We came in and had dinner and you have a young lady server there named Livi that was an absolute delight. She was super mellow but also attentive and always brought what we needed and then some with a sixth sense We will definitely be coming back to your restaurant read more

Visited on 9/17/26 around 6:40pm. When we arrived, there was no host at the front, and six families were waiting to be seated. The surprising part was that the restaurant wasn't full. I eventually found the clipboard with the waiting list and added my party. For about 20 minutes, no staff came to the front to check the list or seat anyone. I finally walked toward the kitchen area and asked an associate whether seating was happening or if guests should consider leaving. He was friendly and went to check, and shortly after, a few staff members came out and began seating everyone. It seemed like they were limiting the flow of guests due to low staffing. Given that it was Week 2 of the NFL season -- a Thursday night Bills vs. Lions game -- I would've expected management to anticipate a busier-than-usual evening and staff accordingly. Ironically, I was seated at the same table where I had waited earlier. Once seated, service and food were fine. But the initial walk‑in experience was rough; anyone with less patience would've walked out. I'm not here to bash the restaurant -- just noting that if you visit on a game night, it's best to lower your expectations. read more

Came here around 10 pm and it was so empty. It took around 30 minutes to get seated. Only table tops which was okay. We came here with another couple and ordered our food at the same time, however ours arrived earlier by 15 minutes. By the time they got their food we finished ours. It was not even worth since the food was super super Cold. read more

Last time I will ever come into this place. Came in after a 12 hour shift to enjoy a beer and some food for our fantasy football draft. After ordering drinks we all placed orders for food. It took them 45 min to finally bring my food after ordering and it was just an appetizer. I ended up having to box it up and leave because it was already late. The entire experience was horrible. They were bringing peoples orders out 5-10 min apart with items missing and by the time I got mine everyone was already finished eating. Some people never even received part of their orders. We had to ask multiple times for silverware and napkins and were brought 4 napkins for the 7 of us and no silverware. It was a Saturday night at 7pm but half the restaurant was empty... Will never be returning again. Always loved coming to this place and have always put up with mediocre service but this was just next level horrible. Will never recommend this place to anyone . read more

Ambiance here is like any other Buffalo Wild Wings place... has a bar, t.v and high stool tables and chairs, booth and also tables and chairs..it wasn't busy when we came..It was a good timing cause it can be very busy here, cause you can watch all sports on t.v.. read more

Bad service food was cold and to get a drink took over an hour when it was really slow. I don't know what's going on with this place but it's ridiculous. I don't recommend coming here. read more

They said my food was going to be ready in 5 more minutes. Scheduled pick up was at 8:00pm and I arrived at 8:05 pm and was told it'll be 5more min. It's 8:54pm and I barley got the order. The manager sucks and looks confused and lost. You guys need to change the manager and be more organized with orders read more

There was no host during prime time on a Saturday. The people in front of us left, and we ended up leaving as well. We shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes just to be greeted. Will not be back. read more

8/10 AYCE Wings - They start you off with 10 wings where you can choose 2 flavors, and every order comes with fries. After that, you can order 6 wings at a time but only in one flavor. The food was delicious, but there was some inconsistency with how much sauce they gave. I prefer mine extra saucy, and sometimes it wasn't enough. Also, keep in mind the wings are on the smaller side and the bones break pretty easily. Cost - $26.93 in total with tax, without tip. Price is so freaking good for AYCE wings and fries!! read more

Been going to this Bdubs for years. It hasn't always been the best and the service is always bad but usually the food is decent. This time is my last straw. Will never go here again! Ordered my food at 4:47 pm. App said food will be ready around 5:10 pm. I arrived right on time and the host said my order wasn't ready. That's fine, I was expecting it to be late anyways. Restaurant was pretty empty so everything looked slow. I sit there and wait for another 1 hour!! Two other to go orders were picked up that walked in after me. Three tables that were sat after I arrived also got their food. The Host tells me two times my food is coming out right away... I ask him why it's taking so long and he says the "To Go" orders were backed up... After waiting for over an hour I finally get my food. Tell me why the fries were stale and the chicken tasted like fish!!! Absolutely disgusting. Felt sick after eating a bite. Will never come here again and honestly any BWW again. The issues start from the top down. Terrible management and untrained workers. Got workers walking around doing absolutely nothing. Honestly makes me sad. read more

