I never really understood the hype around shake shack. I have always said they are in-n-out level burgers at Five Guys prices. The burgers are pretty good, but for the price it is not the best value. The fries are better than average. This location has lots of indoor and outdoor seating and is very clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and bring the food to your table.

Will never get tired of Shake Shack!! This location is always popping, but they do a great job about getting the food out quickly while also making everything to order. The food is fresh, the ingredients are great quality, and the service is always friendly. There's plenty of seating inside and outside with kiosks at the front so you can place your order as well to speed things up. I love that they are always adding seasonal items to the menu to help spice things up; you never know what they'll be serving when you walk in. My go-to is the Smoke Shack with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Probably one of my favorite burgers of all time!! Their fries are pretty good and their shakes (as the name suggests) are well renowned and to DIE for!! Now be careful because you order a burger, fries, and a shake and you'll be in a severe coma as your body digests a week's worth of calories in one sitting. Really the only downside to this place is that it's pricy. Other than that, I have truly nothing but high praise for Shake Shack and the consistent standard they set across every location I've been to. Highly recommend you check them out if you haven't before, they blow all the other "fast food" burger chains out of the water!!

Food was solid per usual. Other than in n out it's the cleanest tastiest cheeseburger out there. Fries are indeed a little better than in n out so kudos. Erick and the rest of the staff provided excellent customer service and hospitality. Great location overall.

Finally convinced my coworkers to try Shake Shack, and they were bit disappointed! The restaurant is clean and cozy, with both indoor and outdoor seating. There are plenty of ordering kiosks or you can order up front. The service was fast and friendly and our food came out quickly. I ordered the cheeseburger, cheese fries, and strawberry shake - wow! This is a great destination for comfort food, as the mix of savory and sweet flavors was a real delight! We'll be back to try more burger and shake options sooner than later. Enjoy!

One of my favorite burger spots and first time at this location. Had some challenges ordering from the kiosk and went to the counter, Stacey was super helpful! It turned out I still needed to use the kiosk but she walked me thru the process to use a special code I had. Shoutout to Stacey for making our lunch experience a good one I had the seasonal bbq burger with single beef patty, daughter had the shack burger single patty, 50/50 unsweetened iced tea lemonade and a mango lemonade, 6 piece chicken bites. Everything tasted delicious like it always does. One of the rare restaurants where quality doesn't doesn't dip from location to location. We sat inside enjoying the music and AC, it was a good experience and would recommend. The have plenty of outdoor seating too.

order: mushroom burger highlights: - the mushroom burger was beyond amazing, they put cheese inside of the fried mushroom making it so unique - the meat patties are flavorful - the buns are soft and everything is so very filling and blends well together - fast and friendly service, water and ketchup is available inside cons: - a bit smaller than expected - the fried are nothing special and can be skipped IMO overall: would definitely visit again! the mushroom burger was so good, a must order!

It was packed the day we went so lines were long and seats were hard to find. As for the burger itself, it's overpriced and okay. It's worth trying, but I don't think I would go again!

Got the korean style fries...not a huge fan. It is simply just fries with cajun seasoning and the sauce is not the best. The workers were extremely nice and there were clean tables as well as booths. You order using a tablet (there are around 7, so it was easy to order

    'Shroom Burger and Cheeseburger

The Cheese Burger at this Shake Shack location was fine. Good patties to satisfy that hunger pangs. But I was dissatisfied with the Shroom Burger. It could be the cheese used for the stuffing. It's always busy here so it's not an ideal place for a relaxing meal. Feels like it's a rushed kind of place.

I've always liked Shake Shack and have been here several times before. But on this last visit with my wife, the food didn't hit the mark. I ordered the ShackBurger and my wife the 'Shroom Burger. The burger was good --- but not as great nor as appetizing looking as I've had in the past. But it hit the spot. My wife's 'Shroom Burger was awful. The description was "crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted cheese." The portobello definitely wasn't "crisp-fried." It was soggy. And the melted cheese didn't taste like any cheese I've had before. It was something gooey that seemed to have come out of a tube. It really didn't work. Since I ordered at the kiosk, I really didn't have much interaction with the staff. They seemed efficient. And the decor was pleasant with plants --- for a fast food restaurant, generally a nice environment to dine.

I came here over the weekend for lunch. Lots of patio seating outside as well. You can order on the kiosk inside for either take out or dine in. Service was quick, food came out fast. I got the shackburger with fries and cheese fries. The burger was decent but it was pretty greasy. The fries were okay, nothing special about it. Overall, the food here is on the pricey side. The food was a bit too greasy for me compared to other burger spots I had. I would eat elsewhere in the Spectrum.

    K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites

Located at the Irvine spectrum, this spot was easy to access with convenient parking. When you enter, there are multiple ordering kiosk to the left. When placing your order, they have you grab a number from the side, enter it and find a table to place the number on while you wait. Seating inside was limited, but there were plenty of seating in the patio area. Although the restaurant was busy our food arrived within a reasonable amount of time. We tried K-Shack BBQ Burger and K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites. The burger was salty, and the chicken bites were bland. Overall, the experience was pretty much what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. Nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either.

Good food. I've had the burgers here and they're really good. Something about the crispiness of smash burgers, the patty is thick and flavorful, and the vegetables are actually tasty. I love onions on my burgers so I love it here. The actual Big Mac Shack thing is alright. The price is good, it's $10 for a thick double double burger (these are also double sized patties). The sauce was on the side. It was like an onion sauce, it was good. The burger was a little bit salty and I dunno, a little boring. The potato buns they use here are really good though. The chicken sandwich was good. I usually like the chicken more than the burgers, but that's just me. Crinkle fries are great, nice and crispy. Self serve ketchup too, yay. Great experience here and I plan to come back to this place. I almost never get shakes here, but I know everything is good.

Fries - this one is a pass for me. It's crispy on the outside and mash potato textured on the inside. Not too greasy but nothing too special for me. Orange chicken sandwich - this wasn't what I expected at all. The orange chicken sauce is very watery and I could barely taste the sauce at all. It just tasted like a slightly sweet chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and the slaw they added had a good crunch to it. Overall it's enjoyable but I'd probably get the regular chicken sandwich instead. I ordered a 3-Item Plate, and it honestly looked smaller than what a 1-Item Plate used to be. The portion sizes across the board were extremely disappointing. The Orange Chicken was mushy and soft instead of crispy and fresh. The Beef & Broccoli contained only three small pieces of beef with mostly broccoli. I also paid the additional $1.95 upgrade for the Cantonese BBQ Brisket, and the portion was so small it was hard to believe. To make matters worse, the brisket was dry and lacked flavor. Even the rice portion was noticeably smaller than what Panda Express used to serve. I understand that food costs have increased and prices have gone up, but charging more while serving a fraction of the food customers used to receive is not acceptable. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling ripped off. There are plenty of restaurants offering better quality food, larger portions, and enough leftovers for a second meal. If Panda Express continues reducing portions while raising prices, they're going to lose loyal customers like me. Very disappointing experience.

When I finally got my food, both the teriyaki chicken and orange chicken were very chewy, and the portion size was just average. But the biggest issue was a serious one: after just two bites, I found several peanuts at the bottom of my container. I have a peanut allergy and had to stop eating immediately (thankfully I didn't have a reaction!). I specifically order the teriyaki chicken because it typically doesn't have sauce and is less likely to be cross-contaminated, so this was especially concerning. Cross-contamination like this is not a small mistake, it's a safety issue. Overall, I would not trust this location again.
