Wingstop - HICKORY AND REG HOT - Chicken Wings Near Me - Orange, California

Let me tell you it's been awhile since I have had horrible customer service and tonight took the cake for this location. My wife and I walked in and were not even attended or greeted right away as the cashiers were laughing and playing around. When we were asked "what we wanted" it sounded more or less like she didn't even want to be here to take our order. Our cashiers name was Lupe. During the coarse of taking our order it was like she was paying attention to something behind us outside. After we got our drinks and started to wait inside and then were told we needed to go outside and wait for our food (totally understandable due to the current pandemic) it could have been asked nicer though. Kinda felt like we weren't wanted in this store. What we did notice is that the girls who were attending the cashier weren't doing anything but talk and giggle while there male coworker worked quickly to do stocking of bags, utensils and anything else to stay busy. Also noticed the cooking staff busting their butts to get our food out quickly. So to wrap this rant up that I don't typically do because I like to see the good in things. @wingstop find someone that will take care of us better. Also wanted to add to this As soon as we opened up everything there were no napkins or utensils in the bag Not sure what's going on here read more

I had 2 issues today when I got wing stop at this location. I ordered a big order for my work everyone got a combo. 5 orders. 1st issue they changed the online ordering now it's way more difficult. 2nd issue they messed up on 2 orders and argued with me that they didn't totally messed up my lunch break. read more

Hubby and I have not had Wingstop in a VERY long while. We used to have it maybe around once or twice a week for at least 6 months, but we had to stop with how much weight we gained. Unfortunately, I was still a part of their mailing list, and they said that they had a new serrano pepper flavor! I love me my spicy peppers! So, when hubby and I were in another part of Orange, he ordered online via the phone app, and we came over ni around 10 minutes. This Wingstop was very busy, though, so we had to wait another 10 minutes before our foods were ready. Another unfortunate happenstance was that I think I told hubby the wrong flavor that I wanted. Goes to show that we hadn't been at a Wingstop in so long that we didn't recognize that there were actually TWO "new" flavors. So, instead of the serrano pepper, I got a different pepper (marked right below the atomic flavor). Oh well. We did check the bag with all of our foods before we left, and everything was correct. We got home, opened everything we had, and it was just a glorious pile of foods! All the flavors were still as consistent as the last time as we had Wingstop from at least 5 years ago. And the new flavor that I had was good, but it wasn't too spicy. Fries were as awesome as always. Unfortunately, the wings are as small as they were before. :/ While we didn't eat in, this Wingstop is different from your other ones. This is more geared to being a sports bar, so you'll see that they'll have a lot more TV's, and more specials with regards to sports. It's a very open parking lot, and you do have a lot of tables in-house, so I can see this becoming more of a Buffalo Wild Wings than a typical Wingstop. Overall, good concept. May be back. Had no issues with service, had no issues with the food (other than the wings being as small as they've been, but I think that's a Corporate food vendor problem, and not the site), and no issues with consistency. Clean restaurant, which I always appreciate, and service was professional. read more

Ugh, idk.. This place has a nice theme It was cool on a hot day with music sports on TV and beer if needed, but I went on lunch break. It cost me $10 for 10 wings and it took 20 minutes to receive them... Not the best idea for a 30 minute lunch. The wings were DRENCHED in sauce...too drenched. The BBQ were good, Hawaiian was gross. Tasted like orange marmalade. Won't be going back. read more

The last two times I've ordered online for a pickup the order is missing items I was charged for. Last time it was missing Bleu Cheese dipping sauce.... This time, missing the veggie sticks my wife wanted and paid for. Checking the order is your job.... Totally dissatisfied at this location. Chuck F read more

I must say that I enjoy coming here a lot! My boyfriend was so into Buffalo Wild Wings, and I have to say, I would have one or two of his wings and be done. They never were consistent, and sometimes I felt as though I was going to crack a tooth on how hard their breading can consistently be. We have dined here three times within the month. Each time has been great! The service is always amazing. There's a guy and a girl who are always nice and helpful. One time they even forgot to put the topping of the rub to accentuate the Cajun wings we had. They come with the Cajun sauce but always have a little rub sprinkled on top. The guy (I really wish I knew his name) delivered it to our table and noticed that the rub (or seasoning) wasn't on top of the wings. He said to wait a minute let me take this back they forgot the rub on top (or something along those lines). Seriously! We would have never noticed that, till he mentioned it. He did though, before we did, and that was not something any normal service place would have done. Love this place. As I said before I will not waste my calories at bww. Here I will though! I get my own order and everything! That's a first for wings with me, thanks to wingstop! Their wings are so good! read more

