Had delicious original fried wings and the soy garlic wings. Both were juicy and great flavor. The owner is friendly and helpful. Will be back when we are in Anaheim.

I love this place so much! Clean restaurants good food. Especially the owner Chae he such a great friendly owner I have ever met he treated me like a family !!! He gave me free kimchi and fried dumplings for the first time I come in. For the food it's pretty big portions than I expected! Tastes great, great seasoning and super crunchy after I got home for 30 minutes! I hope his business will grow stronger and get more attention. I'll be backk

I've been wanting to check out this local spot and I'm so glad I finally did! Better than bb.q chicken for sure. Meat fell off the bone and was equally saucy and crunchy. I love chicken wings so much and I'm so glad there's a spot nearby that is so good. The owner is super nice and thoughtful.

Ordered wings there's breast and drumsticks and overly sauce terrible

First time Ordered 2 large orders of wings instead they gave us misc pieces; and overly sauced. First and last order

7-piece medium soy garlic chicken to go for 13 bucks with the grand opening 20% discount applied. Great deal for great food and great price!

5 stars for the quality of food that are made to order and the genuine friendliness and good service from the new owner I believe. I ordered the medium soy garlic bone-in and they are still having the 20% discount going on so it came to $13-ish after tax. Super good deal and I believe it's not the plump/hormones boosted chicken. Go try it and support your neighborhood hardworking small business owners that are not greedy

Original, sweet and spicy, crispy garlic chicken, and cheese sticks

Received a mailer for their grand opening and decided to give them a try. So glad my family of five decided to. Jae (the owner) was so nice and provided the best service; he made us feel like family. We even met his adorable little daughter. We ordered three different types of chicken and they were all equally good. My kids had the original chicken and said it was the "best chicken ever!" I particularly enjoyed the side of pickled radish and the tteokbokki(Korean rice cakes) that come with the chicken. My family and I had a lovely time and will continue to support this lovely establishment.

Came into bb.q chicken Anaheim with a couple friends after almost visiting house of Shabu shabu II,…read moreafter this caught our eye in the same parking lot. When we came in, the restaurant was pretty empty but very clean and well air conditioned which is a must right now. We were sat quickly and were able to easily order on the iPad. We ordered the cheese balls, rose tteokbokki, and boneless soy garlic chicken (large). They pretty quickly brought a complimentary side salad to the table which was a crunchy and refreshing shredded cabbage with a thousand island like sauce similar to what you'd be served with Korean katsu. Our cheese balls came out next. We were expecting something a bit more savory, but to our surprise, they were quite sweet. It tasted almost like a donut, if you've had the Korean rice donuts filled with red bean or sweet cream cheese, these tasted like the latter, but with some sort of melting cheese like mozzarella also mixed in. While it wasn't what we were necessarily looking for, they were very tasty, but I don't think we'd get it with chicken again. I really like the tteokbokki here. They're heavy on the veggies like cabbage, which I actually enjoy about it. It holds the sauce in a way the rice cakes just don't. Their sauce is also lightly sweet and not too rich or spicy. It makes the dish go down a lot easier than other versions of it. The chicken came out last, and was impressive as expected. You may expect boneless chicken to be dry or flavorless, but bb.q chicken somehow manages to avoid all that while still achieving a satisfying crunch all while covered in sauce. Even their sauced chicken is somehow still crispy, which I think is owed mostly to their breading and frying methods, as well as the conservative amount of sauce they put on it (which we appreciate). I would definitely return to this location for Korean fried chicken. The Irvine one wall has also been reliable in my experience. The only location which has been consistently bad is the Fullerton location, whose ambiance, service, and food have been lackluster on the multiple occasions I've been there, which is surprising for a chain like this. Two thumbs up for Anaheim tho.

Later at pickup I had to explain to her, oh lol that's because his favorite food is bb.q chicken. We both laughed hard that day and of course I had a kinder version on identity and culture on the drive home. The ambiance at this location is L shaped, but the staff is super friendly, quick. You can only choose pickled radish or cabbage salad, not both. Just FYI. My son's go to order - garlic soy chicken bone in large. I eat 4 pieces and he inhales the rest with two cups of rice at home.

I decided to stop here. She told me the chicken was excellent. I almost orderef the sandwich but decided on 3 tenders with fries. They have a little spicy with sweet...I definitely recommend this sauce on the sandwich or tenders. Pairs beautiful with the ranch. The fries were hot and had a little seasoning that was pretty good. Ordered the 2 sandwiches for $15 special, shake fries, popcorn chicken & jujubee tea. Ended up getting charged full price for the sandwiches, totaling almost $42. When asked why I was charged full price for the sandwiches, the lone cashier/cook gave me a blank stare and responded, "Well...I already charged you so.." Oof alright, not going to argue over $5 with a food service employee. Lone cashier then ends up cooking the food for us (2nd employee came in when we were almost done with our meal). Ownership should really consider providing better training to their staff. Cashier/cook didn't want to honor the price difference either because she didn't know how to or didn't care enough to do so without a manager present. Would this situation have turned out better if there was more knowledgeable staff or a manager onsite? Who knows. Food was decent, but I probably wouldn't go back. The spiciness was lacking, felt toned down for Korean heat. Popcorn chicken was better than the sandwiches imo.

After all, you're really here for only a few things! To start, we got some fried pickles to snack on! Careful, these come out HOT HOT HOT, but they're the perfect texture and flavor, especially paired with that ranch. Crunchy, acidic, and making you want more!
