This is my first time trying out the bottom as appetizers, and for a second, actually looks like a good deal: all you can eat appetizers from a limited menu for $12.99 up to four people, how would you go wrong? Well for starters, it's just deep-fried starch. Honestly, it's exactly what it sounds like -- a lot of fried food. Mozzarella sticks, onion rings, fried pickles, chips, queso, and wings. Fun at first, but it gets heavy really quickly. The value isn't terrible, but at $12.99 it still doesn't feel like something I'd do again. My wife took our two nieces here for lunch. They had a horrible experience. They waited 20 minutes before someone came to ask if they wanted drinks. They all got water and then waited another 10 minutes to place an order. One of our niece's burger came out 15 minutes after the other two meals came out, and it was cold but the cheese wasn't melted. It was clearly sitting out for a long time. On top of this, my wife's fries had a hair in it. It was clear that no one wanted to wait on them and none of the workers value customer service. If I was there, we would have walked out before the bill came. The fact that my ladies were so disrespected pisses me off. Came by for the Draft yesterday and had a good time overall! B-Dubs gets a bad rap these days, but I want to give credit to the staff working yesterday during such a busy time. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the plans for the Draft and managed to take care of the overwhelming amount of people that were in attendance. Everything arrived fresh to our table as expected, and the beers were nice and cold (honestly not much else you can ask for). I think their prices have gone up a bit, but drinks are still cheaper than most other places ($4 draft beer is hard to come by these days). The wings were a little bit on the dryer side, but still tasted good. There might have only been one or two servers for the crowd, but not one staff member was rude! Even through it all our server was super nice and handled things well. Food was okay! We skipped the Disney food this time because, let's be honest, we basically have a punch card there. Instead, we went on a mission: wings, family time, and zero lines shaped like a snake through a theme park. Mission accomplished. This place was awesome--huge, calm, and blessedly free of princess sing-alongs. And the best part? It's only about ten minutes away from Disney, so you can escape the crowds without going on some hour-long adventure. We ordered 15 wings (Asian Zing and two other flavors that were so good my brain immediately clocked out and forgot their names). My wife and I stuck to tradition with our fried pickles--because if you don't get fried pickles, did you even go out to eat? It was a hot day, so our son requested emergency ice cream deployment before the food even hit the table. Our waitress didn't even blink. She treated it like a Code Red dessert situation and had that bowl of ice cream on the table faster than a Disney FastPass. The service here is absolutely terrible. This has to be the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location in the area. Upon arrival, the hostess asked if I'd like to sit at the bar, I politely declined and she immediately had an attitude with me. She then told me it would be a 20 minute wait (despite no line and countless open tables). I was still polite and waited. Finally, after being sat at a table, I was asked to pay immediately after ordering and before even receiving my food. I've never seen something like this at a sit down restaurant before. The service itself was really slow and the food wasn't good. This place seriously needs to hire staff who are willing to provide proper customer service. Brandon, one of the servers, was especially unhelpful. He left dirty plates on our table for hours and failed to properly attend to our needs throughout the visit. Communication with him was also difficult. Another server, Bety, came across as rude and unapproachable, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant. The only positive part of our visit was the hosts, who were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Since there looks like there was a wait for a table I decided just to do that. We found a table immediately in the bar. We got a couple of items and just hung out as planned. While in the bar there were many TVs playing different types of sports games. Most of the TVs were discolored and not updated. I once had a deep love for BWW many years ago but have long since fallen off due to the prices skyrocketing and becoming no longer worth it. However, my lady and I got a gift card for Christmas and decided to make use of it on Valentine's Day. We came to this location fully expecting it to be crowded, and it was, but we were sat surprisingly quickly and attended to equally as fast. We got drinks immediately but we were warned that the kitchen was backed up. "It'll be a while for food, maybe 30-40 minutes, even longer for anything using the fryer" is what our waitress had said. Our movie time wasn't for over two hours, so we were fine to drink and wait. Our appetizers came in within 20 minutes and our food within 30, and everything was up to par. Our server was attentive and kind throughout despite being quite busy. The wings were a little dry and the kitchen mixed up a couple of things with our order, but no issue went unfixed. I have never actually written a bad review but I unfortunately have to. I spoke with a take out girl named Nic. She was so incredibly rude it was absurd. We asked kindly if they had bottomless appetizers and if all the items were still available. She told us she thinks but doesn't know. When I asked if there was a way to find out (i.e. speak to a server or the kitchen), she scoffed and changed to such an incredibly rude tone. She then become condescending asking "well what are you even asking we have bottomless apps and the server will tell you if it changed." She then told us "goodbye" when we asked one more time if it was possible to get transferred and speak to someone else.
