I saw one of the workers bringing out an order to an older gentleman sitting down and I thought that was very nice of her. Burgers and fries were perfect as well; I ordered a cheeseburger with "all the onions" (in n out has three different kinds of onions, and it was delicious! It's my new go-to order. Definitely one of the better In-N-Outs in OC! This location is in the same plaza as 85 degrees, and they've done a great job of containing the drive through so that it doesn't overrun the whole lot. There's plenty of indoor seating and a few spots outdoor as well. Did dine-in today and the staff inside was friendly, fast, and attentive with our order. Everything was made exactly as requested and came out fast considering there was a decent sized crowd. It looked like the drive-through was also running quickly too, so kudos to the team. Came here on a Monday evening around 8PM and it was pretty empty. I ordered my usual - a hamburger w/ raw onions & extra toasted buns + fries light well. The cashier was very helpful and seemed to understand my ask for light well without them being too overdone or too limp. The fries were nice and crispy with some give in each bite. I was a bit disappointed with the hamburger, however. Normally In-n-Out is quite generous with their condiments, but I found the portions onions and especially lettuce to be quite lacking. Went through the really long drive thru tonight. The line was backed up far into the 24 hour fitness parking lot. I said my order plain as day and it was repeated back to me correctly twice. Well, they messed up on my son's burger and put cheese. My son has special dietary needs. When I clearly stated "NO cheese, plain...meat and bun only". Just got home and now my son doesn't have dinner because his order was incorrect. So disappointed. Went to the drive-through last night. Ordered three cheeseburgers and one double-double mustard grilled with grilled onions. All of the burgers were overcooked and dry. The buns were also over grilled and burnt. My double-double was dry and over seasoned. Very salty. Been going to this location for years. The recent remodeling took this In-N-Out location from nearly perfect to a disorganized cluster. Before the changes, this was a solid five-star spot. During the remodel, they decided to move the condiments from a corner where they were out of the way to right in front of the cash register. Now people lining up to order are squeezed in with people trying to grab condiments. To make things worse, they removed more than half of the seating area for customers waiting on takeout orders. As a result, people now stand around in the walkways and in front of the door because there's nowhere else to wait. The worst part is that the remodel didn't seem to improve anything else. It just made the layout more cramped for no clear reason. The drive-thru situation is also a problem for nearby businesses. The staff consistently line up cars in a way that blocks access to several local shops and driveways, even placing cars directly over lines clearly marked by the property management and city to keep clear. They also regularly allow cars to line up in the fire lane, which is a serious safety issue. The food is the same as any other In-N-Out, no better or worse. read more

This is my go to Spot. They always get it right nowadays. Staff seem to like me, I may have been brash in my other reviews but I felt how I felt. I am on the spectrum and I have a difficult time when people don't listen to my very clear directions. It's human nature to behave predictable, and I try to always answer the 4 essential INO questions before they even have to ask me, and yet 1 of every 10 orders the order taker will ignore the information I gave them and autopilot ask me them a second time. Ours was an awesome experience. After a long flight, we stopped here for a meal and went through the drive through. The order taker asked if we were going to eat in the car and I said yes. I didn't know why he asked until we got our food. It came in an open box instead of a bag, and we were given a place mat. That was so cool - it truly made eating in the car easier. Times are hard up in this part of California. A little girl and her pregnant mom and baby sister approached us when we were sitting down to eat to ask us if we would buy them food. They said the mother had lost her job, the girl and her brothers were very hungry, and they were living in a motel. I was a bit worried that they were hungry but trying to eat at In 'n Out. I mean, didn't they want some fresh veggies? An apple? So worrisome. As always, In 'n Out is quality all the way and this location was no exception. Speedy service, quality products, and superior customer service. Tons of free parking, too. Additionally, this location was very clean. Got to love in n out food yes. The service has been horrible the last few times! I'm not sure what it is. They repeat my order correctly after I place my order. I go to pay. I get to the window and receive half my order I explain I'm missing a double double. The girl says I only paid for one. I said well she repeated it correctly but it's fine I'll pay for it. She asks me to park so they can prepare the double double so I ask if she can remake my #1 as it'll get cold and in n out fries are already bad on the way home if they aren't fresh. Upset me with me she grabs the bag. I park and walk inside to make my request is honored. I see my bag of food sitting there. I ask for a manager. But I can see the girl at the window tell someone she needs a double double blah blah. I notice they remove the old buns from the double double that was made, to put fresh ones on, ok....but what they did was unacceptable they put the hard as a rock ones on the missing double double! It's completely smashed and tastes horrible! Then the manager comes over with my food and gives me my order I said this is fresh correct? He says yes, I said because I just saw you sprinkle fresh fries on top of the old ones sitting on the counter that were my bag, he said he didn't. I saw him do this! I'm so disappointed in this customer service I know for a fact he would've never served his family this food. I'll never go to this in n out location again. This has been a horrible experience for us right before thanksgiving. You'd think your employees would take more pride in their jobs. Shame on them. They never even gave me a receipt. This place has horrible service, I came in on a Thursday night and it was not busy at all, placed my order and paid, once I got to the window they gave me the wrong order so I told the cashier, she then said I could keep part of the order free of charge and went back to get my actual order. She gave me the food and then said I had to pay for the extra food she had just told me I could keep. I paid because I just wanted to leave after being there for a couple of minutes.
