As much as I love coming here, the server need to get their stuff together. Seem like they are very selective who to help. Overall, the experience was good. It could have been great if everything went well. They messed up on drinks, and the time to get our food was way too long. It seemed like they wanted you to just drink instead. After everyone, including myself, got our food, they still missed some part of my order. So I asked the server if my remaining order was still coming, and she replied, " What, is it missing?" Felt like a rude response. If it wasn't, I wouldn't ask, obviously. 10 minutes later, it's arrived. I didn't want that to ruin my mood. So, instead of ordering anything else like drinks, I just went to the bar instead. That evening was pretty busy, with good vibes from people around. It's good to see others laugh and having fun. Dam times have changed. Haven't been back in forever and went with a work group. 12:30pm Monday. Practically empty. After ordering about 60 dollars each worth of food and drink for 10 of us. it took about 40 minutes for our drinks to get to the table. Food pretty much came out the same time. I got a little sick right after eating and had to go to the restroom. We had two children under 8 that got there food last. It's crazy. read more

DESPITE having reservations, We cancelled them because I called because the whole point of us going to Dave & Buster's tomorrow is to eat drink and watch the 5:30 PM basketball game 5 but when I called they said it depends on the number of people in our party where we will get seated. So we do not recommend going here if you really want to watch something on the TV because you're not guaranteed where you could sit. read more

I always go to my favorite D&B's at the block. There's one closer to my home but gotta love the staff at Orange. I battled the parking and went to watch the football games Saturday. It was busy but all the bartenders were running around the bar constantly trying to help everyone. Traja and Kelly were doing their best. It was packed and they were helping people behind us and all around us. To those who complain and want people to get fired.... Pretty sh**y to want people lose their jobs. I love the new and improved Dave and Busters. The layout is so nice and open with so many new things to offer. There are lots of kiosks available to get or charge up your play card for arcades. The only downside is, you can't use your D&B gift card at a kiosk. You have to go up to the bar for them to transfer your giftcard money onto your play card. Staff are friendly for the most part. There are many seating options so you can watch current sports on tv. There are also booths there if you choose to eat there. It is fairly loud inside though. As you play games, you earn tickets that you can redeem for prizes. Wednesdays are the best days to go because the games are half price. You get a lot more play time for your money. Make sure to download their app. You can upload your play card to it and earn points towards rewards on there. read more

Came for the grand Re- opening was one of the first 200 people to show up and get free game play for a year . They had breakfast for the people which was okay, but it is free so I was not complaining. Met the reginal manager?.... Brad?... Was a cool guy! We were out snooping around the place while there is nobody here so early was able to get some videos and pictures of the BRAND NEW areas :). Everytime we come here the people and the staff are nice! Only bummer part is when we have to bother about the game play machines where sometimes the gaming staff hates that we bother them where we need something moved or placed better . That is the only reason for the 1 star. Don't know his name but a bartender did me dirty. I played some games and traded my tickets 8k worth fkr $40 worth of food. Places my order he comes saying I owe $20 when I gave him my $40 vouchers for food claiming I only gave him $20 worth. I have him 5 papers 4 $10 vouchers and the receipt I got for it. Asked him to double check because I know what I gave him he goes the complete opposite of where he went after I gave him my vouchers says nope nothing. So I check my receipt and the vouchers have codes too it skips 116-117 but he got the 115 and 118. I showed him and he said nothing he can do that I only gave him 2 papers. Okay whatever I just ask My food to go didn't even want a beer anymore. He gives me my order says all is there. Get home half my food is missing too. Dude made me spend tickets for food, had to pay $20 when should've been free just to not even get the food at all. Ruined my whole mood especially with his attitude says he knows what I gave and barely had any effort to check where he originally walked off too read more

Gigantic complex consisting of large dining area, huge sports bar, and big gaming area. The huge sports bar to watch football would put something like BW3 to shame. We came at a weird time (3:30pm) and needed to kill 90 minutes before our movie, so decided to walk to D&B for an early dinner. If you walk-in from the mall, you enter via the arcade. You can continue walking to the bar area, and then even further to the main entrance which has a dining area. Except for the arcade, the rest was empty and wasn't the easiest thing to find an employee. We decided to sit near the bar, overlooking the giant tvs in the sports bar (there is also a bar in the arcade). Since happy hour didn't start until 4, we ordered a couple of apps to munch. At 4, we ordered a couple of drinks and more apps, and ended up leaving a little before 5. By then, there were a few people rolling in. - 22oz coors light and tres tequila rita, both $5 during HH. By far, the best part of our meal. Even though it was HH, our bartender/waitress did us right with extra cold beer in frosty glasses and a well made rita. Could definitely have kept drinking these during HH for that price. - Cheese flatbread ($5 during HH). It was more puffy than crisp. Skippable. - small fries and buffalo wings ($13.49+$2.99): well seasoned fries. Huge wing pieces, nice and crunchy with plenty of hot classic sauce. = Kickin chicken potstickers ($12.49) - wanted to try it. Heated from frozen, but nicely pan fried to give it a nice crisp. Small portion for the price, but definitely did pack a little heat with the chili crisp oil. The place is loud, even when pretty empty. Can't imagine the din when fully packed. read more

