Chow mein. Sesame chicken and house special chicken
    Angel O.

This place is better than some I suppose, I have walked in and walked out because the customer service here is well to put it best, there really isn't. The only person that was smiling was me until I felt the vibe of everyone working there they kind of gave mad or annoyed to be working type of vibes. Like their energy litterally took mine from happy to what the heck did I walk Into?.. I asked ti taste to make sure the chicken wasn't cold and old. I was as hungry so I didn't mind that it wasn't really warm the first thing u tried. But getting home with my take out. Chow mein, Sesame chicken and house special chicken. House special was half hot and half cold. The sesame chicken had pieces of bone not so warm and chicken was like when it's overly dry or really burnt and not edible pieces. A side of teriyaki was $1.00. Take my advice if you walk into any restaurant or food place and they see you smiling and no one in that place smiles back then walk out and eat somewhere else. Trust me .

I love their wonton soup. Service is wonderful! They accommodate that I'm a pescatarian and edit my food. If you order from the menu your food is made fresh to order. It's always clean in the dining area.

Their ready to go selection is fine, but the freshly made items from the menu are my favorite. The shrimp fried rice and Mongolian beef are usually my go-tos. If you'd rather not wait, just call in your order ahead of time.

Used my hand to showcase how much food is on this plate!!! Food names are on the review!!!

My Chinese food guilty pleasure...they pack it fat here...I always get bbq pork and bbq chicken it's just sooooooooo yummy!!! If it weren't for this place I'd wouldn't have fallen madly in love with cream cheese wontons they are so good here!!! To top it off the chow mein doesn't have filler it's straight up noodle heaven!!! Service is awesome and so is this restaurant! The atmosphere is chill I come here for dinner and mid afternoon sometimes and It's not packed which makes it perfect!!!!

This beats american chinese food (Panda Express) for onething, it is not pricey the portion for 1 combo can be shared with another persob. I ordered All chowmein and small serving of mongolian beef (my fav) and it is delish! its a drive but i will come back over and over again! Service is good ambiance is pleasant.

The kitchen being clean at 7:30 pm when they closed at 9pm.

I came today very excited about getting some beef chow mein, I got here around 7:20 pm in a Wednesday and they told me that the chow mein was over and it going to take about 20 to 30 minutes to cook, I asked why and they said that the kitchen was closing and they were cleaning and won't make any soon, I asked the lady what time does the restaurant closed? And she said that at 9 pm, I was very disappointed because they kitchen was closing more that a one hour and a half? I had to leave hungry and disappointed.

This place has my favorite chow mein noodles & the broccoli beef isn't too bad. The broccoli itself is very crunch and fresh. The service is always fast and efficient, and the servings on the line are never empty.

Wor Wonton and Egg Flower Soup. Never tried this place. Seen it here. These soups did not disappoint.

I can only comment on what I've tried and seen. Wor wonton and egg flower soups were a very pleasantly delicious surprise. I've never been to the Wok Experience but I seen it on Yelp while waiting for my kids KFC. Service was good too. The place could definitely do without all the COVID plastic barriers. Other than that I'll definitely be going back to try other food there as all the items on the steamers looked really appealing. Oh, the cream cheese wontons were also really good. Give it a whirl if you haven't already.

No broccoli beef all noodles. My son's plate looks the same . Please fire that guy.

Old Asian man. I always go this location for the quantity. Saturday 11/2/2024. I felt ripped off. The older Asian cook comes out to help . Give more noodles than the actual entree. I am very disappointed with this service. I will find a new Chinese restaurant to go to. I also recommend no goes the service was bad.

This is so so so good everything is good and nicely cooked, two plates like this is $28 and some change. This is my spot

Sad to say... it has definitely lost its quality. I had to throw most of it away. Not what Chinese food used to be.

Parking was easy, no wait to be seated on a Thursday evening and service was prompt and also checked up on us throughout the meal. Szechuan eggplant - so yum, arrived piping hot, it was coated in a super thin breading first before being fried and then coated in the Szechuan sauce. Slightly spicy, tangy and sweet, the classic Szechuan eggplant. Fish with veggies - loved how light but flavorful this dish was. Tender fish filet with garlic and a bunch of veggies, doesn't look very flavorful but it was very good! Would get again as a lighter dish compared to the others. Garlic pork - 魚香肉絲 this is typically my favorite dish in Chinese restaurants and saw it titled similarly in the menu but realized it's not cut into 絲 and it included celery, which the dish typically does not include. Not complaining though, the flavor was still great and I loved the dish, just different than what I expected. Sesame chicken - similar to orange chicken but without the orange flavor. Came piping hot and had good pieces of chicken within the breading. Sweet and sour, liked the flavor alot. The dishes came with rice! Would totally come back again to try the other dishes. Happy to find a local spot where I can get Chinese food as there are not too many options around here.

