He sent a rep out to measure and we got a very quick response with an estimate that was fair and with a quality window company. Like everything these days, the manufacturing process took time but that is to be expected and we were not in a hurry. Once the windows came in, they were shipped directly to us and his crew showed up (early) on the set appointment date. They swapped out eight windows in less than seven hours and we could not be happier with the results. The new Milgard Tuscany windows are, of course double paned, and light years better than the 60+ year old single pane windows we had before. Of course they are going to help with temperature control but our house is only one street away from a freeway and the noise reduction is spectacular. Overall, our experience with Brent and Hingewerks was top notch and I would recommend him to anyone.

We still have not received a single thing in return, All Pro constantly responds with COVID holds us up , and the City won't work with All Pro on a timely basis. We know that All Pro has taken on Many other projects after receiving our monies and set our project to the side. At this point All Pro has Asked us to pay them 5000$ extra dollars for soil samples that they knew they would need 2yrs ago, so we contacted the soils company for ourselves and they informed us that they only charge 1200$ for their services. you make your own assumptions but we suggest that no one ever get involved with All Pro Builders, as they are deceitful in money, time and work. All Pro constantly retracts the cost and adds more cost to the timeline as extras so plan to pay way more for anything they quote. they do this by insisting the architect has made a mistake and that they need more money to make the corrections! But the Architect works for All Pro, So they control the mistake but always want more to correct the problem that they created. if you contract with All Pro and you refuse to pay for their "extras" they will leave your project unfinished... and they don't care! they will stop working and leave the project abandoned.. We wanted to build a second storied home for space for our children that are now about to go to college next year as they are in late high school years now , defeating the purpose! leaving our 12,000$ investment basically wasted, because by the time we build the house now all we will be left with is a bigger emptier home. In conclusion, our Family is warning yours that maybe this is your type of business process and you will use All Pro, but be warned if you have a budget they will run it over so don't plan your budget on their job quote you will need much more MONEY than expected! Installed new sliding door and took screens with them. I have been trying to get a hold of the owner Paul but have not received a call back from this company or any of its reps. Today I called and receptionist said he was there only to later be told he was not in. You are taking your chances with this company if this is any indication of their professionalism. At this point I'm not expecting them to finish anything as I don't think their work is up to par by any means. I will post pics of a bathtub install that was so crooked as well as the cut out for waterlines for the laundry area were crooked. They left recessed lights unfinished and all electrical outlets unfinished as well. This was all part of the contract work that should've been finished. Unfortunately my sister and myself were co owners of this property, but my brother in law hired this company for the simple fact that he was a friend of his, without taking bids for this job. Now my sister has taken her name off the property and I'm left dealing with this contractor and his unfinished work, but as you can see they are not even willing to talk to me. Thankfully I was able to hire my own crew because there was time sensitive work that needed to be done regarding permits. So I'm not looking for this work to be finished by this company all I'm looking for is parts that are needed that were included in the original contract.

So when my 72-year-old mom needed…read moreher guest bathroom remodeled in her Mission Viejo home, I did a ton of research and interviewed several licensed contractors that were recommended by friends and neighbors. Right off the bat, my mom and I felt the most comfortable with Amin (pronounced "Ah-mean") of Persi Homes. From the thorough, no-pressure in-home consult to the detailed estimate and contract he sent afterwards, Amin's expertise, warm personality, and responsiveness to our questions gave us the reassurance we needed to take the plunge and get started with our first remodel. My mom's house is around 30 years old. The tub/shower combo was original and started peeling in spots. The towel bar, vanity light, and other items were also original and needed to be replaced. My mom ended up doing a "full gut" and had Persi Homes replace everything, including the toilet, vanity and countertop, sink and faucet, vent fan, floor, etc. Amin answered all our questions and provided helpful suggestions during every phase of the project. As the Project Manager, he showed up several times a week to check the progress of the work, and he remained extremely friendly and responsive from start to finish. We always knew who was coming to the house on what day and what the next phase of the project was. From the demo guys to the tile guys and everyone in between, all the Persi Homes employees and subcontractors were polite, showed up on time, and worked extremely hard. They even cleaned up after themselves every day. Each City Inspection passed with flying colors, and Amin made sure my mom and I were 100% happy with every aspect of her bath remodel. Before this project, I was hesitant to undergo any remodels, especially after hearing horror stories of sketchy contractors from coworkers and friends over the years. But the Persi Homes crew was extremely professional, reliable, and easy to talk to. My mom is now the proud owner of a beautifully remodeled guest bathroom where the superior craftsmanship speaks for itself. From the new acrylic soaking tub and porcelain tiled shower combo, to her stunning quartz top vanity with soft-close drawers and perfectly cut tile flooring, her guest bathroom is not only more functional with more storage, but luxurious. It looks like something you'd see in a magazine. This smaller guest bathroom remodel was a "test project" to take Persi Homes for a test drive before my mom gets other remodel projects done. As a single gal who's just trying to help out her mom, Persi Homes was incredible to work with! We're so lucky to have found this company. My mom and I will definitely be using them again.

From the demo, including the removal of my AC unit, to the footings, the framing, the electrical, and then all leading up to the finished product and the final inspection, PH was there every step of the way. They were professional, on time, and took care of our property. We are so happy with our new covered patio and we will definitely be using Perci Homes for any future home construction needs.

No surprises were had when all of the work that was completed was to the absolute highest quality. His worker admitted to not being licensed or employed. This raised red flags after seeing the poor quality work. A month over deadline and he is still trying to redo marble but won't disclose who his contractors are upon request which is illegal. Therefore, I can't check his workers against insurance, bond or license. Would only give me contractor company name and that is it, which is illegal according to sb517 7159 section under disclosures of BPC. He had in his contract he would deliver bookcases that were painted and then changed it to upscale me in a kitchen remodel or high additional charge. He did not catch or remedy any mistakes or defects in his work leading to tons of my time spent supervising his guys and keeping an eye out for damages and major defects. He did not how to do the trades he subbed out and had no clue what was industry standard. He didn't plan in advance for specs of materials costing money and time including not accommodating two vanities, shower plumbing needs to be Moved to be centered. The ADU build is summarized into two general phase and one extra phase for us: Phase 1 = Arash the architect led the way on the planning, from 2D architecture drawings to 3D renderings; after the city approved to break ground, Alan the lead builder & team took care of the foundation & structure of the build, this phase was finished under 6mo., between Dec '24 till April '25. Phase 2 = Mahroo the interior designer led the way on the interior design, she provides further interior design & parts sourcing, that pieces everything else together inside the DADU once phase 1 was finished. Ariyan the project leader also helps greatly to sort out the communications between us & his team. This phase was finished under 3mo., even with much changes in the details such as appliances, between May '25 to August '25, including final inspections from the city. Phase 3 = Consider this icing on the cake, and optional phase that includes landscaping and utilities around the DADU in the backyard, as well as front yard touch ups.
