I've came to this Dave & Busters manyyyyy times throughout the years, but this is the first time I came with a group to celebrate my daughters birthday and it was horrible! The kids were miserable waiting on their food, and then the check, I didn't even bother getting a birthday dessert because that would've probably been another hour. Mariah was our waitress, and this was a Saturday afternoon. It was not packed at all. We had an amazing time this past weekend here for a family outing! The upgrades and new additions to this location are really nice and fit into the space, honestly really well. We decided to eat dinner here, in the center of all the games next to the bar. Being sat down and getting a table was quick! Our sever NATHAN was amazing. He was so fast and attenuative with what we needed. Just really kind and had a great conversation as well with us between working so hard during the busy time! Kept our drinks full and table cleaned. I did have a few issues with 3/4 machines not working and/or taking our coin/tokens and not being able to get them back. Just to note, we lost about 60 and change to these machines. When walking around for assistance the game worker wasn't able to get it back for us, which is a huge bummer. But then they did work on them right after, so hopefully it didn't happen to others! I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from Traja at the Orange, CA location. My family and I walked up to the bar and waited to be served, and from the moment we approached, it was clear we were an inconvenience to her. There was no greeting. No eye contact. No "Hi, how are you?" Nothing. She simply asked what we wanted in a cold, dismissive tone, grabbed the beers, placed them on the bar without a word, took my card, processed the payment, dropped the receipt in front of me to sign -- and that was the entire interaction. She was completely unfriendly and had zero personality. It genuinely felt like we were bothering her just by being there. What makes this worse is that the bar -- located right by the entrance of the parking lot -- was not busy at all. There was absolutely no reason for that level of indifference and poor attitude. Customer service requires at least basic courtesy, and this interaction had none. I regret leaving a $5 tip for what was one of the most unpleasant bar experiences I've had. It was so uncomfortable that I chose not to return to the bar for the rest of our visit. Traja's attitude was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. She needs to be spoken to about her behavior. If this is how she regularly treats customers, I can only imagine others have had similar experiences. Very disappointed. read more

This was our first time ever to visit Dave. There was NO ONE at the host counter and there already was a line. The first couple said they have already been waiting 15 min. I went to the entrance , and shared with her the issue. She said someone will be there shortly. They arrived. There were plenty of tables empty and available, but we still had to wait 9 min to be seated. After sitting at our table for a while, Bruce the manager arrived and apologized for the wait, and asked if we can get started with drinks. Wondering if he was going to return , we immediately ordered drink and dinner right away. He got my order Wrong. I asked for Apple candied pecan salad, and he ordered an chicken salad for me. Ugh!!! Because it was a birthday celebration, we ordered a dessert for after dinner. We asked our waitress if she can serve the dessert. Well 18 min later, and dessert less, we asked a passing gentleman if he can check on our dessert. Our waitress arrived and said she'll bring it right away. The absolute slowest service... One of my favorite places and we Love this D&B location! They've remodeled and updated their gaming and dining area and it looks absolutely classy and upscale. Through the years, we've gone for date nights to family days out, birthday parties, holiday parties and life celebrations. This place never misses on providing delicious food, games and fun! Gigantic complex consisting of large dining area, huge sports bar, and big gaming area. The huge sports bar to watch football would put something like BW3 to shame. We came at a weird time (3:30pm) and needed to kill 90 minutes before our movie, so decided to walk to D&B for an early dinner. If you walk-in from the mall, you enter via the arcade. You can continue walking to the bar area, and then even further to the main entrance which has a dining area. Except for the arcade, the rest was empty and wasn't the easiest thing to find an employee. We decided to sit near the bar, overlooking the giant tvs in the sports bar (there is also a bar in the arcade). Since happy hour didn't start until 4, we ordered a couple of apps to munch. At 4, we ordered a couple of drinks and more apps, and ended up leaving a little before 5. By then, there were a few people rolling in. - 22oz coors light and tres tequila rita, both $5 during HH. By far, the best part of our meal. Even though it was HH, our bartender/waitress did us right with extra cold beer in frosty glasses and a well made rita. Could definitely have kept drinking these during HH for that price. - Cheese flatbread ($5 during HH). It was more puffy than crisp. Skippable. - small fries and buffalo wings ($13.49+$2.99): well seasoned fries. Huge wing pieces, nice and crunchy with plenty of hot classic sauce. = Kickin chicken potstickers ($12.49) - wanted to try it. Heated from frozen, but nicely pan fried to give it a nice crisp. Small portion for the price, but definitely did pack a little heat with the chili crisp oil. The place is loud, even when pretty empty. Can't imagine the din when fully packed. read more

