We ordered a burger wit tots and mozzarella cheese sticks for appetizer and got 10 boneless wings..it's very good. Service here we had Anthony he did an amazing job with his customer services..He's a top notch at this place. I have been to other Buffalo Wild Wings and services was ok.. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant wasn't even busy yet I waited 15 minutes just to be seated. No one acknowledged me until I finally had to say something myself. That alone was frustrating. What made it worse was the manager Alexander. He was extremely rude and dismissive instead of apologetic or helpful. After I spoke up they finally sat me but then I was left at the table without a server. It felt completely unorganized and unprofessional. There's no excuse for that level of service especially when the restaurant isn't crowded. Definitely disappointed and won't be returning. Consistent with all the negative reviews here, this place has serious staffing and quality issues. Came here with a party of 7 and waited almost 1.5 hours before receiving our food, not acceptable! They kept on seating customers even though there's a huge backlog in the kitchen. The quality of the food that we ordered (wings, chicken tenders, burger) is simply TERRIBLE, and I'm not sure why this place is still in business. Our waitress is probably the only bright spot, she was extremely nice and did what she can to refill our drinks while we waited. I didn't take any pictures because it's not worthwhile. We came in excited and unfortunately had terrible service. Alaina was very rude slamming the drinks on the table as well as the straws. Even when paying cash she didn't even hand me the cash she threw it on the counter. She never once asked if we needed anything and we even had to wave her down. 8/10 AYCE Wings - They start you off with 10 wings where you can choose 2 flavors, and every order comes with fries. After that, you can order 6 wings at a time but only in one flavor. The food was delicious, but there was some inconsistency with how much sauce they gave. I prefer mine extra saucy, and sometimes it wasn't enough. Also, keep in mind the wings are on the smaller side and the bones break pretty easily. Cost - $26.93 in total with tax, without tip. Price is so freaking good for AYCE wings and fries!! read more

Restaurant was pretty empty so everything looked slow. I sit there and wait for another 1 hour!! Two other to go orders were picked up that walked in after me. I ask him why it's taking so long and he says the "To Go" orders were backed up... After waiting for over an hour I finally get my food. We went to this BWW location for the first time. We sat down at a table in the bar, and were not greeted for almost 15 minutes. I had to walk over to the other side of the bar to get our own menus and my husband finally went up to the bartender to place our drink order. He ordered a beer for himself and a glass of prosecco for me. The bartender had no clue what prosecco was. My husband had to point it out to him on the menu. The bartender held up a completely different beverage in a can and tried to give it to my husband. When my husband told him that was not the correct beverage, he continued to try to give it to my husband. This went on for almost 10 minutes. In the meantime, we were STILL not greeted by a server to order food at this point. A guy in the bar said he had been waiting almost 40 minutes for his order of wings. That's when we decided to bounce and go to another establishment by our house. The service in this place is horrendous. When I first got there it was pretty empty, but as the night went on, it did pick up & I was sitting @the bar. The service by the bartender named Art was phenomenal for how busy he was & for how many tables he had to cover. So to start I ordered an Arnold Palmer. Had to ask for a new drink because something was off and it was the iced tea. Had that old taste, So I just drank lemonade. The burger was real good, cooked well & tasted appetizing and the fries were even very well seasoned. On the other hand, the wings tasted off. I had the garlic Parmesan & the spicy garlic. The garlic Parm tasted off as well or the oil was old & The spicy garlic tasted just like buffalo wing sauce. I was very disappointed & even asked the bartender if this is how they were supposed to be. He said yes. I Had to pay an extra $3 for the bone in wings & if you want the double burger like the commercial shows on tv that's a extra $5 as well. If it wasn't for the great service and the burger, this meal would've been a disaster.. unsure if I'll be back, I really used to like BWW...!!! SUCKS.... If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This location has the worst customer service and wait time. It happened to me 3 times where I placed and order and waited 45 mins to over 1 hour for my food. This time, I placed an online order and picked it up at the specified time, but they didn't have my food ready. Staff kept saying they'll "check" on my food but kept me waiting. I asked multiple people and they kept saying they'll check again, yet nothing. I waited over 40 minutes, and turns out my food was there all along sitting there for over 30 minutes but they kept "checking" for it. I received my food and went home only to realize they messed up my order. I had to come back and wait again. When I arrived, the staff saw me but never came up to greet me. I kept waiting by the order pickup area, still nothing. Staff saw me but didn't do anything. I moved to the front area and waited nearly 10 minutes before someone came. When I told her about how they messed up my order, one being that she never apologized and two, she preceded to say "we'll check on your order" WITHOUT even checking to see my actual order receipt or ask what my name is. She wasn't going to check on it. Instead, she offload it to someone else and asked them to check. Of all the staff there, there was only 1 person who's actually working. Everyone else was lazy and standing around. They saw me but never approached, they wanted someone else to handle it. And guess what? I've been waiting 30 minutes for them to correct my order. It's been 2 hours since I placed my order, and I'm still waiting for my food! INEXCUSABLE! I won't be coming back EVER! Don't waste your time waiting for them to "check on your order," just go to a different location. No one was at the counter, no hostess at the stand, and no employees on the floor. The only person visible was the bartender. One of the customers ahead of me had to walk up to the bar just to let someone know we were waiting for carry-out. We were told someone would come help us -- no one did. Minutes passed, it was already past 2:20, and we had been waiting over 10 minutes with zero acknowledgment. I decided to go to the kitchen door to get someone's attention and saw three employees standing around laughing and talking, clearly not in a rush. They casually said, "We're working on your order," and just stood there. I closed the door and went back to the carry-out counter. Eventually someone came out, took names, and went back to the kitchen. Orders started coming out one by one. By this point it was after 3:00 PM. I was repeatedly told my order was being worked on -- it was just an appetizer. I didn't receive my food until 3:20 PM -- a full hour wait for a carry-out order in a nearly empty restaurant. People walked in, saw no one at the hostess stand, and left. Other customers waiting for carry-out were clearly frustrated too. I expressed my frustration and was met with complete indifference. If the order will not be ready by the estimated time at least adjust the time and or offer refreshments while we wait for the order.