I have been to this Dave & Busters many times and have found it and its service to be an oasis in the desert! Food is always great, drinks are always delicious but the main reason I consistently stop by is for the welcoming service I always get from the two bartenders that are always there for the football games Traja and Kelly! In a consistently busy environment, they are constantly on the move making sure every drink glass is full and dealing with unruly customers in a professional fashion! read more

We had a great time last night 1/17/26. It is amazing to watch these bartenders Kelly and another gal. Her name started with a T. They were so busy but they're still smiling. I don't know how they do that. I had a good time watching them because there's no way any normal person can do what they do And dealing with different personalities and some people that think they're the only one standing there in the bar, but we had a really good time we will definitely be back and hopefully the same bartenders will be there because they were fun to watch. read more

We felt extremely bad since our tab didn't come out due to use using vouchers but we wanted to thank Ken (i believe his name?) for his great service. We had an amazing time this past weekend here for a family outing! The upgrades and new additions to this location are really nice and fit into the space, honestly really well. We decided to eat dinner here, in the center of all the games next to the bar. Being sat down and getting a table was quick! Our sever NATHAN was amazing. He was so fast and attenuative with what we needed. Just really kind and had a great conversation as well with us between working so hard during the busy time! Kept our drinks full and table cleaned. I did have a few issues with 3/4 machines not working and/or taking our coin/tokens and not being able to get them back. Just to note, we lost about 60 and change to these machines. When walking around for assistance the game worker wasn't able to get it back for us, which is a huge bummer. But then they did work on them right after, so hopefully it didn't happen to others! This was our first time ever to visit Dave. There was NO ONE at the host counter and there already was a line. The first couple said they have already been waiting 15 min. I went to the entrance , and shared with her the issue. She said someone will be there shortly. They arrived. There were plenty of tables empty and available, but we still had to wait 9 min to be seated. After sitting at our table for a while, Bruce the manager arrived and apologized for the wait, and asked if we can get started with drinks. Wondering if he was going to return , we immediately ordered drink and dinner right away. He got my order Wrong. I asked for Apple candied pecan salad, and he ordered an chicken salad for me. Ugh!!! Because it was a birthday celebration, we ordered a dessert for after dinner. We asked our waitress if she can serve the dessert. Well 18 min later, and dessert less, we asked a passing gentleman if he can check on our dessert. Our waitress arrived and said she'll bring it right away. The absolute slowest service... So my nieces love coming here for the games and tickets. The games are always working and they're clean! The food is ok. It's not the worst, but it's not the best. We got the appetizers which were decent. Can't complain there. The salad I got was good. The lettuce and everything was fresh. Except for the guacamole, it was turning slightly brown. So again, we were here cuz my 8 and 10 year old nieces wanted to celebrate the 10 year old birthday. She took my phone while we were eating and took random photos....the ones she took of underneath the table grossed me out and I couldn't eat anymore. Appearance was, all the eating areas were very clean!! No sticky seats or greasy tables, but UNDERNEATH....it was pretty bad. I'm glad the nieces are now old enough to not crawl around, especially under tables. Our waiter was good. He was attentive and responsive. He always checked in on us to see if we needed any refills or anything. He did disappear towards the end when it got busier, but that's understandable. read more

We decided to take the kids out just to get out the house and we had such an great experience with customer service. The food our server was great. I can't remember his name, but he was awesome amazing and the manager as well it's not Sandra but it's Kendra. She was so nice and sweet. I think we're gonna decide to take the kids there at least once a month just to get out the house and enjoy a nice atmosphere. The food was good reasonable prices new menu new games the manager she even hooked the kids up with a little more FreePlay. She's like are you guys ready to go? One of my favorite places and we Love this D&B location! They've remodeled and updated their gaming and dining area and it looks absolutely classy and upscale. The food was amazing. Their s'more cheesecake wasn't the best, but aside from that, they have amazing games. My daughter got to go on the human crane and she had a blast. We even played the arena game and I will never forget the experience. Everything was fine and dandy up until I went to the front to put in an order to-go. The poor man was being harassed by some short lady. I was standing in line when some short, poorly tanned, puffed lipped barbie was harassing the poor cashier in the front, in front of her kids! I read her review and sent her a message. He was completely helpful and the manager stepped in to help him. That poor man did nothing wrong. She ruined my experience.