The food was amazing. Their s'more cheesecake wasn't the best, but aside from that, they have amazing games. My daughter got to go on the human crane and she had a blast. We even played the arena game and I will never forget the experience. Everything was fine and dandy up until I went to the front to put in an order to-go. The poor man was being harassed by some short lady. I was standing in line when some short, poorly tanned, puffed lipped barbie was harassing the poor cashier in the front, in front of her kids! I read her review and sent her a message. He was completely helpful and the manager stepped in to help him. That poor man did nothing wrong. She ruined my experience. We had a reservation for 20 people at 530pm. We didn't have our whole party present so they didn't seat us until 6. Not really a problem and it was our fault for being late. Ok. Jameson greeted the 10 of us who were present and then went to get waters, Dawn came to us about 10 mins later saying Jameson was leaving so she was our "real" server. Ok. We asked for waters and at that point she told us we'd only be able to get 4 checks for the whole table, a little annoying but ok. She put in waters and some Of our party were ready to order, she took their orders. I ordered nachos. We had water come out and the few starters our party had ordered, not my nachos but ok. 5 more of our group showed up and she took more orders. Then she never came back. Jameson came back maybe 30 minutes after we had seen Dawn. He explained she'd had an accident and was leaving so he was going to take care of us. We all explained what had been ordered and what was still missing., like my nachos. He too notes and left. Maybe another 20 minutes went by and two plates came out, no nachos. We asked the person who brought those plates for more water and just said he wasn't a server and left. Kinda rude but if it's not his job ok fine where is Jameson? Another server came to our table and explained she'd was actually going to take care of us. Never got her name but Ok. The last two people of our group joined our party she took their orders and then I told her I still hadn't gotten my nachos. She took notes and left. Maybe 10 mins later a manager in a blue shirt came by and again we explained all the missing drinks and refills and my nachos. One person even put in New order of sliders with him. The last plates came out, and then the sliders. And my nachos never came. I asked for a manager and he came out and we spoke for almost 10 mins. At that point it had been over two hours that I had waited for nachos, and not a single person in our party had gotten a refill in drinks. He listened, he promised my nachos would be out soon and came and took a refill order. My nachos finally came and I was the last person to eat. I ate alone while everyone just watched. 4 hours after our original reservation we all finally got checks and were able to pay, half our party was tired and honestly not willing to spend anymore money at this place and left. My husband wanted to play so I ask the restaurant if they'd be able to hold the cake I had bought, and we had cut up, in their fridge. They agreed and we played for maybe 90 minutes. We got our cake back and when we got home, I NOTICED SOMEONE HAD CUT THEMSELVES A PEICE OF OUR CAKE! I am embarrassed that I invited my family and friends to this disaster of a place. I don't think it was any one persons fault but over two hours for nachos is crazy. That manager was nice when I finally asked for him but to not have any initiative to check on our table and plates is unacceptable. Why did I have to ask for him to come check on his table of 20? When I had him one on one he was responsive but lacked the initiative to proactively take care of his guests. And to have someone help themselves to our custom cake was just a slap in the face! I wasn't going to leave a review, it was a tough night all around and a bad review is just unnecessary but to have them mess with my cake was just too much. If they'd had left my cake alone I wouldn't be contacting corporate but now I'm going to spend the energy to tell them about my disappointment in their orange location. Celebrated my kids birthday here today. I always find this place as one of the most fun arcade. We were seated (party of 10) on a booth closed to the arcade. The place is packed. People of different ages are here playing games. They have a wide variety of games and this place is huge. Our server Zay was very sweet and accommodating. As busy as he already was, he checks on us periodically. We ordered sliders, bottomless fries, BBQ flatbread, Cali Chicken Club, BBB Smash with add-on Fried Egg, house salad, side chz stack, BTMLS fries, fountain drinks, virgins Rita and beers. I frequently visit this location, because I live in the area. I'm a strong believer in keeping tax dollars and funds in your city. My experience on 1/17/26 was terrible. I usually promote and hype up this location. On this day my friend enjoyed that last few times we came to this location he had a birthday