The employees are rude and disrespectful. They give the customers attitudes. Totally unprofessional

I could not believe how amazing the service was! Edwin helped us with our order and was one of the most efficient, kind, and proficient people I've met. I came in with a Large order and Edwin handled my perfectly and had us on our way quicker than I thought possible. Again, Edwin was amazing. This place is fuckin lit. The inside is modeled ridiculously nice for whatever reason. It's definitely a good place to study or do work and the employees are nice as shit. They play good music too. They screwed up the order due to the girl working at the window, not wanting to hear my order. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a junior bacon cheeseburger from the drive thru during my lunch break. When I got back to the office, I realized that they didn't give me a receipt AND they gave me a regular cheeseburger instead of the jr bacon cheeseburger. My food was also cold. Horrible customer service!!!! I was craving the strawberry lemonade and I just had to stop for it. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru the employee stated to repeat the order in which not even placed. I proceeded to placed my order one large strawberry lemonade and I was told by the employee he was not talking to me and he cut me off. I waited for a while until I was once again acknowledged. I was the only car in the drive thru... I finally placed my order and pulled Up to the window. Never was even greeted at the window or given my total. The male employee extended his hand and gave the silent treatment. I handed over my debit card as I asume that was his request. What appalled me was there was female manager next to the employee and she never bother to remind him what would be the proper etiquette to serve a customer. I guess Wendy's must make bank to hire rude employees to serve customers. I went to this Wendy's after shopping at Best buy. I walk in and noticed there was no one waiting to order, I stood at the counter and waited for someone to help me. I saw the manager assisting the drive up window and this lady (I believe her name was Veronica) yelled I'll be with you in a moment.. Another 3 minutes went by and that same lady was chatting it up with another employee and ignoring me. 5 minutes passed and she started walking towards me but then detoured for another round of chatting with fellow employee as I stood there. Anyway I was over it and turned and walked out when I heard her say "can I help you". This is why I was against the $15.00 an hour increase. People like her do not deserve it! Stopped at this location yesterday night after work. I went through the drive thru and the girl working the window was awesome. I couldn't decide what I wanted and she gave me some recommendations and took off what I didn't want on my burger. I also love the fact that they have the drink machine with 100+ drinks. This Wendy's is posted on the website to open at 7. This Wendy's in fact is SUPPOSED to be open at 9. But even at 9 they apparently aren't open. Most inconsistent Wendy's I've been to. Also the staff has slowly lost their manners when speaking to customers in the drive thru. read more

This has been my go-to Wendy's location for a few years now and I always leave happy. The employees are always kind and efficient, and good about communicating if they are out of an item or about making substitutions. They are very apologetic when there is an above average wait in the drive thru, which happens often at peak times since it's a busy location near the hospital and Disneyland. My order is correct 98% of the times I come here, and if it's not, they are quick to resolve it and usually go above and beyond. This location has a more modern interior and is very clean when I've chosen to dine in. read more

If you need to get a quick lunch, you can count on this location. They have the fastest drive through service I have ever been to during my lunch break. I enjoy their spicy chicken sandwiches and vanilla frosties on a hot afternoon. Every order has been delivered with a smile. Make sure you ask for dipping sauces as they don't assume what you want. This Wendy's does not carry spicy chicken nuggets or broccoli cheese potatoes, those are basically the 2 main reasons I go to Wendy's ever since they changed their fry recipe. The burgers are decent but this is probably the most ridiculous Wendy's out there, if the only 2 things I tried to order aren't even on their menu who knows what else they don't have. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They definitely earned 0 stars! Absolute horrendous service! It literally took 30 minutes to get my food. The workers gave my baked potato to the guest behind me and when I asked about it, they said they weren't making anymore baked potatoes. What's funny is that I got a baked potato last week at around 9:30 pm at another Wendy's! This place is in sheer chaos and just doesn't seemed to be managed very well. I rarely give a two star review but it is necessary. This particular Wendy's has terrible customer service and the slowest staff around. The lady taking orders was so slow and nonchalant in her attitude towards the customers. The other lady who was getting the orders ready touched one of a customers fries with her hands and she wasn't wearing gloves. This is the worst Wendy's of the chain that I've ever had the misfortune to have to eat at since its location is so very convenient. Every visit has been horrid and today's experience was the last straw. I put up with the super slow service from placing an order, about 10 minutes and then more slowness, about 20 minutes to get the food. When one is extremely hungry and looking for fast food and great service, avoid this place like the plague. As my taste buds become more refined, I tend to stay away from fast food joints such as this. I actually haven't been here in a while, but since I have the time to write reviews, I thought I'd take a jab at it. As a college student, I loved this place. I could get a great meal under $5 including dessert! l would order from their value menu and order the bacon cheeseburger, side salad, french fries and frosty. All that for under 5 bucks! But when you have a job and can afford something more tasty, you can afford to skip this place altogether. My last experience was a months ago. The cheeseburger I once ordered had meat that was dry and the cheese was overly salty. They were marketing their new boneless chicken menu which encompassed buffallo, honey bbq, and sweet and spicy Asian. Being a fan of orange chicken, I tried the sweet and spicy Asian. It came with fries; not rice. I'm sorry, but the thought of french fries instead of rice in what is traditionally an Asian course is a bad combination to me. Not to mention the sauce wasn't very good. I'm tempted to give this place a 1 rating, but because it's good for the poor college student, I'll give it a 2. read more
