This is one of the bigger wingstop locations I have been too. There is a large seating area which also has Tv's, perfect for watching a game. They also have one of those new touch technology fountain drink machines. I went here for a to go order. There is a pretty decent selection of wing flavors form mild to super spicy, maybe about 10 options. And you can get all of these options in regular chicken wings or boneless. My personal favorite is lemon pepper, which is non spicy. So good and juicy. Whetever you order, make sure not to leave here without the french fries, they are some of the best fries I've had. And the ranch sauce for dipping them is really good. They take a bit to make your order, even if not many people are there, but hopefully that just means it's fresh. Ordered from this location from a food app. My order was missing an order of fries and a drink. I submitted a complaint on the app and someone was kind enough to personally call me and offer me a combo for free. "Wow! That's awesome service!" I thought to myself. Fast forward to 2.5 months later, I went into the store (after being at home for months quarantining) to redeem this offer. I was asked who I spoke to and was quickly turned down when I said I wasn't sure. The cashier then explained that their credits "expire in a month." When I told her the person who called never mentioned that, she said "yeah, no, sorry, they expire in a month." From what I recall, the person over the phone said come in anytime and they'll make it right. In addition, due to covid-19, I wasn't able to go in to redeem this offer. Ordering wings should never this difficult. I called To place an order for all in bundle for pick up. David answered the phone and he seemed very confused and stated that the bundle only came with 2 flavors. I then asked if it was changed because I usually choose four. He then said " oh yeah my bad" when I was finished giving him the flavor he again said it could only be 2 flavors. I then asked to speak to the manager and he specifically said " I am the manager". I was too stunned to speak. I then said oh you're the manager, okay please repeat my order with the four flavors. He then changed his attitude and said if I wanted to speak to the manager and I said yes. Then Robert or Robbie another team member not a lead or a manager came on the phone and repeated my order correctly. I then asked to still speak with the manager or lead and he informed me that he is not allowed to provide me with any name of management and no one is was available to speak with me. I had to look at the health inspection report and this place didn't have anything too concerning. When I got there the back looked super clean from where I could see. My fries were super fresh. The freshest I've ever had from Wingstop ever. And so we're my wings. Once I got there to pick up my order I was helped by a young gentleman who just seem to be uninformed and confused. I was so glad I checked my order because it was definitely wrong! Being in the area on a Tuesday evening, we decided to stop by this Wingstop location to try out their Tuesday Boneless Wings deal. Now compared to the BWW down the street, this place is leagues above. Now when it comes to the wings, the portion size is a lot larger in size than said BWW. Nice and juicy inside and not dried out and overcooked, quality was very good. Lemon pepper wasn't over powering and cajun was a nice dry rub that was just right amount of heat. The cajun flavor was very odd in that it tasted just like buffalo sauce. Not sure if they messed up our order but it was pretty crap of a cajun flavor. The Mango Habanero is still BWW best flavor and I was hoping for something similar here but sadly it falls flat on its face. Very sweet and not at all spicy, this ones also a fail. Hot BBQ is exactly how it sounds, nothing more and nothing less. The loaded fries (gooey cheese, bacon, sour cream, and onions) were a great appetizer but I can feel the processed nacho cheese slowly clog up my arteries. Worst Wingstop ever. I started to come to this location a few months back and at first the place was legit. Then outta no where the quality started ti go down hill. The last 4 times ive been there ive asked for my fries and wings to be well done. Each and everytime i get home with my order i see the fries are not well done but are extremely soggy. As well as ive bitten into fries that werent even fully cooked. Today i finally remembered to check my bag while i was there, and yet again they were cold soggy and not fully made. When the manager had a new batch made, they came out cooked at least but still not well done. i even heard the manager tell a worker "well done means they have to be hard". Same with the wings its like they dont let them cook as long as they should. I had to throw my wings, fries, and daughters chicken tenders back into my own air fryer to make sure everything was actually cooked. If you dont want to work or learn make the food right, then find another job. Cashier was friendly tho only reason the 1 star is justified. Wow...this Wingstop is actually good. It is actually a lot better than the other locations. My last experience at this restaurant chain is blah and left a bad taste in my mouth...literally. We got 15 wings with fries and drinks combo. My lemon pepper and my friend's parmesan garlic wings were super crispy and delicious. It came with your choice of dipping sauce, but seriously no dipping sauce was needed....it was that tasty. This wingstop is a wing sports bar with TVs everywhere. Only been here a couple of times but I am now a fan of the lemon pepper wings. These wings are delicious!! They are cooked crispy outside, juicy inside and rubbed with a yummy lemon pepper seasoning. The Cajun is pretty good too and these are sauced. Not too spicy in my opinion. There are different options of flavors so you can get saucy or dry rubbed wings. I also love the ranch they use. It's a ranch that isn't watery and is great with the wings and fries. The fries are seasoned well but just wish they were cooked a bit more because they are a bit soggy at times. You can split the flavors of your wings and choose boneless or bone in. The boneless wings look like small nuggets. I usually stick with traditional. They have one of those cool multi flavor self serve soda machines. They have a selection of beers and multiple tvs around the dining area. Order takes about 15 minutes and they are good about making sure they read your order back to you about 2 times!!! read more

