresh pretzels and they were very apologetic about it. Despite just being made, the pretzels were fairly hard and chewy. The texture made it seem like they had been sitting out for a while. It's an okay spot, but there are options that I'd rather go to first before picking this one.

We ordered the Sweet Almond Pretzel, Pepperoni Bites, plus both the cheese dip and marinara. The original pretzel was honestly the highlight of this visit. Since they were making them fresh for the T-Mobile promotion, it came out warm, soft, buttery, and reminded me why it's such a classic favorite. The Sweet Almond Pretzel was good, but we felt like it almost needed a dip to help balance the sweetness -- although adding one might have made it too sweet overall. It still had really nice flavor, just depends on your sweetness preference. The Pepperoni Bites were pretty much what you'd expect. They're solid, but definitely one of those items that can vary depending on freshness. When they're freshly made and not sitting, they're really good. Overall, it was a great midday snack -- perfect for that in-between lunch and dinner craving. The staff was helpful and friendly, and Auntie Anne's is always a staple for us whenever we're craving pretzels.

It's a smaller brewery in terms of size, so there wasn't much indoor seating, but they make up for it with a large outdoor seating area in the parking lot, which was a nice bonus. I can't remember the exact beer I ordered, but it was a light, fruity, crisp beer that I enjoyed. In terms of variety, the brewery seemed to focus more on lighter and hoppier beers. There weren't many IPA options or darker beers available. The smash burgers were delicious. I ordered the original smash burger and it definitely did not disappoint. I feel like a lot of places offer smash burgers nowadays but don't execute them well -- either you can't taste the beef or they overload it with cheese and sauce. Here, everything felt balanced. The beef had a great grilled crispiness to it, and the flavors all came through nicely. The tater tots were also really good, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Parking can be a bit difficult. They share a small lot with other businesses, so it fills up quickly. You'll probably need to find street parking nearby, and there isn't a ton of it available either.

We've come here plenty of times to celebrate birthdays, to satisfy the munchies after our basketball runs, and just to hangout and catch up. What stands out at BJ's is the late night happy hour menu and pizookies. The restaurant is pretty large, but make sure to sit in the bar seating for the happy hour menu. The happy hour menu provides great value and gets the job done. It isn't the best tasting food, but it's pretty good overall. Our favorites are the sliders, mozzarella sticks, and avocado egg rolls. Recently, we had the $20 large signature BJ's Deep Dish Pizza (photo attached). Sad that the Great White got discontinued, but the Chicken Bacon Ranch is solid. Only thing is the pizza is super bready and dense, which makes it very filling. Free birthday pizookies are always a plus, and their limited time specials are nice too. Most recently, the biscoff pizookie was pretty amazing. The downside of BJ's is the service can be super varied. Sometimes our server is attentive, refilling our waters, making sure we get our check, and a lot of times we are completely ignored and waiting long periods of time for requests like extra napkins or ranch and to get the check to close out our night. I do understand that later at night it can be a bit understaffed, but waiting 20-30 minutes to get the check is a long time especially when it's been a long night. I'll definitely be coming back because the value that is provided is pretty amazing and it is the place to hang out with the boys when we can.