Wingstop - Best fries ever - Chicken Wings Near Me - Orange, California

I have been to this location a few times but my experience tonight was by far the best due to Karla. She was super sweet, respectful and thorough with the order. Wingstop, give this girl a raise! I appreciated her service. read more

IMPORTANT POINTS: 1) Definitely order bone-in wings 2) Louisiana Rub is the best flavor at Wing Stop hands down 3) Call in advance to order - the wait can be really long on weekend nights or when there are basketball/football games on. Honestly, I don't understand why this Wing Stop doesn't have five stars. If it's because of cleanliness, okay... I get it. But Wing Stop is always busy and since they actually bus the tables for you, I understand that the dining area might look a little messy. If anything, they should have someone that's always on constant bussing duties. Or provide trash cans so we can throw away our items ourselves. Bathrooms can get pretty grimy, too. Aside from that, though, I give this particular location 5 stars. The food is always made fresh and I don't mind waiting. They have a bar where they serve alcohol and they have many tv's broadcasting many types of sports. Basketball Football MMA fighting Soccer So it's a cool place to hang and chill. It's not your typical fast food type of experience so enjoy your time here! LOUISIANA RUB 5/5 - my favorite PARMESAN GARLIC 5/5 - I get these to balance my Louisiana Rub wings Fries 4/5 - I wish they were more crispy but I love the portion size. I typically share fries with my boyfriend. And their drink dispenser is really cool! Tons of sodas and juices to choose from. All in all, great place. They should be proud of the work they're doing, the food they are making and the service they're providing. My boyfriend and I look forward to cheat days at this Wing Stop. read more

Worst customer service, cashier employees listening to other employees and asking us to repeat the border multiple times. Wing stop has tables in front of cash register for social distance which is good but the cashier almost had me make my own payment and take my receipt. Management needs to get on the employees and train them again. Better customer service and be polite. read more

I got some soggy hard fries and I'm PREGNANT. You should be giving your customers fresh fries not cold hard fries that have probably been sitting there for hours. Especially since I'm pregnant and obviously can't eat them. I paid for fries I had to throw away. Thanks. read more

Giving Ruben here a great shout out. Took my mom by Wingstop for the first time, and right away, Ruben was there to help and share the best deals of the day. Even made sure we filled out the survey to get extra fries. And since he saw we were eating outside, he cleaned our table and brought our food out to us. If you haven't given him a raise yet, you should! You found a hard worker. read more

My first impression of this establishment was most definitely not a good one. The girls at the front had a bad attitude and I ordered one 10 piece wings to share with my friend. It has been exactly 1 hour and we have yet to receive our food, I could understand if they were busy but it is not. I just don't really understand why it takes this long for such a simple order. So far the service is below standard. read more

I only have a problem with after you order your food you have to stand outside the restaurant or on a hot day, they want you to sit in your car. Understanding of the coronavirus they could have had setting arranged 6ft apart inside or outside while waiting for your order. I will from now on, ask before I order my food. (This is during the time when customers can dine in). read more

If your name is Danielle and you just ordered around 12 tonight March 19/20, I saw a worker eat a fry out of your bag and when she saw us, she put it in her mouth quickly and spit it out. Besides that the food was good. read more

Everything pre made cold AF .... Poor management plus not clean at all I found features in my fries

Went in Wingstop and got ignored. The girl who was at the cashier was very rude and unprofessional. Her name was Esmeralda. We waited 35+ minutes for our order and nothing was done yet. Came up to ask our cashier what happened to our order just for her to run off and come back and didn't tell us what happen until we had to come up again to ask, just for her to say that they lost our receipt. I was shocked because out of all of the customers ours was just "lost"? Told her that we wanted the refund and the guy at the front was very helpful on trying to help us with the refund. He had to call over the lady in charge who I think is the manager/shift leader? She was rude and snarly on trying to get us a refund but eventually we got the refund. It's not about the money for me. It's about the service and the unprofessionalism that happened. read more

Ordered online and still had to wait.

This was my second visit to this specific wing stop and it was a good experience. Con: The first server who helped us at the register missed part of our order so we had to re-order our drinks. Pro: A server who was cleaning the counters around us was not busy overall so she came up to us and just had a conversation with us and still making sure we had everything we needed and we didn't need anything else. read more

My husband usually picks up our order at this location. He always says how amazing they are and how their service is impeccable. Today I happened to pick up the order and he was right. Leo helped me pay for my order and the order was perfect. Great dinner for my gamer husband. Everyone was very friendly and I liked that I could still use the coke style machine (a lot of places are different). We will definitely keep sending our business here. Thank you! read more

Be careful with the to go orders. I ordered and arrived only to find out my order was given to someone else. I waited again for my order to get redone and took it home. When I got home I opened the bad and saw that there was no ranch. I paid for 6 of them!!!! Please check before leaving!!!! read more

