Pete and Joe are amazing! Their food is out of this world! I had the belly fries, and the chicken sliders and I couldn't decide which was better. Pete gave me a slice of his famous cornbread, just one bite and you know why it's so famous! Pete has a talent for cooking and flavors and it comes through with every bite. Been meaning to try this local truck for some time now. Owner was awesome, super friendly and you could tell he puts everything into his business. Ordered the pork belly fries and it was exactly what I was looking for. Very saucy being spicy, tangy with onions and other herbs. Will certainly be back soon.

Don't walk, RUN to ChickenBully. They have the best lemon pepper wings I have ever had. They are topped off with lemon zest and it gives a bright flavor with gourmet feels. These wings call to my bougie taste while making my carnie heart overflow. Those pork belly fries? On another planet! If you are in BP, pick up a set, add some puddin'. Please stop by if you can to this food truck. The owner, Pete, is such a sweet and nice guy and he would feed you until you can't eat anymore. I got the Pork belly fries Grandma pudding. Holy I couldn't finish the food. Pete feed me extremely good even let me try the Kimbap and his new Bully Salsa. Lastly, the banana pudding it so creamy and bananany is like eating a fluffy cloud. We are big foodies and travel all over So Cal. This has to be one of the best we have ever visited. The pork belly fries were the star of the show for me. Perfectly cooked and the flavor was amazing. First time at this food truck after trying to look for a place to eat around the area and was looking for Mexican food I saw Maggie food truck and decided to stop by as I ordered food I saw chicken bully was right next to Maggie and was convinced on trying there fries by another fellow customer. Been here a few times, and this place never dissapoints. The pork belly fries are amazing, and I can honestly say the mac n cheese is the best I've ever had. Rich and flavorful and those bacon bits give it an extra savory kick. If I could give it a million stars I would. I ordered under "brian" for pickup. They called me back becuase they said the food was getting cold since I was late to grabbing it which I appreciate so much. The price is good for the quality of wings. Their lemon pepper is wet sauced which u cant find ANYWHERE where its good. Best lemon pepper ive had and the soy garlic was delicious. The pork belly fries were AMAZING they top it with pico de gallo which made it an amazing experience. The mac n cheese was so meaty. **TOP NOTCH** ChickenBully is DELICIOUS! We grabbed some ChickenBully to take to a pool party last weekend and it was excellent. Man where do I even start. This place is amazing, the food is great but that's not even the best part. Just visited for the 1st time and I was not disappointed. Pork Belly fries are loaded and delicious. Great portion size and terrific spice to go along with that killer pork belly. For 12 bucks it's a ton of food and worth every penny. Garlic soy wings were a hit too. Crunchy, juicy, and full of flavor. No dipping sauce necessary. The owner is a super nice guy as well. Called ahead before the truck was open and he got my order ready asap. Also gave me some free cornbread. This place kicks butt. Give em a visit if you're in the area. Easy 5 stars. read more

Aight y'all I think I found my favorite Korean fusion spot! Not even joking like danggg what did I stumble upon. I was looking for port belly fries around the area and saw this food truck on Yelp with 5.0 reviews and was like hmmmmm let me see how good it is. It's beyond good. I tried the pork belly fries and I got hit with so much flavors and textures I was shocked and then owner is so nice and so excited to serve his food. He saw me enjoy his food and gave a sample of other foods and guys you can't forget the Mac and cheese here. Idk what he put in it but it's amazing. The service was god tier. I even tried a sample of his wings and wow! Like when I get lemon pepper wings in other places I get pepper first and the just the sour taste of the lemon which is good but this place makes it known there's lemon in the wings. Went here on a late Friday night and got some loaded pork belly fries and they were really good! Talked to Pete "Pollo" and got some banana pudding on the house because I ended up denting my friends rear fender on his car on accident. Pollo ended up trying to cheer the mood up and got us some banana pudding and it was delicious. Overall great chill dude with great tasting food. 10/10 would come here again. read more

Excellent flavors!! Had the parmesan & garlic wings, and the soy korean wings. They were fried perfectly with crunch, and flavors were amazing. My favorite was the cornbread. Perfectly moist and sweet!! No need for honey or butter. And then there was the banana pudding....omg!! Extremely yummy.....caramelized walnuts added a beautiful sweet but crunch texture. History

Established in 2021.

We will be at Coachella and stagecoach until the end of April. What’s Happening, Foodie Fam?!? ChickenBully food truck has officially been at it for almost 2 years, but it all really started during Covid. I, PeteTheChicken, like many others during that time, had a lot of time to think and eventually made some big life changing decisions. I thought I wanted to go back to school and change my career to law, so I spent a good 6-9 months applying and sending college transcripts and letters of referral and ended up with a date to start school. The school kept sending me messages reminding me to register for classes or else… and for the life of me, during that very crucial time, I just couldn’t stay out of the kitchen, after my son had challenged me to make better wings than than the wings I had bought him for dinner weeks before. The deadline to register for classes passed and I had no clue until months later when I was making a batch of soy garlic wings sauce.

Located in the Home Depot parking lot along Lincoln Blvd. It's a nice location to tail gate and enjoy some grub. We got beef dumplings and signature sauce crispy wings. The dumplings were perfectly crunchy and juicy. The swings had lots of sauce but felt it was a little too sweet. The wings were cooked to be the right amount of crunchy yet juicy. They had a table side ordering tablet so that made it easy to select and look through the food we wanted. Waitlist app did not notify us when our table was ready, had to go in 10 minutes later after the app said we had already been seated. Table was already set up with waters and cabbage salad, that was nice. We ordered on the screen connected to our table and waited for what felt like a while for our food (maybe longer than two people should for an empty restaurant who ordered 1 order of 9 wings to share.) We ordered the garlic bone in wings half order regular style, if you go I recommend ordering the crispy option, our wings were crispy but the sauce felt like it started to change the crispiness level. Flavor was good though! No issues there. Not sure if we'll come back, we don't live close by, but it's a good place to start if you've never had korean fried chicken.

I had the most amazing comfort food experience here! The mac n' cheese was creamy and flavorful, with perfectly crispy bacon adding that extra smoky bite. The cornbread was soft, sweet, and had just the right amount of crumbly texture - a perfect complement to the richness of the mac n' cheese.
