Just came by this location before they close and was helped by who i assume is the manager Citlali ( i hope i spelled her name right). She was a great help in helping me navigate through the rewards page and helping me grab one of the rewards that i was wondering about. Her and her team are doing great over here! read more

I love this place they evening staff is always friendly and kind and they make it a good environment when you come in but the manager anytime she's here (during lunch time ) she's just the rudest and has a power trip . She refuses to help out customers and when we order it's like she doesn't listen because she's so anxious about whatever but you can hear it in the tone she talks to you unprofessional and rude kills the fun in coming to wingstop and the food isn't as flavorful when we get it when she's here m. read more

This was my first time at this Wingstop location, and I'm so glad we made the drive! I did pick up and they reviewed my order with me before handing it over, which I appreciated. It's those small details that make a big difference. The wings looked amazing and the quality upon inspecting them in the car! Definitely know they will taste goood. Wingstop sports bar, crazy good work. I haven't seen one like this around the area but this location hits the spot. The staff here is always friendly! never have to wait long for the food, considering it's a busier location. 4.99 draft beer, cheaper than the bottle pft I'll take it. 5/5 read more

A great place to eat and nice place to bring your family and great services and the waitress are very pretty

I could not believe how long it took them to make the food. We came around 3:30pm during the week for pick up and there was no customers there. We ordered right away but took them quite a while for making the orders (perhaps they had a lot of online orders). We got the 2 flavors 15 wings for 2 combo! We were not able to finish everything and the wings were juicy and tasty. We got half lemon pepper and half original hot. The fries were well seasoned. Also, like their soda machine; they had a lot of soda and others to choose from. read more

Came in with my boyfriend and had a great experience. The cashier was extremely nice and welcoming from the moment we walked in. I prefer my wings extra extra well done, and when Edgar checked in and I mentioned it, he went out of his way to make me a new batch exactly how I like them. The customer service was top-tier. We'll definitely be back. read more

I came here to eat the other day with a friend and I got the tenders and she got the boneless wings. When my tenders came I was very disappointed in their size. Now I know shrinkflation is a thing, but this tender shrinkage was not ok. I told the employee that my tenders were too small and all they said was, "yea that's how they come now with our new provider" if they are this small now, just don't sell them. My friends boneless wings were almost the same size as my tender. They dismissed me, like there was nothing they could do. I won't be coming here anymore. I'll add a picture so you can see the size comparison of my tenders and my friends boneless wings. read more

My go to wingstop spot. This location is a sport grill one as well. Has a nice little cool bar. Cool place to swing by if in the area.

Tiny wings. Not enough sauce on the wings. No seasoning on the fries. Did they change their fries recipe or is it just this location? That was the best thing about Wingstop and now they're just regular fries. Used to be my favorite Wingstop location but something's changed. Service was good enough and the cajun corn kept this at 2 stars instead of 1 read more

Sat 23rd - 10:30pm order - Disappointed. I got original hot tenders and boneless on the side. Both hardly had any sauce and super soggy. SOGGY! I asked the front girls for side of sauce and let them know the food was soggy with no sauce. But they said, "oh". "Oh" and nothing else and went giggling back to their conversation. I had it to go to eat in the car and from fries to chicken they were barely warm. How could the temperature drop that much from store to car? Oh, they probably let the food sit out too long. Train your servers and do better. read more

Ambiance is relaxing, plenty of seating, clean, the gentleman that took my order was very polite. I always enjoy good wings. The only issue I had was getting buffalo wings instead of Cajun wings, and when I told them, a lady went in the back with the wrong wings and brought me back the same wings with just Cajun seasoning on top of the buffalo wings. As you can see in the picture I posted. I was disappointed to pay $17 for buffalo wings with sprinkled Cajun seasoning. I was in a rush to leave so I couldn't go back to get my right order. Hopefully next time they do better because I am indeed a sucker for good wings. read more