I met a friend there. He is a Detroit Lions fan and I am a Chicago Bears fan. It was game 17. We sat and the waitress put the game on the TV in front of us. We ordered two sampler platters with double wings and enjoyed the game. However, there were two local teams also playing so the volume on our game was low. It was still enjoyable. The food was good. Nice to get out the house and enjoy watching NFL football And eating wings with a friend. read more

Consistent with all the negative reviews here, this place has serious staffing and quality issues. Came here with a party of 7 and waited almost 1.5 hours before receiving our food, not acceptable! They kept on seating customers even though there's a huge backlog in the kitchen. The quality of the food that we ordered (wings, chicken tenders, burger) is simply TERRIBLE, and I'm not sure why this place is still in business. Our waitress is probably the only bright spot, she was extremely nice and did what she can to refill our drinks while we waited. I didn't take any pictures because it's not worthwhile. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

I've been to about 10 BWW locations in my life all around, and it was my first time yesterday at this location. I have never ever been to a BWW where the service and food was this good, and I was honestly blown away. The restaurant was practically empty but the food came out steaming fresh, sauced up perfectly, and service was quick and pleasant. We had a server named Jemimah and she was outstanding. Constantly checked in on us, made sure we were doing well, and brought the food hastily and it was so good. I could not believe this as I never have had anything like this at any BWW. Thank you Jemimah, will now be coming here as my new favorite location!! read more

Extremely disappointing experience. I drove a long distance specifically to come here and enjoy some wings, only to stand around for 30 minutes without anyone even bothering to seat me or acknowledge me. After waiting that long with no service, I had no choice but to leave. It's frustrating to go out of your way to visit an establishment because you're looking forward to the food, only to be completely ignored. I came here expecting good wings and decent customer service, but unfortunately, I got neither. Definitely not worth the drive or the wait, and I won't be coming back. read more

Alaina was amazing and courteous. Excellent service and delicious food. Would highly recommend to unwind after work

Tried to order takeout and gave up. Asked to be seated so we could have a beer while we waited for the food to be ready but were directed to the take-out line. The hostess was also doing the take-out orders and after 15 minutes we still hadn't been able to place an order because she was so busy doing both jobs so we left. The TV volume was insanely loud. And their prices?? $20 for 10 boneless wings?? Are you joking?? And the bone-in wings are MORE expensive for less food no thanks. read more

They always have your order ready an hour after the projected time for it to be done. Do not order here at all. It's completely gone downhill and even when it's not busy they don't have it ready when they say it will. For such an expensive restaurant you'd think you'd be getting better order time. read more

When we first arrived there was NO ONE to great us . We should have left then. The servers were gathered in back of the restaurant. When someone arrived he did not apologize for the delay. He told us he would wipe down a table. The table he brought us to was super dirty. He started to wipe it again with his dirty dry towel... really? Why aren't tables wiped with a clean towel and some kind of cleaning spray?! Yuk. The food took way, way too long to arrive to the table. It wasn't hot and over-cooked; however, the favors were amazing to savor. We haven't been here in over 10 years. More than likely, we will not return. read more

Love their wings, but they could work on their customer service in take out. Nobody was at the counter, I had to call a waiter who was not very friendly. They made me wait almost 10 minutes for my phone order and the restaurant was not that busy. read more

We came in excited and unfortunately had terrible service. Alaina was very rude slamming the drinks on the table as well as the straws. Even when paying cash she didn't even hand me the cash she threw it on the counter. She never once asked if we needed anything and we even had to wave her down. She forgot my friend's beer which took an extra 15 minutes to get. We understood it was busy, however, handing me the cash, as well as slamming the drinks/straws was not okay. Sadly will not be returning. read more

Don't let the reviews keep you from visiting BWW Orange. Luna, our bartender was amazing! She was super attentive, friendly and made our experience great. The food came out perfectly and you can't beat the 6 for 6 deal. Ask from Luma when you visit the Orange location at The Village! read more

