When you have to pick up a prescription at CVS and they ask you to come back in 10-15 minutes, and you're hungry, you run to Five Guys! I've been here a couple times over the years, so I can honestly say I'm always impressed by how clean it is. At least from my perspective during this visit, I saw very little wear and tear. Even the bathroom was spotless. I ordered the single burger meal, which I will confess, isn't cheap, but I do think it's a good burger. I watched them bag up the burger by placing it in the bag, the filling the French fry tray, placing it in the bag, then dumping in a bunch more fries. The guy who took my order was full of energy and super friendly and equally energetic when he handed my food. Now, with all those fries in the bag, you better expect the bag to be greasy, so if that's not your bag (pun intended) you might skip the fries, or you could ask for them in a separate bag. When they handed me my food, the text from CVS letting me know my prescription was ready came in. I couldn't have asked for more perfect timing as I was planning to take my order to go. I will also confess, I ended up throwing a lot of the fries away as it was just too much for me. But now that I know their game, I'll make sure to ask them not to overload my bag with fries. But that burger was yummy!! P.S. While I was waiting, I almost grabbed some peanuts. Back at another Five Guys, second time this week. The first one I went to in LA came out so bad, I was actually embarrassed to post the photos. So I came to a different location today just to try again and get better pics. I even told the cook, "Hey, can you make it look good? I'm doing a little photo shoot," and they told me they couldn't serve the burger without it being folded up in the wrapper. Kinda funny. I was like, "Okay, just lightly roll it so it doesn't get smashed." When I got my order, the burger was sitting at the bottom of the bag underneath what felt like five pounds of fries. Way more than I even wanted. And when I pulled it out, everything was glitched. I gave up. These are the pictures I ended up with. Apparently, Five Guys really isn't about presentation, even when you personally ask them to make it look decent for a picture. The flavor's still there. When you go "all the way," you get mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomato, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, grilled onion, and mustard. I always add A1 sauce. But their buns just don't hold up. The burger I had a few days ago fell apart in my hand, and today's did the same. They seriously need to work on that. I've been to Five Guys a ton of times over the years and honestly, I think they're starting to lose their charm. Sucks that they don't sell individual patties with cheese. It's only the year 2025 after the low carb / carnivore revolution and they don't accommodate to sell patties alone for customers who only want to eat the meat alone. The average price of a burger is $12-13 which is peanuts, not including that you don't get fries with it. How many peanuts do I have to buy to make up for the ripoff in which they conduct business. I'm not sure how in & out has not completely blown 5 guys out of the water just based on value, convenience, and customer service. Music was pretty loud in here too. Wouldn't recommend coming thru. Yikes! We drive all the way from the angels stadium to this location because we love the food. But today Saturday 7/19 around 6:50pm this place with a mess. We had to ask like 3 times to get our table cleaned so we can sit down. ALL the tables were dirty and some of the chairs. As you can see on the pictures. All the counters were dirty also. It was only a couple sitting at a table eating there was one person in front of us and us. It was not busy at ALL. There was I wanna say like 5 people behind the counters and none of them could have cleaned. Now I'm worried about my food the sitting area is dirty I wonder if the kitchen area is clean. Free peanuts! I wanted to try the Cajun Fires, they were just OK. I think I like regular fries, which are the bomb. Hot, soft inside, salty, little bit of grease. No need for ketchup, but it's there and so is malt vinegar if you want. I stopped in after a rare Angels home game win for a quick snack. Entrance is a bit messy with bags and boxes of French fries etc. Almost as if they don't have enough storage in the back. Not a big fan of that. Food is very customizable. Everything is a la carte versus meals. Food is VERY pricey. For me and my son I ended up spending $50. Food is good but nothing to write home about. Service is pretty quick. There are lots of tables to sit at and bar stool seating. It is a quiet atmosphere. We like to come here after my son gets his haircut a few doors down at SportClips. read more

I love Five Guys normally. Tried this location for the first time and the experience from the food to customer service was very poor. I ordered online to be able to pick it up in an efficient matter however even after arriving 10 minutes after the ready time, I still had to wait another 15 minutes for the fries and shake to be ready. Then before we left, we always check the order to make sure everything's right. When I say the fries were practically raw... It was like flash fried fries. Went back in and asked for a replacement and got attitude for it. Which is annoying I get it to have to remake something but I was extremely nice about it considering how undercooked they were. Came with my daughter after watching a movie for some burgers at around 4pm today and let me start by saying that the service was excellent, the guys working today were extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed (we never been to this location before) anyhow the cashier definitely offered menu options and combos, the ambience was great and lobby was clean floors were definitely clean i was not expecting that since i been to multiple five guy locations in the past and you always expect messy floors. Fries is WAY overly salty, barely could stomach it. Also quite soggy. They give you more fries than you pay for though so that's a plus if you like these fries. TLDR: Nice location, good food, a bit pricy This 5 Guys location is at the end of a strip mall and it's fairly easy to find. The area isn't ever crowded when I visit so parking isn't an issue. Inside, the place is always near and tidy, despite them being famous for having free self-serve peanuts and encouraging you to toss the shells on the floor. The staff welcomed me when I walked in, and I walked straight up to the counter to order. ***If you haven't been here before, take note: a cheese/hamburger has two patties, so if you're not that hungry, order the "mini" which is only one patty. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger "all the way" (with all the fixings like grilled onions, mushrooms, etc), my +1 ordered a mini hamburger the same, and we split a large fry. We added a couple fountain drinks, and the total came out to just over $30. As for the burgers, the bun was fresh and the patties were juicy and delicious. The fries were great, too...but there were so many, we couldn't finish them! They came in a soda cup, but I swear they must have dumped an extra cup of fries in the bag on top. Next time we'll try the medium. You could easily split them between three people, or maybe even four. I've eaten here before and I'll come back again. My only complaint (and the reason for not giving 5 stars) is that the cost is a bit pricey, but I'll still splurge every now and then given that the food is good. read more

Home of the $10 burger. I am sorry 5 guys but I am not a fan anymore. My wallet would also agree. Feeding two of us should not cost $30.00 for a fast food restaurant. I can name 5 other burger joints that are equally as good and much lighter on my wallet. And I can get a milkshake thrown in and feed my dog and still pay less. Milk shakes here are about $6.00. The only thing I like here is the Burger bowl. I am not always big on buns. Here I can create a salad type meal in a box. Still a little pricey if I get the $9.99 double patty option. Fries used to be generous. I overheard they ran out of fries and were waiting on 3 baskets. I guess I was the unlucky one who got all the leftovers without that bonus extra scoop in my small cup which was probally equivalent to 1.5 potatoes. Every time, except this time that small cup is filled and filled again. The 1001 soda machine is always fun until your first few choices were out.