Not sure why this place had less than 5 because my experience was excellent! The person who took my order was friendly, polite. Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Being gluten free, it's hard to find good wings. The lemon pepper is my go-to. The fries are fresh and also my favorite fries. Plenty of parking here and very very clean - thank you for that! I planned on picking up an order for my girlfriend since she was home quarantining and I decided to order online while making a pit stop somewhere else nearby and they gave me an ETA of anywhere between 20-30 minutes. I also had a choice to pay online or pay in the store. During busy lunch hours, my food was ready to be picked up at the 20 minute mark. Once I arrived, I gave my name and proceeded to pay inside. My food was sealed shut and was given a drink cup to use myself. The two that helped me out in the front were super friendly and quick with their service. There were plenty of cooks in the back, which you can see from the main dining area and everyone was masked up. There is no dining available inside, just to-go orders available. read more

The service was alright. When I asked what wings were which because there were 2 that looked very similar all the people behind the counter went blank. They told me which was which but honestly I couldn't tell the difference because both lacked flavor and had to ask for more seasoning to add on my own which didn't help because most fell off. The ambience was like any other Wingstop but I wouldn't go back to this location. Had a conversation with a classmate last night and they too had flavorless wings delivered from this location. read more

We made a pickup order for wings here. Since we got 40 pieces, we chose 4 flavors: Bayou BBQ, Spicy Korean, Lemon Pepper, and Original Hot. I prefer the saucy flavors over the dry rubs, so bayou and spicy korean were my favorites. The wings were solid, but a bit on the crispier side. read more

I wasn't a big fan of Wing Stop until my daughter introduced me to this location! My family and I are now addicted and eat here at least 4-5 times a month. We have a Wingstop 3 minutes away from us but we make the 20 minute drive to eat at this specific location. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is always clean. Food is consistent, fresh and made to order. Portion is perfect. Wings and strips are cooked to perfection and fries are perfectly seasoned. I recommend the honey rub, mango habanero and lemon pepper. Ordered to-go in person and the lovely Jasmine was of huge help! Loved and appreciated her suggestion of adding Habanero on the side to the Lemon Pepper flavored wings. She knew I was interested in trying something a little spicier than the usual Spicy Korean we usually get and she proposed this brilliant delicious idea! The suggestion of the 2 flavors blew mine & husband's taste buds away so much so that we craved it again and came back tonight (11/29/22) to do another flavorful experience! We are now obsessed with the flavor combo that we will not only continue to order it this way moving forward at any WingStop, but prefer the sporty vibe & ambiance of this particular location compared to all the other ones we've tried. Thanks Jasmine for your delicious suggestion, connection, & great service! read more

I order 20 wings and you dont even give 1 dipping sauce. $1.71 for a ranch is bullshit. You suck. Wont be coming back.

Be very careful with placing orders here I placed an online carry-out order for 5people around noon, to pick up at 6:45pm. Once I placed my order I got my order number, and a message stating that I should be receiving a confirmation email shortly. My bank shows the debit transaction. At 4:45 I called the location and spoke to one of the team members. I told him that I had not received my email yet confirming my order. I provided him my information and he was able to find the order in a system. He read back my order verifying everything and said "yes, it will be ready to go at 6:45pm" We arrive at the location at 6:45 and are told they cannot find the order. They go through their system and all of a sudden they find my order. 20min later and the order is still not ready. read more

Wtf? That is.not what I asked for. I asked for my ten piece and a normal order of fries. That was my mistake to assume my order was correct before leaving the store. But at the same time why should I have to correct what I ordered correctly in the first place. This is either the employee is too lazy to make more fries to fulfill the order or the employee thinks this is an adequate amount. Either way this store need to work with the shift between the hours of 9pm-10 on 8-1-21. Love you guys and the food. read more

Been coming here for years just felt discriminated today. White male walked in before me, guy worker asked for his name and got his order right away with no further questioning. This lady helped me asked for my name and I told her my name, she comes back with my order and asked for my last name right after! You can see the look on her face, doubting me like it's not my order... like what?? Do you need my address to? This lady worker is Mexican like me lol... Besides that great wings. read more