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant wasn't even busy yet I waited 15 minutes just to be seated. No one acknowledged me until I finally had to say something myself. That alone was frustrating. What made it worse was the manager Alexander. He was extremely rude and dismissive instead of apologetic or helpful. After I spoke up they finally sat me but then I was left at the table without a server. It felt completely unorganized and unprofessional. There's no excuse for that level of service especially when the restaurant isn't crowded. Definitely disappointed and won't be returning. Alexander should not be the manager let alone in foodservice. worst experience after explaining my frustrations to Alexander, he had the nerve to ask me if I want to go to the back and help disbelief.wow read more

I don't think I have high expectation for excellent service but this place really drove me insane. Today I went to pick up to go order from B dubs and I literally placed the order 30 minutes before I got there with an ASAP pick up time but when I got there, there was no one at the counter and I waited an additional 15 to 20 minutes and even saw some employees chitchatting with each other. The order was for 6 wings read more

Jemimah was an amazing server. Brisa the manager was very attentive as well. Food was great.

Terrible service. Waited at the host stand for 5 minutes and no one came to seat us. The place was empty with maybe 8 tables total. We went and sat ourselves at the bar area and the server passed by us three times and never greeted us. We sat there for 8 minutes. This establishment needs to be replaced with more attentive staff and better servers. read more

I walked in with 3 of my daughters, and it was mildly busy, the waiting area was packed but the restaurant was surprisingly open. I put in my name and we were told 10 minutes. in the meantime, every party that comes in after me has been told 10 minutes also. 30 minutes goes by and they've only seated one group of three. They finally called me but I was surprised and I said there were people here before me and they said no I'm pretty sure you came in before them because you're next on the list and I said no all these people were here when I walked in. so they said OK put the menus down and then didn't call anybody else 10 minutes goes by, They still haven't called anybody since they called me and I declined to go because I didn't want to be rude. I waited long enough and we left. This isn't the first time I've come to this location and they just can't handle the business. I don't know what's going on with Buffalo wild wings, but it's getting really hard to support after supporting for so many years. read more

We went to this BWW location for the first time. We sat down at a table in the bar, and were not greeted for almost 15 minutes. I had to walk over to the other side of the bar to get our own menus and my husband finally went up to the bartender to place our drink order. He ordered a beer for himself and a glass of prosecco for me. The bartender had no clue what prosecco was. My husband had to point it out to him on the menu. The bartender held up a completely different beverage in a can and tried to give it to my husband. When my husband told him that was not the correct beverage, he continued to try to give it to my husband. This went on for almost 10 minutes. In the meantime, we were STILL not greeted by a server to order food at this point. A guy in the bar said he had been waiting almost 40 minutes for his order of wings. That's when we decided to bounce and go to another establishment by our house. The service in this place is horrendous. I don't anticipate it being in business too much longer with such abominable service. We will definitely not be back. read more

I haven't been to BWW in a while & I saw that they had a special (Pick 6) so I said what the heck let's go & catch some games & enjoy some food. When I first got there it was pretty empty, but as the night went on, it did pick up & I was sitting @the bar. The service by the bartender named Art was phenomenal for how busy he was & for how many tables he had to cover. So to start I ordered an Arnold Palmer. Had to ask for a new drink because something was off and it was the iced tea. Had that old taste, So I just drank lemonade. The burger was real good, cooked well & tasted appetizing and the fries were even very well seasoned. On the other hand, the wings tasted off. I had the garlic Parmesan & the spicy garlic. The garlic Parm tasted off as well or the oil was old & The spicy garlic tasted just like buffalo wing sauce. I was very disappointed & even asked the bartender if this is how they were supposed to be. He said yes. I Had to pay an extra $3 for the bone in wings & if you want the double burger like the commercial shows on tv that's a extra $5 as well. If it wasn't for the great service and the burger, this meal would've been a disaster.. unsure if I'll be back, I really used to like BWW...!!! SUCKS.... Total bill was like $37 bucks & I gave a $8 tip...!! read more

Honestly the worst location! I already know all Buffalo Wild Wings locations are bad so we come in with the mindset ready to get bad service lol but this one is really bad ! The wait time to get seated was about 20 min. Didn't mind it we understood. Once we got sat at the booth the floor was really dirty. There was trash everywhere. We were waiting for about 20+ minutes and still no sever to help us out. We left unhappy and came to Red Robbin. read more
