Exceptional Service! Jesika completely saved the day! We had an absolutely incredible experience at the Dave & Buster's in Orange, all thanks to our phenomenal server, Jesika! From the moment we sat down, she was super attentive, professional, and took amazing care of our group. Despite the chaos and noise around us, she made us feel like we were the only ones there! And the food was great, any extras needed, she would grab for us, extra napkins, no problem, refills, no delays, all around amazing! But what she did next truly went above and beyond. One of the boys in our party lost his Power Card, and we discovered that someone had actually found it and used up all of his hard-earned tickets. He was absolutely devastated, and it was about to completely ruin the whole day. Jesika immediately jumped into action to help us handle the situation. Had such a great experience at Dave & Buster's thanks to two employees who really stood out. Leah, who was covering the front, was absolutely amazing, super attentive, friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service from the moment we walked in. At one point, my phone had been misplaced, and Leah immediately stepped in to help me recover it. She was on top of it right away, and I greatly appreciated her attentiveness and willingness to help. Mikey, who was working the human crane attraction, was also incredible. He had such a positive attitude and genuinely made the experience fun. Both Leah and Mikey went above and beyond and deserve recognition for the excellent customer service they provide. Employees like them are what make people want to come back. I came to this Dave & Buster's location to watch the Rousey fight this evening, and unfortunately the service was terrible from start to finish. We were seated in front of the bar area with the large screens, and our server, Isaiah, was extremely inattentive throughout the night. When we first sat down, I ordered a Diet Coke while the other two people in my party ordered drinks as well. Their drinks arrived immediately, but mine never came. I sat through the entire first fight without a drink -- not even the water we had also requested. I eventually flagged Isaiah down and said that if the Diet Coke hadn't been entered yet, I'd like to switch to a different drink instead. It was obvious the order had never been put in, and he assured me he would bring the new drink out right away. Once again, nothing came. After flagging him down a second time, he blamed an "IT issue" with the system and said he would personally grab the drink. He then returned with the wrong drink entirely. I try to be patient and understanding, but by this point the experience had become frustrating and unacceptable. Because of the poor service, I decided not to order another drink. We had originally planned to stay for dinner and only ordered appetizers during the fight, but ultimately chose to eat elsewhere because we no longer wanted to spend money at this establishment. To make matters worse, after paying and tipping, I noticed we had still been charged for the Diet Coke that I never received. I ordered the Parmesan Chicken Cesar salad and it just was the worse salad I've ever had. Instead of being nice golden brown mine was black and overcooked. The cook literally burned the chicken beyond recognition and I guess quality control doesn't exist in this kitchen! Came in on a Friday night. I needed help with my power card and was referred to the front desk. Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes but none of the staff members came. I went to go find the host, spent another 10 minutes waiting for the host to come but no one came. Went back to the front desk and waited another 5 minutes. In the end, no one came to help me. I came to Dave and Buster's expecting to watch the World Cup eat some food and play some games, but I ended up spending part of my time looking for staff members. Came here for a couple of drinks and left slightly disappointed. First, we ordered wings (Korean Spicy) wasn't very spicy but still good. Second, waited forever to order a drink. Lizz gave us dirty and wet menus, we weren't sure what we wanted so she walked away. Came back about 5 minutes later after calling her over, we ordered our drinks, got it right away but my boyfriends drink took her about 3-4 minutes to get because, I'm assuming, regulars came in and she served them first. After that we never saw her again. Fortunately for us Michelle came in and was very attentive and helpful. She was on point. Lizz could use some training in customer service and smiling. Enjoyed watching the last UFC match here with a friend. We had some delicious drinks and ordered some tasty food. The service was great. The wait to sit took 20 mins (although there were lots of empty tables) but after we were seated it was amazing. The TV's are huge and placed at every angle so you won't miss a thing! We had a winter pass at Dave & Buster's and want to use it tonight. Found out you can only use it till 5 PM on a Friday but it's Monday through Friday. We happen to get there just after 5 o'clock and it turns out that the season pass/winter pass we have doesn't work. However, after talking to one of the main people there he was able to give us a pass, which I really appreciate he didn't have to. Appreciate that 1000% service you gave us and thank you very much for making the night with my son a very fun night. Lots of games in the ambience is really fun very open and lots of things to do! I came here to see a World Cup game. I arrived over an hour before the game and was in line for the host with one couple ahead of me and my husband and baby. The host took down my number and said I'd get a text when my table was ready. The crowd was starting to pick up but I never left the area and made eye contact with the same host a few times. Tell me why I finally go ask her why we haven't been seated (it's been an hour) and she says, "idk the text was sent. Do you have another number?" So she saw me and didn't even bother to come tell me, she just assumed I ignored the text wanted to stand there like an idiot whilst taking turns with my husband holding my baby. The manager was just as useless. Luckily someone came by and offered us two seats with them since it was packed at that point. Food wasn't even that great and it took 45min to get a drink at the bar. The location is spacious and renovated. Kids had a blast and the unlimited games and meal package for $60 is a bargain compared to if you were to take the kids to Chuck e cheeses. We really enjoy this D&B location. It has a wider variety of games, some that we don't have at our local one. Only downside is there are a few games that always see to be broken, please fix the Basketball Pro! It's a fairly large location with a large area for games and their restaurant. They also have the new Arena games. Recently D&B has also expanded their 1/2 price games to Sun-Thursday, so we get to go more frequently. We hope they keep the 1/2 price games! If you sign up on the app, you can also get food promos. Recently they have had new menu items and good promotions like the 10 for $10 wings. We have had good service during our visits and look forward to coming back! read more

