I live right around the corner and one day I saw a red food truck pop up on the corner. I had to see what they were selling. Pete, the owner is super friendly, and even offered us some corn bread, which was awesome! The corn bread reminded me slightly of pound cake with all the corn bread goodness. May 30th is the last day Pete will have his red food truck. Next time I visit it'll be a shiny yellow truck! I have ordered the chicken wings, loaded pork belly fries, and the chicken sliders. All of which were tasty. The chicken wings were juicy and the mango habanero sauce has a nice kick. I do wish they retained their crispiness a little longer. I had one in the parking lot which was yummy! But by the time I got home they weren't crispy anymore. The pork belly fries are a must try! Pete recommended this one and it is good. The chicken sliders are great too. The slaw that goes on is what makes the sliders special. The truck is located in a parking lot in front of a car stereo store. He's here in the evenings and there are lots of spaces to park. Plus there is also a taco stand across the street. Great little place to get some late night munchies. read more
