Went to the drive thru about 11pm, it closes at 2am... They gave me my food and I started to pull away, luckily I thoroughly checked my bags. They forgot to put a combo in. The drive thru line had gotten really long so I went to the door, the dining room was closed. Took a minute for them to acknowledge me, even though I made eye contact with 3 employees while standing at the glass door. The manager finally came out and said "oh, you must've forgot your grilled chicken with bacon".... NO, y'all forgot it! Where's the credibility?!Where's the service?! Where's the apology?! She had an o-well attitude. Plus I ordered a strawberry lemonade which was completed botched, didn't even mention to her. It was as if I was drinking syrup. Wendy's has slowly started to grow on me. This is usually my GO-TO spot during my lunch breaks while volunteering/interning at the OUTPATIENT PT OFFICE. Why does this place stand our more than the other fast food places? -love their chicken nuggets! -french fries are amazing...even the AD they have about them using sea salt looks magically delicious -great VALUE MENU option -great variety of healthy food Since Ive been coming to this restaurant, Ive been getting the HEALTHY OPTION...I usually get the half order of spicy chicken Caesar and a baked potato. Oh...the baked potato is AWESOME by the way! Throw some salt, pepper, butter, and some sour cream and your set! The lines go by pretty fast as well too, not too much of a wait. Same plaza as the Best Buy. The place is never crowded whenever I come in and the place is always clean. Food takes awhile to come out and service isn't the greatest here. I stood in line and they all just looked at me for awhile before they asked if I was ready to order. They workers don't seem very friendly towards the customers, but they are always smiling when talking among themselves. And when you ask them for something...don't expect to receive it with a smile. I was craving Wendy's today and found that this one was the closest. This review us just for the drive thru. This was the fastest drive thru I've ever been to. I was the only person in line ...but still they were quick. I had no problem hearing them on their drive thru speaker. I placed my order and was instructed to drive forward to the first window. Here I was greeted with a smile and told my total. I was promptly rung up and told to drive forward to pick up my food. As I'm driving up to the next window she's already holding my bag out the window for me. This is how a fast food drive thru is suppose to work!!! This is my local Wendy's, and it's always a 50/50 chance whether I'll get good service and get the correct items. Tonight I placed an order for 2 meals (after waiting way too long for only having 2 or 3 cars in front of me). They messed both up, ironically because they gentleman taking my drive thru order had to clarify 3 times what I wanted. Neither of the meals even had lettuce on them, and the spicy chicken sandwichI was craving ended up being regular instead of spicy! Somehow the receipt was exactly as I ordered. The staff always seem annoyed and provide a very mediocre experience. These employees need some serious coaching. And we can't just blame the order/window staff. I ordered a couple of items and they missed out on my main meal. So something tells me that the service didn't go through any major changes. Every time I go inside to order at this location there is either no cashier at the register to take orders or they take someone's order and then just walk off as if there is not a line of people waiting to place their order. I've waited about 4-5 mins one time to even be acknowledged and my order taken. Mind you there is always at least 6 people working behind the counter so it's not an issue of being short staffed. This location is super-clean and must've been recently added to the plaza. They have the complete Wendy's menu, with comfortable, new upholstery and furniture. They don't tend to be too busy and the food is acceptably delicious for a fast-food restaurant. However, their 90's and 2000 pop music tends to be a little loud, especially outside their store. Super fast service, but they screw up my order sometimes. Usually about once out of every 6 or 7 times (not too often, but often enough). I hate going thru the drive-thru and then having to go back and walk inside. Is it wrong for me to think that if they screw up my order and I have to walk inside that they should give me something for free (an ice cream or something?) They were supposed to be open until 2 AM last night and I came to the drive through but they had traffic cones up. I went up to look at the times and it said that the indoors closes at 10 PM and the drive through closes at 2 AM. It was 10:40 PM. I was craving a Dave's soda... sadly all of them were not available. I ordered the big chicken sandwich and it tasted stale and rubbery.

I visited this Wendy's today on February 3 at 2:30. I placed my order for a single combo no cheese, I'm allergic to cheese, and made sure I told the girl no cheese because of my allergy. When I came around to pick up window the girl that was giving out the orders not only was she rude very short and basically didn't greet me, didn't say hi barely even made eye contact. When I asked her if she was sure that the hamburger had no cheese, she stated no it has cheese. I said I'm sorry but I have a dairy allergy and I said no cheese. She half turned around walked away and yelled to the people in the back for a single no cheese. While I waited she never really approached me never apologized, and when she did give me my hamburger back it was crammed into a bag no napkins and basically she held it out the window to me and as soon as I grabbed it she walked away. I don't think this is how Wendy's wants there staff treating customers. And I believe the girl that was handing out the food was a manager. Once I got to eat my lunch I noticed that the fries were way over cooked and in essence burnt. I frequent this Wendy's quite often and this isn't the only time that this is ever happened. If I could give this place ZERO stars, it DEF would be getting that! This location so TRASH! It sucks because this is the closest location to home! My bf and I usually go through the drive thru but this time we wanted to try sitting inside since the spicy nuggets are back. The guy at the register named Jacob was a complete asshole. His attitude sucked and his general persona was horrible. He didn't say hi, welcome or anything, not even eye contact to let us know we could move forward to order.