My son wanted to come here for his graduation. We order appetizers to start off and then our meals about 10 mins later. We received our meals but unfortunately never received our Philly cheesesteak egg rolls he was really looking forward to trying. Server didnt even notice until I told her we never received them when she asked us if we wanted desert. I really have to say I miss what Dave and Busters used to be. From a food standpoint I wouldn't recommend it, back when they had smaller menus the food was better quality, now they have a more expansive menu and the food is mediocre at best, but to be fair we don't go to D&B for food. The drinks are good, the bartenders tend to be friendly. Now the main reason I go is for the games. It was such an incredibly disappointing visit, when you look at how many games were out of service it was shocking. I don't know what the maintenance looks like but back when the games had more parts (think the coin pusher games that utilized tokens) they broke down less, or were maintained better. Now with the newer games I would expect them to function better. So of the games, food, and drinks, only one of the 3 is of quality. read more

My family and I love going to Dave and Buster's. I mean, how can you not like them? It's the adults' Chuck E. Cheese and you can take your kids. I've been coming to this Dave & Buster's since my late teens early 20s and am now in my 40s. It's always been a place I've enjoyed and I have fond memories of taking my baby brother here. He now works at this location part time, so it's a bit nostalgic. I love seeing him work where we used to love to play. I don't know when they renovated, but it looks really nice inside. It seems like there's a lot more seating, much better and updated games, everything looks new, restrooms are clean, the two separate bars look very nice, and they have a huge TV in the dining room. I have not had issues with service, in fact service we received has always been really good. I recently brought my family so they could see their uncle (my baby brother). We had ordered a few items to eat which surprised me, because the food is much better now than it was years ago. Kudos for making the food tastier. Our server was Nathan/Nate. He has long black hair in a ponytail. This guy, he was so friendly and personable. He was great with the kids, he was talking and chilling with us and made our experience so much fun. We hope to get him again at our next visit. Dave n Busters, you got a good one there. What we ordered: - Blue raspberry icees! Like what? I didn't know they had these! - Cali Caesar salad. Loved this - Brussel spouts. Order crispy - Creamy chicken pasta. My kids were taking lots of bites of this dish. - Either a Modelo or 805 on tap. I can't remember. So good. - I don't remember what else but we all liked everything we ate. We walked around and played a lot of games. So many games from my childhood which was so awesome. The space seems a lot bigger than I remember it, so I wonder if they also expanded part of Dave & Buster's or not. Either way I really loved it and I enjoyed my time with my family. We went to the bar in the front and our initial bartender Tim was great. I'm usually not one to complain, especially being in the hospitality industry and bartending myself, so I know what a mojito is supposed to taste like. The first mojito Tim made was exactly how it should be. It seemed like he got off shift though, and we were handed off to a girl with long black hair and pale skin, sydney. I asked her to add a splash of blueberry since my friend had the Backwood drink, which tasted great, and I'm a fan of the blueberry lime combo. But when she brought mine out, it honestly tasted like straight water with pieces of mint. I'm not exaggerating. If it had more lime, it would've been fine, but it completely lacked that signature mojito taste, even with the added flavoring. I asked her to remake it, and when it came back, a different bartender with long white hair and a beard dropped it off. As I was saying thank you, he just set it down pretty hard on the counter and walked away without any acknowledgment. If Tim had still been there, I definitely would've left a tip for him. I always enjoy taking the family to a Dave and Busters. This location at the Outlets at Orange was a nice break from shopping. This plan is huge. Lots of newer arcade and amusement games throughout. They have some new interactive games available that I hadn't seen in other locations. Plenty or variety of games also for smaller kids to adults. Great deals on food/power card combos. Plenty of seating and great service. The prize center at the middle of the store was well stocked and had some really cool prizes. Great fun for all ages. read more

01/24/25 I haven't been here in maybe over 20 years from when they first opened. This location was completely revamped in August 2024 with private suites with high-tech games like darts and shuffleboards, modern and inviting bar and seating areas, numerous high def TV's perfect for watching sports, the 'arena' of games and an open lounge area perfect for small events like the one I attended tonight. One cool feature they have is the self-pour beer taps. There are still servers to take drinks orders but a very convenient feature to have. The food was so good! We weren't staying long so we just ordered the Fries GPT (garlic butter, parm and truffle dust). Served with garlic aoli. Our friends ordered honey bbq chicken wings, BBQ chicken flat bread, smore's cheesecake! Everything looked so good. 10/10 will definitely be back to try more food items from the menu. read more

