I'm a woman with zero experience when it comes to home remodels. So when my 72-year-old mom needed…read moreher guest bathroom remodeled in her Mission Viejo home, I did a ton of research and interviewed several licensed contractors that were recommended by friends and neighbors. Right off the bat, my mom and I felt the most comfortable with Amin (pronounced "Ah-mean") of Persi Homes. From the thorough, no-pressure in-home consult to the detailed estimate and contract he sent afterwards, Amin's expertise, warm personality, and responsiveness to our questions gave us the reassurance we needed to take the plunge and get started with our first remodel. My mom's house is around 30 years old. The tub/shower combo was original and started peeling in spots. The towel bar, vanity light, and other items were also original and needed to be replaced. My mom ended up doing a "full gut" and had Persi Homes replace everything, including the toilet, vanity and countertop, sink and faucet, vent fan, floor, etc. Amin answered all our questions and provided helpful suggestions during every phase of the project. As the Project Manager, he showed up several times a week to check the progress of the work, and he remained extremely friendly and responsive from start to finish. We always knew who was coming to the house on what day and what the next phase of the project was. From the demo guys to the tile guys and everyone in between, all the Persi Homes employees and subcontractors were polite, showed up on time, and worked extremely hard. They even cleaned up after themselves every day. Each City Inspection passed with flying colors, and Amin made sure my mom and I were 100% happy with every aspect of her bath remodel. Before this project, I was hesitant to undergo any remodels, especially after hearing horror stories of sketchy contractors from coworkers and friends over the years. But the Persi Homes crew was extremely professional, reliable, and easy to talk to. My mom is now the proud owner of a beautifully remodeled guest bathroom where the superior craftsmanship speaks for itself. From the new acrylic soaking tub and porcelain tiled shower combo, to her stunning quartz top vanity with soft-close drawers and perfectly cut tile flooring, her guest bathroom is not only more functional with more storage, but luxurious. It looks like something you'd see in a magazine. This smaller guest bathroom remodel was a "test project" to take Persi Homes for a test drive before my mom gets other remodel projects done. As a single gal who's just trying to help out her mom, Persi Homes was incredible to work with! We're so lucky to have found this company. My mom and I will definitely be using them again.

From our first meeting with their representative Amin, and then every step of the way, they answered our questions, they addressed our concerns, and they gave us more of the home we want. From the demo, including the removal of my AC unit, to the footings, the framing, the electrical, and then all leading up to the finished product and the final inspection, PH was there every step of the way. They were professional, on time, and took care of our property. We are so happy with our new covered patio and we will definitely be using Perci Homes for any future home construction needs.

Initial walk through was clear and I was given a reasonable quote without Izabella even asking me what my budget was. All the other contractors I did a walk through with asked me what my budget was before giving me a quote. Izabella worked with the city permits, my difficult HoA rules, and was responsive throughout the entire project. She gave great suggestions, fixed things that were not up to her standards even when I didn't notice, and always found excellent solutions to little problems that would come up. Above all, Izabella is always consistently calm and never seems to be fazed/stressed about anything! Her team, from the electricians, plumbers, dry wall people, painters, cabinet guy and others were all excellent and great at their jobs. I am so happy with how everything turned out and I highly recommend Izabella's team!

I received 4 bids from GCs for our project, and did as much research as I could leading up to the project, even going to other properties viewing the work of the other GCs I was bidding. For anyone who has done any level of construction in their home, having a team you can trust, who is honest, who shows up on time and doesn't give excuses far outweighs dollars saved in the budget. I was so happy I went with this company because I never felt stressed during the 8 weeks of our remodel. I met Nelson through Yelp years ago when I needed one of my properties completely remodeled. Since the moment we met, he and his employees have always provided OUTSTANDING service and workmanship, with the highest moral compass toward my properties, my family and myself. Due to the excellent work provided on the original property, I have hired him numerous times since to do other small jobs and one other complete kitchen and bathroom remodel to a separate property. No surprises were had when all of the work that was completed was to the absolute highest quality. Even after the project was completed, Ami & Michelle ALWAYS immediately responded to our phone calls, text messages, and emails (they still do to this day, even for the most minor or quirkiest questions we might have). When little things came up after the job was completed, they were still there for us and still responded and showed up immediately. They definitely were not a "Slam, bam, thank you ma'am," company.