party for his son. Let me include we spend about a few hundred dollars for games, summer pass my wife and I. Now my friend enjoys this place soo much he does the same. On this day the bartenders look past my friend and I like we didn't exist. We had to ask for help, and were talked to like we were being unhinged. Tre'ia and Kelly would help all the new comers to the bar and just ignored us. All I can say is.. it's a beautiful new bar get good bartenders with better attitudes and make everyone feel welcomed. Not to include staff treats this bar like a party spot. If I was a corporate manager you should stop by and see how terrible these ladies are and how they act. Ambiance is nice, and food is good. So my nieces love coming here for the games and tickets. The games are always working and they're clean! The food is ok. It's not the worst, but it's not the best. We got the appetizers which were decent. Can't complain there. The salad I got was good. The lettuce and everything was fresh. Except for the guacamole, it was turning slightly brown. So again, we were here cuz my 8 and 10 year old nieces wanted to celebrate the 10 year old birthday. She took my phone while we were eating and took random photos....the ones she took of underneath the table grossed me out and I couldn't eat anymore. Appearance was, all the eating areas were very clean!! No sticky seats or greasy tables, but UNDERNEATH....it was pretty bad. I'm glad the nieces are now old enough to not crawl around, especially under tables. Our waiter was good. He was attentive and responsive. I came here on a whim, and man am I so glad I did! Their happy hour on Mondays have great deals and the games are so fun. But i was really impressed with their team and customer service. Ricky at the prize counter was really engaging and we got to talking about pokemon after I asked for a pack of cards. Plus, he was balancing organizing stock and taking care of other guests as well. This definitely has to be my favorite D&B location. Every time I've come the arcade is clean and no cups are left behind at the games. This makes it easy to carry around your beverage so I appreciate the staff for being on top of it. The bar people can be not so friendly sometimes so we opt to walk around the arcade with our drinks instead of sitting at the bar. They have so many games and some are doubled in case the one you like is taken up! (Only few selected) The prizes are not that great so we were bummed to see we had almost 5k tickets but nothing interesting to redeem, mostly knick knacks. Saved our tickets on a reusable card so we can hopefully earn sometime cool if they do ever change up their prizes. Overall, great games, clean arcade and yummy drinks. read more

There are lots of fun games to play, but the dine in area was not so great. No one greeted us or came over to check on us for a long time after we'd been sitting there for a while. I don't know if maybe the place is just understaffed, but it was ridiculous. The food was actually pretty good, but the service was horrible and took forever. Based on that, I do t think I'd go back. Note: After visiting this location, my husband got Covid. He had not been anywhere else, so I'm pretty sure it was from here. The banana foster pie (I think that's the name of the dessert) was light & surprised me. I didn't share. Jeff and John were managing during the dinner time on the busiest day. Both times I've been here for the food, it's been pretty mediocre, and for some reason, it always takes forever to come out. The drinks are watered down and not that great either. On the plus side, parking is convenient since it's in an outlet mall, so there's plenty of space. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was the worst experience yet. We arrived just before 6 PM hoping to catch happy hour before heading to a 7:15 movie. Despite being seated before happy hour ended, our server told us they couldn't honor it. Then, it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive--chicken strips with about 10 fries, even though I asked for double fries instead of coleslaw and I got ranch when I asked for bbq sauce. Not only that, but getting our check was a nightmare. We tried to flag down our server three times, but they kept ignoring us, likely because of a large party nearby. By the time we finally got the check at 7:15, my friend noticed they had been double-charged for their entrée. We didn't want to spend another half hour resolving it, so we paid, expecting to sort it out later. When we returned to request a refund, we were told to call the next day and it might not even be honored. This experience was such a letdown. Next time, we'll go to TGIF's or another bar. While the games and entertainment may be fun, the food and service here are just not worth it. read more

Service at the restaurants can be really slow if there's a fair amount of people dining but the waiters are always nice. Workers here should be asking for D&B rewards cards so customers can get their bonus chips, I don't think they've asked me yet. The smash burger here was good, and the blackened chicken alfredo tasted solid too, but the portion of the pasta was a bit small for a $20 entree. The kid's pizza also tasted really bad. Our kid would not eat it and when I tried it, I couldn't blame her. There was a really weird kind of sour taste (not like sourdough) that threw everything off.