I'm giving D&bs less stars, mainly cuz I went there for their happy hour deals ($5 drinks) and felt duped. On their website it appears that their happy hour might include discounted drinks/ food between 4-7pm. However, in person, it seems that only specific drinks are up for the happy hour price. They also had a deal that is $10 for 10 wings, plus $5 drinks (any beer and margs). Thats how it comes off. In the end, according to our bill, we only got the $5 margarita drink and $10 wings (worth the price for wings).. the other beer orders were not $5. We sat at the bar to watch the game and while we have no complaints about the bartenders, the happy hour menu/deal is what we didnt appreciate. It was very confusing & misleading. We ended up going in for the deals but ended up leaving with a much bigger bill than expected. read more

Went to Dave & Buster's for a Deaf LA meet up and it was my first time at this location. The place is huge and really nice. The customer service stood out the most. The staff was super attentive and thoughtful with our group. A few of the servers even knew sign language and were able to communicate that way. Others carried notepads and pencils or pointed to menu pictures, which was really considerate. After the meet up, we hit the arcade. My favorite game was the Connect Four basketball hoops game. I definitely got humbled a little, but it was so fun. We played about 3 rounds and I actually managed to win one. We also played Dance Revolution, which was a blast but also a workout. We didn't eat or drink anything, we mostly came to socialize and play games. There's plenty of parking, which is always a plus. We got $25 worth of credits on our card and didn't even use them all. I think we still had about 46 credits left at the end. Definitely recommend. read more

Yummy food, good service and lots of games to play int he arcade side of it. There's also lots of tv's in the non arcade side plus a big screen to watch all your favorite sports games. The ambiance in the arcade is loud but that's what arcades sound like, the music, the people, the children and the games themselves are all loud. I've seen babies here so they'll be fine, they love looking at all the lights inside. Remember if you play the rubber duck game there's a rule that says: "play until you win" which a lot of people keep swiping their game card and adding more times to play instead of playing until you win. This review is strictly related to the Arena inside D&B as we specifically came for the new immersive game experience they offer. D&B has some new game offerings at specific locations since remodeling many of their locations. I saw this gaming experience on TikTok & thought we should give it a try for date night. The game attendant was really awesome and had great customer service. He was patient and very thorough in explaining the gaming process from start to finish as it was our first time. We didn't know how much time we would have but were able to play about 5 out of the 9 games offered. Altogether, the experience lasted about 25 minutes. We would definitely do it again and think it's perfect for a quick and fun date night if you don't have a lot of time and want to maximize your time together. read more

2025 summer passes are highly recommended. I bought the Platinum $150. It is unlimited game until 9/1 which is very good deal! The place is recently remodeled. It's well decorated and it has good vibe. Ribeye steak (rare) is ok. Fries were a little salty. Our server was nice but always forgot to bring out drinks. We had to remind several times. I liked my drink, but the food is kinda whatever.. more of a means to an end kinda thing. It's nice to have some stuff to munch on while you guzzle cocktails though. We got the sharing size of the Dangerous Waters cocktails. It was actually really good! You really taste the pineapple, making the drink tangy and sweet. It's also blue which is oh-so fun and whimsical. Me and a friend shared the thermos and we each had like 3-4 cups. A small note is that I wish the drink was presented in a tall, clear container (you know what I'm taking about lol) because the thermos was kinda weird... like we're drinking in a bar setting, not going camping lol. Our server was really nice! And he shared some trivia about sodas which I really enjoyed. I forgot his name but I think he had a ponytail (again, I was drinking so-) But yeah the food's kinda mid lol. This location has improved over the years! Love the new look with bigger space. Went on a Monday morning was super slow. Had the place to ourselves for an hour. It was really nice. Special deals were offered Monday through Thursday. You can get a meal and add $4.99 unlimited games for an hour under $20. That's a deal for sure! This is my adult playground! Food was amazing along with drinks. I ordered a Bloody Mary drink packed with flavors. One of the best I had in a while. Chicken salad and burger were delicious. No complaints there. Loved all the variety of games. So sad the human claw wasn't open until evening. It was something we were looking forward to. They offered a beer station, but it wasn't open while we were there. The orange location is the one we usually go to for half price on game on Wednesday. Food and drinks were discount after 10pm when we went so it was nice cheap eat. Place is well maintained, clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bartender who serves us in the gaming area made excellent drinks and great service ( also for $5.50 thats a steal!). They had a lot of new updates and games in the last couple weeks now so it's more fun goin in as we can try out new games. This is my fav classic one in the photo thats part of the new games. The winning zone have plenty of prizes but not rotating very quick we see the same stuff almost everytime we went for a while lol. The ticketing system is also very generous so u could earned a lot of tickets if u know wat and which one to play to earn. Overall 10/10.
