It's often hard for people to agree on whether one is good, bad, or great. I had several guests come over so I ordered large pepperoni pizza with green bell peppers and onions. We all agreed - It was great, lots of toppings and the right amount of cheese and sauce. Crust was perfect texture. It was ready when promised so I quickly drove it home to a hungry group. There are many pizza places much closer to me, but I had to try this one. I am taking a class at Orange Coast College and one to the cooler classmates (Simeon) told us how great their pizzas are at his location in South Irvine. But I went to the one at Jamboree and Irvine Blvd. It was great there, too. It's in a shopping center with lots of parking and a short walk to Ralph's to pick up some beer and sodas. Anyway, everyone enjoyed the pizza and will return when I am in the area again craving for great pizza. Pizza like this went great with some bottled craft beer. First class isn't my first choice but it was nearby so I decided to try it out! I opted for a half Hawaiian and half Tustin ranch special. It was pretty loaded, I do wish they did white sauce on the Hawaiian pizza. They messed up our order, but they made extra medium size to make up for it. The pizza actually tasted better the next day when I reheated it and made the crust crispier. First day, it is a bit on the doughy side, but the next day it was better. Price is pretty hefty if we had just gotten the one pizza we actually ordered. It would've been $40 for a large custom pizza and a small caesar salad. This is our favorite local pizza place. We've been ordering first class pizza for over 13 years now. Kids out of the house and every once in a while, the hubs and I order delivery and have our own mini pizza party. Tonight we had it delivered and it was absolutely delish! Super hot and fresh. First class is always so consistent! We always get two personals-Hubs orders chicken and jalapeños and I order pepperoni and pineapple! Yummmm! First time trying this place, and it was pretty good. I live right next to it so thought I would try a local spot. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and an order of wings. I asked the wings be cooked extra crispy and they seemed to have complied. The wings were a nice size and the flavor was great. In all the years of living in Tustin and visiting Tustin previously we have always ordered our pizzas from this place. The pizzas are so delicious and we're honored to have them in our neighborhood. Occasionally we do eat inside the restaurant and ordered nearly everything on the menu; not one thing has disappointed us. We've must have ordered a few hundred pizzas from them over the course of several years. Every single piece was deliciously enjoyed. Occasionally, but rarely our orders do get messed up due to the large customers they have. When this happens they usually just give us another box of pizzas as an apology. My pizza never came and after 40 minutes of investigation it was determined my food went to somebody else and they won't refund my money until 2-5 business days from today. We've been a loyal customer to this place....until today. We ordered a half pepperoni and mushroom and half pepperoni and pineapple today and was looking forward to our usual pizza fix. Our pizza's dough was terrible and you'll see on the pics that the pizza slices had burnt crust including the dough, and even the pepperoni looked burnt. Normally, when you complain about something wrong about the food, you would get an apology and/or an offer to remake. We got neither and a response of "I don't know - I didn't make your pizza". So disappointing that this is the kind of customer service you get especially after having supported this place for several years! Update: Sean (owner) contacted us right away to apologize and we really appreciate him reaching out. The one star review I posted earlier was for the person who handled our issue. We've always had great pizza here ... until yesterday, so this may have been an exception. We used to be a business owner and we value employees who treat our business as their own. Like it's name says First Class Pizza is in a class of its own. 5/5 'Spicy southwestern' tastes just as delicious as it looks: jalapeños with a crunch and kick of heat, flavorful cubes of chicken, red onion, melt in your mouth cheese, tomato, and a crisp bottom crust that holds all components so well and all in perfect ratio. I definitely helped myself to a second serving of this slice of heaven. 4.5/5 'Hawaiian' has generous amounts of pineapple, ham, and cheese baked into this pie. Parmesan, garlic, red crushed pepper are offered as sides, but the pizza is already so good on its own. Pizza was yummy! The mini sized pizza is perfect for one person. The crust and sauce are really good. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is they don't really have an indoor area to eat.
