Cheeseburger- Patty is crisp and thin which is how I like it. Still a good amount of juiciness in it too. Bun is soft and perfectly seared. Cheese is gooey and you can't beat that secret sauce. This was ordered today around 11 am in the drive thru. The employee who initially took our order was short and came across as rude and unhelpful. We ordered multiple meals, but she did not ask for our drink selections before walking away. We had to ask her to come back to our car so we could finish our order. She also did not repeat the order back to us until we specifically asked her to do so, which left us concerned that it had not been entered correctly. When we reached the payment window, the employee there repeated our order back to us very quickly, and several parts of it were incorrect. We essentially had to go through and reorder or correct everything at the window. At the pickup window, our order was again not reviewed with us. We were simply asked if we had ordered four burgers, even though each burger was different and we had ordered meals that also included fries and drinks. Unfortunately, the food itself was also disappointing. We understand that food may cool down somewhat during the drive home, but both the burgers and fries were already cold and tasted as though they had been sitting for quite some time. Overall, the entire experience felt rushed, disorganized, and unwelcoming. This is by far the dirtiest In-N-Out location I have ever been to. They also used to get our drive thru orders wrong every single time- but at least that has improved lately. I went inside tonight and was blown away by the stench of urine inside the door, near the registers and main walkway. It is a small dining room that is always dirty and feels grimy, but the strong urine smell just took it to a whole new level. I saw one of the workers bringing out an order to an older gentleman sitting down and I thought that was very nice of her. Definitely one of the better In-N-Outs in OC! This location is in the same plaza as 85 degrees, and they've done a great job of containing the drive through so that it doesn't overrun the whole lot. There's plenty of indoor seating and a few spots outdoor as well. Did dine-in today and the staff inside was friendly, fast, and attentive with our order. Everything was made exactly as requested and came out fast considering there was a decent sized crowd. It looked like the drive-through was also running quickly too, so kudos to the team. I was a bit disappointed with the hamburger, however. Normally In-n-Out is quite generous with their condiments, but I found the portions onions and especially lettuce to be quite lacking. Went through the really long drive thru tonight. The line was backed up far into the 24 hour fitness parking lot. I said my order plain as day and it was repeated back to me correctly twice. Well, they messed up on my son's burger and put cheese. My son has special dietary needs. When I clearly stated "NO cheese, plain...meat and bun only". The recent remodeling took this In-N-Out location from nearly perfect to a disorganized cluster. Before the changes, this was a solid five-star spot. During the remodel, they decided to move the condiments from a corner where they were out of the way to right in front of the cash register. Now people lining up to order are squeezed in with people trying to grab condiments. To make things worse, they removed more than half of the seating area for customers waiting on takeout orders. As a result, people now stand around in the walkways and in front of the door because there's nowhere else to wait. The worst part is that the remodel didn't seem to improve anything else. It just made the layout more cramped for no clear reason. The drive-thru situation is also a problem for nearby businesses. The staff consistently line up cars in a way that blocks access to several local shops and driveways, even placing cars directly over lines clearly marked by the property management and city to keep clear. They also regularly allow cars to line up in the fire lane, which is a serious safety issue. The food is the same as any other In-N-Out, no better or worse. read more

This is my go to Spot. They always get it right nowadays. Staff seem to like me, I may have been brash in my other reviews but I felt how I felt. I am on the spectrum and I have a difficult time when people don't listen to my very clear directions. It's human nature to behave predictable, and I try to always answer the 4 essential INO questions before they even have to ask me, and yet 1 of every 10 orders the order taker will ignore the information I gave them and autopilot ask me them a second time.
