Stopped by this local brewery on a Monday afternoon to catch up with a friend in Tustin, and it ended up being the perfect low key hangout. From the outside, it looks pretty modest, but once you walk in, the space really opens up. It's much bigger than expected with a relaxed, easygoing vibe. Since it was a quieter weekday afternoon, we seated ourselves, and the staff still made a point to check in on us. Our server was friendly and welcoming without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel comfortable. We kept it simple with a beer and an appetizer. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza along with a beer. Nothing overly fancy, but it hit the spot. Sometimes that's exactly what you need. Hubby and I were so happy to find a brewery close to home! We actually walked here - took us about half an hour or so. The brewery had good vibes all around. When we arrived, they were pretty packed, but we were lucky enough to snag the last two seats at the bar. We wanted to grab some drinks and chill before we went off to our next spot for dinner, so we did exactly that. First round: I got their dry apple cider, and he got the RedHill Red. Both were very tasty - and service was fast too! Onto our second round! I ordered the Brewery X Huckleberry Hard Seltzer, and he opted for the Honey Blonde. Very good choices again. George Wendt (Norm from Cheers) passed recently and so have the places where everyone knows your name. Well, they didn't know my name here, although our server Lindsey sure acted like it. Lindsey and the neighborhood restaurant vibe were the best part of Tustin Brewing. Their beer gets a close second. The "award winner" brews are delicious and have a good alcohol content.... Strong. The food is what you expect from a brewery. Not quite restaurant quality but not bad either, especially when you've have a few beers in here. They have a trivia night here on Mondays that are fun and another good reason to drink. As if there ever isn't a good reason to grab a drinks. Stay thirsty friends. read more

The food was also great, we got the carne asada fries at happy hour and it was a surprisingly big portion. I really enjoyed this place. We came here after work for our end of the week drinks. They have this really good deal that made us come here. The pitcher of beer and pizza deal is the best for a small group of us. We had almost every pizza flavor on the menu and mostly drank the Shohei. The menu has many other beers and many other items to choose from. We all sat outside and the service wasn't too bad. We had a great time here. I stepped inside and it was very lively for a Wednesday night. I also loved the plaza in which this brewery is at, if you go you'll know what I mean. I guess it's where you sit can you get a decent TV view as they have all these old small TVs scattered around with the one facing towards the "back" of the restaurant some dull out of focus 25 year old projection screen TV.... Dudes! Come join us in the 21st Century. Decent beer selection with many flavors brewed on site. If you are only tossing back a few brewskis then you will be happy. If you are eating beware. If you like everything over spicy hot then you will be happy. There was not even one bite of the nachos with beef my wife could eat. Why does the cook have to over saturate the entire plate with hot sauce? That was a drag. I ordered the Cajun Ahi. No where in the description does it say HOT! Fish, pickled onions, tomatoes and caper mayo. Then the side. Upgraded to the Fring. Sounded good? Fries and onion rings. What is the opposite of crisp? Sogged out oil drenched?? Yeah that's it. No one at our table would even dive in after their first bite. My son's three fish tacos must have came straight from the freezer. A giant fish stick with minimal cabbage slaw (?). Again, after two of them he couldn't give away the third. Just friggin sad. Good beers. Lousy TVs. Crummy food. They do have a nice smokers section out on the patio. I came here on a Sunday afternoon with my husband and a couple of friends. The place had plenty of indoor seating as well as covered outdoor seating--including a designated smoking section. We were seated right away and started with a cider, a seltzer, and an order of chili cheese fries. The drinks arrived quickly, followed by the fries. Although listed as a side, the chili cheese fries were generously portioned--definitely more like a full entrée--and it paired perfectly with our drinks. Been going here since they opened. It's our "go to" brewery and they have great food and beers. Service is always good and friendly staff only work there. The room has a good mix of noise but not so that you can't hear and talk. Since Jason is gone now, we have seen nothing change for the worse and only good things continue to happen. This is a great brewery/sports bar, I recommend anyone to come here if you're looking for some good craft brews and wanting to catch a game. The ambience is really nice, definitely not too rowdy, as I see many families bringing kids here. The beer is good, and so are their appetizers. I personally have only had their buffalo wings and their nachos, and they are not skimpy on either. As far as craft breweries go, they are solid in my opinion. I haven't seen anything that they distribute, but I also didn't ask. I do know every time I've came here, I never had anything negative to say about their beer. Overall, a great craft brewhouse with amazing ambience and plenty of TVs to watch your favorite football/basketball/baseball game. The girls had chicken Caesar salads, they were huge and tons of chicken. The boys had a carnitas sandwich which was awesome, grilled buffalo chicken sandwich with fries to dip in the cup of chili (pro move). Hickory burger which always hits and Philly cheese steak. I ordered the Cheeseburger plain with French Fries. The burger was excellent, at least as good as Red Robin. The fries were fair. Service was satisfactory. Men's washroom had part of the floor wet. I understand that stuff happens. There were paper towels available... good. I do have a bone to pick with the personal appearance of many of the employees. All or nearly all of the guys who work at this establishment had their shirts untucked. I personally consider that to be an unprofessional look. Deduct one point for untucked shirts. If I was to assign a letter grade like is done in school this establishment would be in there solid with a B or perhaps even a B+ read more

