went here on valentine's day, a very busy evening to begin with yes but we got sat immediately, waited twenty minutes to get acknowledged and had to go up to the host desk and ask for a server because no one had checked on us. after a few minutes finally someone came to us gave us waters and a "free appetizer" which was an order of cold soggy calamari that wouldn't have been worth the regular price if it wasn't complimentary. afterwards, we never got checked on again. sitting for 40 minutes waiting, finally walked out and left. tables were getting attended to that came in way after us and left before. I get holidays like this get busy but as a business there should be more structure and awareness of guests that are sitting at a table with empty cups. walk over to tgi fridays instead. -1/10 do better dave read more

Came here for the Mon/Thursday deal for wings for 22.99$ and let's say I won't be back for it. The "bottomless fries" are about 15 fries in a bowl, it was a ridiculously small amount but the server said they weigh the amount of fries going out and that's why they don't put more. So the fries were instantly finished. The wings themselves weren't good and they only give you 5 at a time. We were waiting 5-10 minutes in between the wings we ordered. We would eat them within 2 minutes, then wait 10 minutes for the next round. It was disappointing, we even let them know we were going to order at least 30 wings each and they still didn't add more to the friers. Also the deal is very deceptive. It's promoted as 22.99$ plus a 10$ game card. Turns out you have to pay 3$ for the 10$ game card. So really it's 25.99$. Overall the amount of time we had to wait for drinks, wings, fries made it unenjoyable. The price isnt a big deal except the wings aren't good, I would recommend buffalo wild wings, you get a better deal and better quality. Also the pasta was bad, the noodle overcooked and the sauce wasn't sauce but more like solidified cream. Couldn't pick up sauce with the pasta, whatever was stuck on it, that's what you got. I did really like the drinks though. Service was average Overall won't be coming back for this deal! read more

Another couple came to the bar and no one was on site and they left to other bar . I never leave bad reviews but they gmfu with this food. I ordered 3 tenders tell me why they were SO SKINNY and tasted like cardboard. Not only that, I ordered hot honey and they gave me plain old honey. It was crazy I was eating flavorless overcooked cardboard chicken and the only thing with flavor was the ranch. It was the afternoon too so there was no excuse for the poor quality of the food. Mind you, this dish was basically $12. Not the first time this has happened either. They barely put toppings or sauce on my friend's loaded nachos to the point where our own server was livid for us and she had them remake it 2X and stood there and watched (without us asking she was that pissed at them which told us everything we needed to know!) management had to get involved. Dam times have changed. Haven't been back in forever and went with a work group. 12:30pm Monday. Practically empty. After ordering about 60 dollars each worth of food and drink for 10 of us. it took about 40 minutes for our drinks to get to the table. Food pretty much came out the same time. I love the new and improved Dave and Busters. The layout is so nice and open with so many new things to offer. There are lots of kiosks available to get or charge up your play card for arcades. The only downside is, you can't use your D&B gift card at a kiosk. You have to go up to the bar for them to transfer your giftcard money onto your play card. Staff are friendly for the most part. There are many seating options so you can watch current sports on tv. There are also booths there if you choose to eat there. It is fairly loud inside though. As you play games, you earn tickets that you can redeem for prizes. Wednesdays are the best days to go because the games are half price. You get a lot more play time for your money. Make sure to download their app. You can upload your play card to it and earn points towards rewards on there. read more

Came to this location with my sister May Y. while getting an EV charge for my car. We wanted to find a place where we have an hour to kill, so what better way to do that than Dave and Busters? The arcade games are fun and updated. The prizes are cool, but honestly could be better. Crowd had a lot of kids but there were definitely adults too. My sister and I ordered a Margherita flat bread and garlic fries as a a side. Our order came in 15 mins which was great, the flat bread tastes delicious, hot and cheesy, the fries was perfect with a hit of garlic. As the bill came, it included the margherita flat bread plus a garlic fries appetizer. Which was wrong because we ordered the fries as a side. The waitress did not correct it even when we asked. We just had to pay the higher price as a fries appetizer, not too happy about that unfortunately. read more

As much as I love coming here, the server need to get their stuff together. Seem like they are very selective who to help. Overall, the experience was good. It could have been great if everything went well. They messed up on drinks, and the time to get our food was way too long. It seemed like they wanted you to just drink instead. After everyone, including myself, got our food, they still missed some part of my order. So I asked the server if my remaining order was still coming, and she replied, " What, is it missing?" Felt like a rude response. If it wasn't, I wouldn't ask, obviously. 10 minutes later, it's arrived. I didn't want that to ruin my mood. So, instead of ordering anything else like drinks, I just went to the bar instead. That evening was pretty busy, with good vibes from people around. It's good to see others laugh and having fun.
