We ordered a burger wit tots and mozzarella cheese sticks for appetizer and got 10 boneless wings..it's very good. Service here we had Anthony he did an amazing job with his customer services..He's a top notch at this place. I have been to other Buffalo Wild Wings and services was ok.. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant wasn't even busy yet I waited 15 minutes just to be seated. No one acknowledged me until I finally had to say something myself. That alone was frustrating. What made it worse was the manager Alexander. He was extremely rude and dismissive instead of apologetic or helpful. After I spoke up they finally sat me but then I was left at the table without a server. It felt completely unorganized and unprofessional. There's no excuse for that level of service especially when the restaurant isn't crowded. Definitely disappointed and won't be returning. Consistent with all the negative reviews here, this place has serious staffing and quality issues. Came here with a party of 7 and waited almost 1.5 hours before receiving our food, not acceptable! They kept on seating customers even though there's a huge backlog in the kitchen. The quality of the food that we ordered (wings, chicken tenders, burger) is simply TERRIBLE, and I'm not sure why this place is still in business. Our waitress is probably the only bright spot, she was extremely nice and did what she can to refill our drinks while we waited. I didn't take any pictures because it's not worthwhile. The food was delicious, but there was some inconsistency with how much sauce they gave. I prefer mine extra saucy, and sometimes it wasn't enough. Also, keep in mind the wings are on the smaller side and the bones break pretty easily. Cost - $26.93 in total with tax, without tip. Price is so freaking good for AYCE wings and fries!! read more

Restaurant was pretty empty so everything looked slow. I sit there and wait for another 1 hour!! Two other to go orders were picked up that walked in after me. Three tables that were sat after I arrived also got their food. The Host tells me two times my food is coming out right away... I ask him why it's taking so long and he says the "To Go" orders were backed up... After waiting for over an hour I finally get my food. Tell me why the fries were stale and the chicken tasted like fish!!! Absolutely disgusting. Felt sick after eating a bite. Will never come here again and honestly any BWW again. When we first arrived there was NO ONE to great us . We should have left then. The servers were gathered in back of the restaurant. When someone arrived he did not apologize for the delay. He told us he would wipe down a table. The table he brought us to was super dirty. He started to wipe it again with his dirty dry towel... really? I walked in with 3 of my daughters, and it was mildly busy, the waiting area was packed but the restaurant was surprisingly open. I put in my name and we were told 10 minutes. in the meantime, every party that comes in after me has been told 10 minutes also. 30 minutes goes by and they've only seated one group of three. They finally called me but I was surprised and I said there were people here before me and they said no I'm pretty sure you came in before them because you're next on the list and I said no all these people were here when I walked in. so they said OK put the menus down and then didn't call anybody else 10 minutes goes by, They still haven't called anybody since they called me and I declined to go because I didn't want to be rude. We went to this BWW location for the first time. We sat down at a table in the bar, and were not greeted for almost 15 minutes. I had to walk over to the other side of the bar to get our own menus and my husband finally went up to the bartender to place our drink order. He ordered a beer for himself and a glass of prosecco for me. The bartender had no clue what prosecco was. My husband had to point it out to him on the menu. The bartender held up a completely different beverage in a can and tried to give it to my husband. When my husband told him that was not the correct beverage, he continued to try to give it to my husband. This went on for almost 10 minutes. In the meantime, we were STILL not greeted by a server to order food at this point. A guy in the bar said he had been waiting almost 40 minutes for his order of wings. That's when we decided to bounce and go to another establishment by our house. The service in this place is horrendous. I don't anticipate it being in business too much longer with such abominable service. We will definitely not be back. read more

I haven't been to BWW in a while & I saw that they had a special (Pick 6) so I said what the heck let's go & catch some games & enjoy some food. When I first got there it was pretty empty, but as the night went on, it did pick up & I was sitting @the bar. The service by the bartender named Art was phenomenal for how busy he was & for how many tables he had to cover. So to start I ordered an Arnold Palmer. Had to ask for a new drink because something was off and it was the iced tea. Had that old taste, So I just drank lemonade. The burger was real good, cooked well & tasted appetizing and the fries were even very well seasoned. On the other hand, the wings tasted off. I had the garlic Parmesan & the spicy garlic. The garlic Parm tasted off as well or the oil was old & The spicy garlic tasted just like buffalo wing sauce. I was very disappointed & even asked the bartender if this is how they were supposed to be. He said yes. I Had to pay an extra $3 for the bone in wings & if you want the double burger like the commercial shows on tv that's a extra $5 as well. If it wasn't for the great service and the burger, this meal would've been a disaster.. unsure if I'll be back, I really used to like BWW...!!! SUCKS....