I've been loyal to BW3 since childhood, so going to Wingstop felt kind of like having an affair- but it was worth it. I ordered boneless wings (what sort of masochist orders bone-in?) and went for the Cajun and Spicy Korean flavors. Both sauces completely delivered on the flavor; the spicy Korean was more of a traditional sauce consistency, while the Cajun sauce had more of a rub texture. Anyways, both were delicious, and I would definitely recommend to a friend. Maybe it's because this was our first time here, but the layout is weird to me in that the pickup window for to-go orders is towards the back of the restaurant- out of sight from where you order up front. It doesn't seem to be the optimal layout, but it is what it is. read more

First time at wingstop in a while. Extremely disappointed. Every single order of wings was too salty to ear and we had to discard most of it. Ordered 30-boneless wings. 8 buffalo. Too salty to eat. 12 parmesan. Too salty to ear. 10 lemon pepper. Way too salty to eat. Surprisingly, the seasoned cajun fries were not as salty as the wings. We ended up trying to eat a few of the wings but we ended up throwing it a way because it was so salty my lips started to get chapped. Seriously. Definitely feel ripped off for what we ordered. WingStop just doesn't seem as good as it used to. read more

Yelp challenge 50/365 We stop You stop We all stop For Wing stop So, I have a secret. Im afraid of bones. For years, I stayed away from a lot of meat. If I ate meat it has to be bone free. I still have that rule for my chicken. No bones allowed. As long as I dont see the bones, I love meat. Located at Tustin and Katella in the Smart and Final shopping center towards the corner by 5 guys. Offering lots of parking and friendly service. Wing stop is cool because they offer boneless wings. But, in reality they are glorified chicken nuggets. Nothing special. And they are not very filling. I can easily eat 8 of them all by myself. The lemon pepper and garlic parmesean are yummy, but I prefer my wings drenched. Both of those are dry rubbed. If your going to eat wings, you should do it the old fashion way. Use your fingers and start nawing away, and let it get all over your face and fingers. Then lick your fingers good. Wings come dry or wet. I prefer them wet in a good BBQ sauce. Some of them have a dry rub and are bathed in butter. With the 8 and 10 piece combos you can mix or match 2 flavors. Food takes about 15 minutes. Self serve multi million style soda machine lets you chose anything you can think of, exept Ginger ale. Fail!! If your bored they do have TVs on. Review #555 read more

I can honestly say, I've had Wingstop about two times in my life when I lived in the Lakewood area back in the day so I don't remember it fer shit! So speed up years later and a newer location in Orange and 3 hungry mofos on the 4th of July not in the mood to cook nor BBQ for the holiday :D So mom and sis have been going to WS without me so it was about darn time I got to try some as well! I scaled the menu on the website and we were plotting like a mofo on what we were going to have for dinner. What was ordered: Family pack that includes 30wings and honestly now I wish we ordered 40 LOL 10 Louisiana flavored wings: BOOOOOOMB the best out of the three flavors. Well seasoned and super moist. Like a perfect fried chicken wing! 10 Hawaiian flavored wings: Tasty sweet saucy wings. I'd order those again 10 Smoked bbq: Very tender wing and the sauce was excellent. I won't like, the sauce tasted like KFC bbq sauced wings. I like both so no compliant from me! Fries were really tasty and we basically had two orders of fries because they didn't hear my sister stating that she just wanted a side of jalapeno cheese NOT jalapeno cheese fries! Those were still good and great kick with the jalapeno. The dinner rolls were so buttery, airy and ADDICTING! A side of carrots and celery. I noticed people in previous reviews getting mad about the charge for these. Oh well, veggies ain't cheap yo LOL. I could care less about that, people pay for a lot more BS than two dollar veggies PSSSSSH LOL. Overall a SOLID meal and I wanted more wings the next day! read more

This is one of the bigger wingstop locations I have been too. There is a large seating area which also has Tv's, perfect for watching a game. They also have one of those new touch technology fountain drink machines. I went here for a to go order. There is a pretty decent selection of wing flavors form mild to super spicy, maybe about 10 options. And you can get all of these options in regular chicken wings or boneless. My personal favorite is lemon pepper, which is non spicy. So good and juicy. Whetever you order, make sure not to leave here without the french fries, they are some of the best fries I've had. And the ranch sauce for dipping them is really good. They take a bit to make your order, even if not many people are there, but hopefully that just means it's fresh. There is a convenient waiting area with bar stools. read more
