A feel good family spot with good eats and great beers. Went for our annual Pliny the Younger drop and they were so great. Amazing service and staff. Definitely making this our new hangout spot.

Great experience, they had Pliny the younger there, no limit and the bartenders were awesome!

George Wendt (Norm from Cheers) passed recently and so have the places where everyone knows your name. Well, they didn't know my name here, although our server Lindsey sure acted like it. Lindsey and the neighborhood restaurant vibe were the best part of Tustin Brewing. Their beer gets a close second. The "award winner" brews are delicious and have a good alcohol content.... Strong. The food is what you expect from a brewery. Not quite restaurant quality but not bad either, especially when you've have a few beers in here. They have a trivia night here on Mondays that are fun and another good reason to drink. As if there ever isn't a good reason to grab a drinks. Stay thirsty friends.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon with my husband and a couple of friends. The place had plenty of indoor seating as well as covered outdoor seating--including a designated smoking section. We were seated right away and started with a cider, a seltzer, and an order of chili cheese fries. The drinks arrived quickly, followed by the fries. Although listed as a side, the chili cheese fries were generously portioned--definitely more like a full entrée--and it paired perfectly with our drinks. Later on, we decided to try the Margherita pizza. It was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, we had a great time. The service was solid, especially considering we were seated outside. Would definitely come back for a casual afternoon hangout!

Chicken too dry and they forgot the buffalo sauce on my buffalo chicken sandwich lol had to ask for it on the side

Service is great, vibes are lovely. The food is fine if not a little disappointing (no buffalo sauce in my buffalo chicken sandwich lol, so I had to ask for it) and the beer selection is average, definitely missing something special... I went for a canned seltzer just because I was looking for something interesting.

Table of 8 tonight. Rib appetizer, wings (the best in OC), carne asada nachos to start. Golden Spike light (gold medal winner beer with the mug club, amazing as always. The girls had chicken Caesar salads, they were huge and tons of chicken. The boys had a carnitas sandwich which was awesome, grilled buffalo chicken sandwich with fries to dip in the cup of chili (pro move). Hickory burger which always hits and Philly cheese steak. The beer was great as always, the service was perfect and the food was great pub food. I've never had a bad meal here. PS it's a brewery not Maestros. Love it for what it is.

Ask the Community - Tustin Brewing

ANY regard for Covid safety measures?

    Is there a full bar?

Yes, they do! The bartenders are very skilled and I'm sure will be able to prepare your favorite cocktail.

I notice the menu on the website mentions a giant 12 egg omelet sold during NFL Sunday breakfasts. Is that still happening these days?

Yes, I believe they would honor it if you mention it.

How many TVs are there? Will different Sunday morning football games be on each TV?

There's plenty of tvs, except they're all kind on one section. Which is fine, closer to the door would be best to watch the games. Not sure if it will be on every tv, but I'm sure a majority. U can always ask to change it.

It's a smaller brewery in terms of size, so there wasn't much indoor seating, but they make up for it with a large outdoor seating area in the parking lot, which was a nice bonus. I can't remember the exact beer I ordered, but it was a light, fruity, crisp beer that I enjoyed. In terms of variety, the brewery seemed to focus more on lighter and hoppier beers. There weren't many IPA options or darker beers available. The smash burgers were delicious. I ordered the original smash burger and it definitely did not disappoint. I feel like a lot of places offer smash burgers nowadays but don't execute them well -- either you can't taste the beef or they overload it with cheese and sauce. Here, everything felt balanced. The beef had a great grilled crispiness to it, and the flavors all came through nicely. The tater tots were also really good, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Parking can be a bit difficult. They share a small lot with other businesses, so it fills up quickly. You'll probably need to find street parking nearby, and there isn't a ton of it available either.

The brewery offers beer, seltzers and sours with beer ranges of dark stouts to IPA's. I ordered the "Tomorrow's Bloom" Sour and the "Somewhere Since" Lightish Beer and both were awesome. The sour has a delicious blend of fruit flavors and is as expected sour - for someone who likes sours (me) I would definitely recommend this one. The Somewhere Since is a light beer, but has some depth of flavor. Great try for 5.9% ABV. The brewery has 1 stout which runs at a higher ABV level and can only be ordered in one cute glass size (just a heads up). I' not a Hazy lover myself but I had a couple friends (who are Hazy lovers) order the Hazy that they absolutely did not like (another heads up here). The facility itself is cozy with limited seating and dining options so be prepared to arrive early to snag seats. I went on a Friday night, and it was busy with multiple people standing. The staff overall was very nice and made sure to clear empty glasses and wipe tables quickly. The brewery does not offer food options, but there was a food stand right next to it that was selling Filipino food. The brewery does, however, sell small bar food snacks like pretzels. The spicy pretzels were delicious!