It's a big loud room with a bar running down one side, and big screens playing sports down the others. The noise level is pretty high, although you can still carry on a conversation. The food is not particularly great, just run of mill burgers, fries, wings, tacos, etc. The beers were very good, but I'm no beer connoisseur, it could have just been I was thirsty. Great sports bar to watch a dodgers game! The bar was loaded with tons of dodgers fans when I went to watch. The food here is affordable and tasty. The service is wonderful because they are always checking in with you to make sure you have everything you need. I would have loved to review the food and beer, but on this visit the service was literally nonexistent. I come here about 2-3 times a week, and this is twice...yes TWICE, that I was sat down and no one came by to take an order within 15 mins, so I just walked out. I would at least understand if it was busy but they were slow. I actually made a comment to the hostess about them being unexpectedly quiet for a Saturday afternoon. I would rather go somewhere else and spend my money than hope someone would eventually come by. I normally love the ambience and beer here but not sure I want to have to deal with this anymore when there are so many other places that would love more customers. read more

Solid brewery with good beer, vibes, and affordable priced foods. My Bf and I came around 12:30 PM on a Sunday. Parking is in a small plaza but it's not too hard to find parking. Interior is a typical sports bar with a bunch of tv screens, bar and table seating. We got the IPA and a Canadian ale ($8 per 16 oz) and the Korean short rib taco to share ($13). The beers are solid! Super refreshing and served cold. The Korean tacos were pretty good, meat is tender and not overly salty, they give you 4 so it's a great deal for $13. Service is fast and vibe is great, would love to try their other beers/food my next visit! read more

Fun little place with a good atmosphere. We got fish tacos and nachos to share. Food was pretty average (nothing crazy special), but I just liked the vibe and overall experience. Been wanting to visit, especially because I heard it was kid friendly. We gave it a try on St. Paddy's day and were extremely happy, with the exception of one issue: smoking on the patio. My wife and I had our 6 month old son with us and had to relocate to other side of patio since people were smoking at the entrance end of the patio. For outdoor seating, California law doesn't protect against smoking, but given that only 6.2% of Californian's smoke (according to California Tobacco Control Program: https://tinyurl.com/nhbmvwvz), would be hopeful that Tustin Brewing can designate a space that doesn't affect the other 93.8% of us. Outside of all this, the Irish fare was the best I've had on a St. Paddy's Day! Service was pretty good, despite how busy they were. The server was great in accommodating a green Ginger beer for my breastfeeding wife. The Tustin Brewery Stout is excellent--drinks fairly similar to a Guinness (hopefully Guinness aficionados don't hate me for that comment). Looking forward to trying out more food and beer at this local spot. Hopefully noise levels are better on regular days so we can avoid the smoking issue on the patio. read more

It's also very family friendly, there's always families when we come. We often get seated pretty quickly too. Last time we came here he got the buffalo chicken sandwich which he always gets and loves a lot lol. Im not much of a sandwich or burger girly so I got the salmon plate which was pretty healthy. My wife and I came two Thursdays ago after a last minute hang out session with our friends. My wife and I arrived first around 9:45 and the server greeted us immediately upon entering. The server told us the kitchen was closed and we understood since we were late. My wife and I picked a table while our friends arrived and our server (Hispanic male bulky/strong guy) was kind enough to let us order some stuff last minute. We ordered a pretzel, fries, cheese pizza, and chicken tenders for our group. We later ordered some drinks-I got the huckleberry cider drink and some kind of prickly pear cider and man! Those drinks were bomb! Our server was super kind and on it! I covered the food and 3 drinks we got and it was like $56. Not bad!!!