My husband ordered the seafood boil style shrimp. We also ordered extra egg rolls for appetizers. The egg rolls came out instantly! They were soggy and cold. Did not come with any dipping sauce either. The chow mein had a shrimp taste to it, a strong shrimp taste! Very turned off by that. The kung pao chicken was "ok" there were more vegetables than chicken. The seafood boil style shrimp was TERRIBLE! Had very little seasoning, hardly any sauce and came lukewarm. Yuck on many levels. The service was just as bad as the food. Never checked on us ONCE or even spoke to us for that matter, after taking our order, other than to give us the bill. Rude as hell. Really pissed at the friend that recommended this place. Hoping I can spare some of you the trouble and wasted money. It's trash. Would never come back.

I apparently have emotional support soup. They're open late, which automatically earns bonus points for me. Sometimes a hot and sour soup craving crashes into my evening at 9 PM with the urgency of a medical emergency, and it's deeply reassuring to know that Lantern Garden is standing by to answer the call. The auntie working behind the counter was incredibly kind and patiently explained the entree options when I asked whether they came with rice. When I learned that a side bowl was $3, I briefly slipped into my "back in the day" era and held a tiny memorial service for the days when rice practically came free. Then I remembered it's 2026, sighed dramatically, and accepted my fate. I ordered the one bowl special with country style tofu, and of course, the hot and sour soup. The soup arrived at approximately the temperature of the earth's molten core. Did that stop me from taking an immediate bite? Of course not. I nearly sacrificed my taste buds because patience has never been one of my defining traits. It was worth every poor life decision. The soup was everything I'd been craving- tangy, savory, deeply comforting, and gloriously vinegar-forward. Every spoonful felt like my sinuses were receiving a warm hug while my soul quietly unclenched. If this soup had a loyalty program, I'd already be working toward platinum status. The country style tofu was equally delightful. The tofu was soft, fluffy, and wonderfully sponge-like, happily soaking up every drop of the savory sauce. Onions, serrrano peppers, carrots, and mushrooms, rounded everything out, creating a dish that somehow tasted both hearty and comforting, like something my childhood would have loved, even if it had never actually eaten it. The biggest plot twist was the portion size. What I assumed would be dinner turned into dinner and tomorrow's lunch. A few things spark as much joy as realizing future me has already been fed by past me's questionable ability to estimate portion sizes. Between the generous servings, genuinely warm service, late night hours, and a hot and sour soup that has already claimed permanent residency in my brain, I'll absolutely be back. At this point, it's less a question of if and more a question of when the next soup craving comes knocking.

They had around 10 ready-made dishes to choose from, but if I remember correctly, about 8 or 9 of them were chicken dishes. The only other option I noticed was something like tofu, so the selection was very limited. For around $15, you can get three items, and the portion is pretty large. However, the food was just average, very oily, and there wasn't much variety. They also have additional dishes listed on the wall that you can order separately. I ordered the Mongolian beef. The portion was much smaller than I expected, it did not come with rice, and it was also very oily. Overall, the portions of the ready-made food are decent for the price, but the limited selection, average taste, and excessive oil make it hard for me to give this place 3 stars.

We ordered combo C while making a few substitutions to our order along with a few additions. This combo fed 4 people and there was plenty of food left over. We did have a slight language barrier with our server who unfortunately brought out our meal incorrect multiple times. Our server however was quick to correct his mistakes and very apologetic. Good customer service in spite of mistakes goes a long way. The atmosphere is casual, and low playing 80's rock echoed throughout the dining area. The restaurant had a relatively small dining room which wasn't overly crowded at 6pm-ish on a Friday night. The bar counter hosted a couple guests as well. The honey walnut shrimp was arguably my favorite meat, while the house chow mein was my favorite side. The restaurant provided complimentary fried wonton crisps complimented by sweet and sour dipping sauce. This was the perfect starter prior to our food coming out. I look forward to returning for the great customer service and fresh prepared food. ***CLOSED MONDAYS***

Looks like a converted bar with plenty of booths. Our no nonsense server warmed up to us as lunch progressed. We ordered sweet and sour and king pao chicken from the somewhat (?) lunch menu, both very inexpensive. My wife liked the hot n sour soup. My egg flower soup was a STAR! Not too thick, great flavor and nice and hot! Some large egg rolls were included. A little oily for my taste but again, Irene liked hers. You can ask for some S&S/mustard dipping sauce. A slightly different take on how they prepared the mustard. The sweet and sour was decent breaded chicken with good homemade sauce, chopped onions and peppers. No pineapple darn it. My Kung Pao could have been called Kung zucchini! That was okay as the portion was huge and I shared some. Plenty of peanuts too (I wished they had been cooked inside the wok..). More than enough fried rice (we took some home. I always ask myself would we come back? A resounding yes as I have to try their egg foo young! I admit I was disappointed that the tea is in a single serve bag instead of a pot.
