I'd love to give this type of restaurant 1 star because they don't treat delivery orders the same way as in-store orders. I was watching my driver waiting for like 15-20mins. I texted him what was going on and he told me that they kept saying "a few more minutes" but he could see them handing orders to in-store customers who came in even after him. He said he hates this type of restaurants too, so he canceled the trip. I ended up waiting for the app to find another driver. Long story short, they seem to forget that delivery customers often pay even more through the apps. What Happened to This Place? Total Letdown. I've been coming to Wingsaholic twice a week, so trust me when I say this: today was the worst experience I've ever had here. I placed my order at 12:25 for a 1:00 pickup. I show up on time... and my food isn't even started. I placed an online order at Wingaholic in Anaheim on 06/11/25 at 7:30 PM. In the instructions, I specifically asked for no ranch on my fries. When I arrived after a 20-minute drive, I double-checked with the girl at the front if there was ranch on the fries. She looked annoyed, but told me no, so I took the order and left. When I got home, surprise ,the fries were covered in ranch. I called the store immediately because I wasn't about to drive another 20 minutes back. When the same girl answered the phone, she was hostile, unhelpful, and completely dismissive. She told me it wasn't her job to check the order, that it was the cooks' responsibility. But then why did she say no when I asked at pickup? She could've just told me to check it myself. I asked to speak to the manager ,and she said she was the manager. Honestly, if that's true, it's even more disappointing. A manager should take accountability, not lie to customers, pass the blame, and respond with attitude. I asked for her name so I could include it in my complaint, and she flat out refused, telling me I'd have to come in person if I wanted it ,even after I told her I lived far away.This whole situation was handled so poorly. Their house ranch was good though, so I dipped some of the fries in that to kind of cut the flavor. The seating was kind of tricky too because there just wasn't too many spots to sit or any outside seating. So either take your order to go, or eat in your car. If you're lucky there might be a spot open. The cashier who took our order wasn't too friendly but she did her job and took our order, it isn't always service with a smile and I get that. They have a good variety of sauces but my go to is the honey bbq. It's a very simple dish but when you get the craving this restaurant always delivers. Employees are usually friendly and they have tables and TVs set up for if you want to dine in.
