I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant wasn't even busy yet I waited 15 minutes just to be seated. No one acknowledged me until I finally had to say something myself. That alone was frustrating. What made it worse was the manager Alexander. He was extremely rude and dismissive instead of apologetic or helpful. After I spoke up they finally sat me but then I was left at the table without a server. It felt completely unorganized and unprofessional. There's no excuse for that level of service especially when the restaurant isn't crowded. Definitely disappointed and won't be returning. Consistent with all the negative reviews here, this place has serious staffing and quality issues. Came here with a party of 7 and waited almost 1.5 hours before receiving our food, not acceptable! They kept on seating customers even though there's a huge backlog in the kitchen. The quality of the food that we ordered (wings, chicken tenders, burger) is simply TERRIBLE, and I'm not sure why this place is still in business. Our waitress is probably the only bright spot, she was extremely nice and did what she can to refill our drinks while we waited. I didn't take any pictures because it's not worthwhile. I met a friend there. He is a Detroit Lions fan and I am a Chicago Bears fan. It was game 17. We sat and the waitress put the game on the TV in front of us. We ordered two sampler platters with double wings and enjoyed the game. However, there were two local teams also playing so the volume on our game was low. It was still enjoyable. The food was good. The food was delicious, but there was some inconsistency with how much sauce they gave. I prefer mine extra saucy, and sometimes it wasn't enough. Been going to this Bdubs for years. It hasn't always been the best and the service is always bad but usually the food is decent. This time is my last straw. Will never go here again! Ordered my food at 4:47 pm. App said food will be ready around 5:10 pm. I arrived right on time and the host said my order wasn't ready. That's fine, I was expecting it to be late anyways. Restaurant was pretty empty so everything looked slow. I sit there and wait for another 1 hour!! Two other to go orders were picked up that walked in after me. Three tables that were sat after I arrived also got their food. The Host tells me two times my food is coming out right away... I ask him why it's taking so long and he says the "To Go" orders were backed up... After waiting for over an hour I finally get my food. Tell me why the fries were stale and the chicken tasted like fish!!! Absolutely disgusting. Felt sick after eating a bite. Will never come here again and honestly any BWW again. We went to this BWW location for the first time. We sat down at a table in the bar, and were not greeted for almost 15 minutes. I had to walk over to the other side of the bar to get our own menus and my husband finally went up to the bartender to place our drink order. He ordered a beer for himself and a glass of prosecco for me. The bartender had no clue what prosecco was. My husband had to point it out to him on the menu. The bartender held up a completely different beverage in a can and tried to give it to my husband. When my husband told him that was not the correct beverage, he continued to try to give it to my husband. This went on for almost 10 minutes. In the meantime, we were STILL not greeted by a server to order food at this point. A guy in the bar said he had been waiting almost 40 minutes for his order of wings. That's when we decided to bounce and go to another establishment by our house. The service in this place is horrendous. I haven't been to BWW in a while & I saw that they had a special (Pick 6) so I said what the heck let's go & catch some games & enjoy some food. When I first got there it was pretty empty, but as the night went on, it did pick up & I was sitting @the bar. The service by the bartender named Art was phenomenal for how busy he was & for how many tables he had to cover. So to start I ordered an Arnold Palmer. Had to ask for a new drink because something was off and it was the iced tea. Had that old taste, So I just drank lemonade. The burger was real good, cooked well & tasted appetizing and the fries were even very well seasoned. On the other hand, the wings tasted off. I had the garlic Parmesan & the spicy garlic. The garlic Parm tasted off as well or the oil was old & The spicy garlic tasted just like buffalo wing sauce. I was very disappointed & even asked the bartender if this is how they were supposed to be. He said yes. I Had to pay an extra $3 for the bone in wings & if you want the double burger like the commercial shows on tv that's a extra $5 as well. If it wasn't for the great service and the burger, this meal would've been a disaster.. unsure if I'll be back, I really used to like BWW...!!! SUCKS.... I placed a carry-out order that was supposed to be ready at 2:20 PM. I arrived early at 2:15 PM and there were only two customers ahead of me. No one was at the counter, no hostess at the stand, and no employees on the floor. The only person visible was the bartender. One of the customers ahead of me had to walk up to the bar just to let someone know