I'm a fan of Wingstop so when I heard they were opening a concept sports bar in Orange, I knew I had to try it. It's fairly new, so don't let my 3 stars deter you - it hovers close to 4 but not quite there yet. As this location is larger than most shops and meant to cater towards the sports fans (as evident by the bar and 10 HD TVs), the prices are slightly higher than usual. It's true - the combos don't include a drink but that's not a dealbreaker. I got the 8-wing combo in lemon pepper & a drink for around $10. To my knowledge there has never been an option for 8 wings - it's usually 6 or 10 so I appreciated the middle option. Even with the combo, it wasn't too bad. There are 2 Coke Freestyle machines, plenty of seating and beers on tap. The TVs are nicely positioned and instead of calling out your name when the wings are ready, you are given a number and a server brings your order to your table - very different approach. This place has potential - especially being right next to Jersey Mike's and Five Guus. The service is stellar, but the wings were a bit saltier than I'm used to for lemon pepper. There was also a pool of grease at the bottom of my wings - yet these are all things that can remedied and won't discourage from coming back. I look forward to seeing how it does and hopefully making this a go-to spot for watching sports and having beers and wings! read more

Service is fast because it's clearly stated "17 minutes" for preparation. Employees at the register are suicidal, and the other workers are full of contempt. I like Wingstop but after coming here two times, I doubt I'll come back. It's just not worth dismal and depressing faces and the equally unpleasant service. But the wings are good. And the tables are kept pretty clean. Plenty of sports to watch and the patrons are usually pretty friendly. So it's not all bad if you like watching sports on a fairly noisy environment. Usually wingstops are on the smaller side with maybe 2 tvs. This location is bigger. They have 8 TVs and a bar at this location. If I'm trying to watch a game while grabbing a meal, I'll usually go to bdubs because they have tons of TVs. I prefer wingstops wings to bdubs so I think I'm going to give this spot a shot during the next usc game I want to catch. read more

Let me tell you it's been awhile since I have had horrible customer service and tonight took the cake for this location. My wife and I walked in and were not even attended or greeted right away as the cashiers were laughing and playing around. When we were asked "what we wanted" it sounded more or less like she didn't even want to be here to take our order. Our cashiers name was Lupe. During the coarse of taking our order it was like she was paying attention to something behind us outside. After we got our drinks and started to wait inside and then were told we needed to go outside and wait for our food (totally understandable due to the current pandemic) it could have been asked nicer though. Kinda felt like we weren't wanted in this store. What we did notice is that the girls who were attending the cashier weren't doing anything but talk and giggle while there male coworker worked quickly to do stocking of bags, utensils and anything else to stay busy. Also noticed the cooking staff busting their butts to get our food out quickly. So to wrap this rant up that I don't typically do because I like to see the good in things. @wingstop find someone that will take care of us better. The wings are great, my favs are Lemon-Pepper, Original and Teriyaki - and the Family Packs make it easy to order. 30 wings, fries and veggies for $27. Talk about customer service! Friendly is an understatement. Knowledgeable about the menu too is a huge help. I haven't tried all the flavors yet, and it's great to hear that the employees here actually eat here and can give you a good flavor profile. I ordered take out.