They never let me down. Moved to Riverside and they need some lessons from orange location. They people you can tell work on getting orders out. The only time I had to wait was when it was super busy and only waited 25-30 . Great job guys keep up the good work! read more

I don't know what crack everyone else is on but the staff are always great . We always order online and our expectations are always met.. they've never accidentally left out the ranch from our order and if they ever do, I'd be to blame for not double checking.. with that said I'm giving this location a 5 star read more

This place sucks. Always forgets something in my order. Worst customer service ever. Please work on your abilities to accommodate your customers. read more

I would recommend going to Buffalo Wild Wings instead or at least a different location of Wingstop. The wings are ok but the staff is poorly trained. I ordered 3 different orders of wings with fries and they combined 2 of the orders in one box which is inconvenient when it's for 3 different people. They also only gave me 2 ranch and when I asked for another because of my 3 orders they said they charge after 2 ranches which is ridiculous when you have a big order. No utensils are provided either. read more

Verrrrryyyy impressed with their service tonight. Their online order system was down so when I arrived my order had not gone through which was of course frustrating. Only because I have to I entered 1 star, don't ever order online for this location, it never came at time expected. When we called to ask what the status was with delivery they are calling us on the other line to ask us flavors?? Own up if you made a mistake, they had this information because everything was entered online properly. We have ordered online plenty of times and never had any issues till today. Instead of making things right, they tell us that the door dash has already left? So they are not going to deliver. WOW. Ok, again if you made the mistake make it right for your customer. But they DID NOT CARE. I contacted customer Service and no help either, don't waste your time. read more

Went in today and Lupe the cashier was SO RUDE and didn't have patience with me while I was placing an order with her. Get better people to work for you guys so they don't make you look bad! My favorite wingstop, been here several times. Been to several around SoCal and this location, by far, is the cleanest and has the friendliest staff. In fact, they're cleaner and friendlier than a lot of other restaurants. The food is consistently good as expected. They have a large seating area and a nice bar top with some taps. Relatively more large tables than other wingstops. They're open until midnight too. On a random note, it's great seeing the staff encourage and coach each other as a team, saw them while waiting on food. read more

I'm giving this place only one star just because of the lack of leadership to train their employees. The food is good but when the service is this bad I'd recommend a different location. Walking in at 12:45pm no one here, girl is talking on the phone taking an order and doesn't even get us with a smile or anything. Most places will say "welcome, be right with you". Not today. Waiting for about 5 minutes still no acknowledgement. Manage walks in sees us waiting. Didn't greet us either. Again no smile. We asked her if someone else is working here to take our order she says "That's why I'm asking her (another girl that walked in with her) to sign on." Said it rudely. Now sitting down the tables are dirty. Had to asking for a toewl to clean it. Customer service is lacking here. I'm sorry but if you're not happy working there then work somewhere else. Customer service is key. read more

I absolutely love the lemon pepper wings here. It's a nice little cozy place to watch any sports event and get some great food at the same time. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It's family-friendly as well you can bring the kids. And they also have a nice selection of beers. read more

This is the best Wingstop I have ever been to. I have been a fan of Wingstop for over 10+ years and I have visited them all over. Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, to name a few other Wingstop's I have been to, but this one reigns supreme. I don't know how they were able to attain the "sports" moniker and market it that way, but it works great. They have all the local progressional teams as well as some local high school/college team decorations all over the restaurant. With the added sports theme, it truly sets itself apart from all the other Wingstop's around. I have never seen this at any other location, someone please correct me if I am wrong. They also have a small, but very efficient bar (about 4-6 high bar stools) where you can sit and order food/beer, and enjoy the games. In addition to that they have about 4-6 big plasma TV's and they are more than accommodating when it comes to showing the sporting event you wish to see. Last, and most importantly, the food taste great! The fries are cooked all the way through and are not over seasoned. The wings are cooked through and are not overly sauced. This location has the recipe and routine down! The customer service is great, everyone greets you and also says goodbye and thank you as well. Can't wait to go back, I live in Irvine and I will only come to this one. read more

So who doesn't love wing stop? I came here with a friend on new years after much debate what to eat. Thank goodness they were open. I also did not realize this was here until I drove past it. It is pretty spacious, great for groups of 4 but can accommodate more. When I went for lunch it was not crowded at all so it was great. The staff also super friendly! We asked them to add more seasoning to our fries because it felt a little plain and they gladly did it! We ended up getting lemon pepper and mango habanero bone-in with fries. All great choices! I love spicy, it does get a lot to handle but definitely on the delicious end. Also their season fries are the best. Really tasty and really addicting. I can never really complain about wingstop in general, but pretty pleased with this round. Will come back again. read more