we were waiting for carry-out. We were told someone would come help us -- no one did. Minutes passed, it was already past 2:20, and we had been waiting over 10 minutes with zero acknowledgment. I decided to go to the kitchen door to get someone's attention and saw three employees standing around laughing and talking, clearly not in a rush. They casually said, "We're working on your order," and just stood there. I closed the door and went back to the carry-out counter. Eventually someone came out, took names, and went back to the kitchen. Orders started coming out one by one. By this point it was after 3:00 PM. I was repeatedly told my order was being worked on -- it was just an appetizer. I didn't receive my food until 3:20 PM -- a full hour wait for a carry-out order in a nearly empty restaurant. People walked in, saw no one at the hostess stand, and left. Other customers waiting for carry-out were clearly frustrated too. I expressed my frustration and was met with complete indifference. Waited another 10 minutes before we sat down, waiter was attentive got our drinks quickly, ordered some burgers and it took 30 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. I understand if you're busy but there was only 2 other tables waiting for food. And some people at the bar just drinking. We asked the manager why it took so long. I kept waiting by the order pickup area, still nothing. Staff saw me but didn't do anything. I moved to the front area and waited nearly 10 minutes before someone came. When I told her about how they messed up my order, one being that she never apologized and two, she preceded to say "we'll check on your order" WITHOUT even checking to see my actual order receipt or ask what my name is. She wasn't going to check on it. Instead, she offload it to someone else and asked them to check. Of all the staff there, there was only 1 person who's actually working. Everyone else was lazy and standing around. They saw me but never approached, they wanted someone else to handle it. And guess what? I've been waiting 30 minutes for them to correct my order. It's been 2 hours since I placed my order, and I'm still waiting for my food! INEXCUSABLE! I won't be coming back EVER! Don't waste your time waiting for them to "check on your order," just go to a different location. Very disappointing experience at this BWW location. The staff was kind and polite, but the service overall was poorly handled. I ordered at 7:50 PM. My child's and husband's food arrived around 8:15, but my burger never came out. After waiting an additional 35+ minutes and watching other tables be served, I asked for it to be canceled. The only resolution offered was removing my burger and my husband's meal from the bill, since he chose not to eat without me. Granted I came in through the patio gate which was opened because my dogs and I just finished a 5 mile walk and a cold beer and lunch sounded great. I just wanted to sit outside and watch the Angel game but because one tv was apparently busted no tvs could go on. No big deal I'll just listen on my AirPods. What gets me is that I sat there for a long time with only two other tables. I was obviously acknowledged that I was there because apparently the server was confused because I didn't check in with the hostess. I asked the one server who had the other two small tables for a menu and he said "someone else will help me. But I never received any service. When I decided to leave I went inside to talk to the manager. Apparently, I'm the one with the dogs. Of course, the manager didn't give a **** because all she said was ok and have a nice day. The service here is consistently terrible. Unfortunately my wife really likes the buffalo dry rub and you can't really find an equivalent around here. So every few months we try again and it's basically the same story as today. Put in an order online 20 wings, tots and cheese sticks. Nothing crazy.. order put in at 11:14, tells me 11:30 for pickup. I know they are never on time so I head over at 11:40. Nobody is at the take out counter (per usual). There is another gentleman waiting who had been there 10m before me. We both wait another 10m and I poke my head into the dining room to flag somebody down.. waitress drops off an order but doesn't look towards us and retreats to the kitchen. Bartender looks up sees us and then retreats to the kitchen. Some folks walk in to be seated... another 5-10m pass and not a soul comes out of kitchen.. bartender pokes his head out and sees folks waiting to be sat. Now he has to come out , he sees us and comes over and asks about the orders. Back into the kitchen he goes.. 5 mins later he comes out and says they are packing it up now.. at this point it's after 12:05.. wait another 10-15 m the guy waiting with me just leaves. A few min later they come out with my order. The woman won't even look me in the eye.. no apology for wait nothing . She stands there mute as I check my order.. everything is there but luke warm at best.. god only knows how long a recook will take so I just go... Writing this review as I wait for my food to reheat in the oven.. wings are already bone dry and definitely were not cooked fresh before it was given to me.
