Everything pre made cold AF .... Poor management plus not clean at all I found features in my fries

Went in Wingstop and got ignored. The girl who was at the cashier was very rude and unprofessional. Her name was Esmeralda. We waited 35+ minutes for our order and nothing was done yet. Came up to ask our cashier what happened to our order just for her to run off and come back and didn't tell us what happen until we had to come up again to ask, just for her to say that they lost our receipt. I was shocked because out of all of the customers ours was just "lost"? Told her that we wanted the refund and the guy at the front was very helpful on trying to help us with the refund. He had to call over the lady in charge who I think is the manager/shift leader? She was rude and snarly on trying to get us a refund but eventually we got the refund. It's not about the money for me. Talk about customer service! Friendly is an understatement. Knowledgeable about the menu too is a huge help. I haven't tried all the flavors yet, and it's great to hear that the employees here actually eat here and can give you a good flavor profile. I ordered take out. The guy helping me even asked if I wanted a cup of water while I waited. You never hear that anymore. Great job of Wingstop hiring and training well. IMPORTANT POINTS: 1) Definitely order bone-in wings 2) Louisiana Rub is the best flavor at Wing Stop hands down 3) Call in advance to order - the wait can be really long on weekend nights or when there are basketball/football games on. Honestly, I don't understand why this Wing Stop doesn't have five stars. If it's because of cleanliness, okay... I get it. But Wing Stop is always busy and since they actually bus the tables for you, I understand that the dining area might look a little messy. If anything, they should have someone that's always on constant bussing duties. Or provide trash cans so we can throw away our items ourselves. Bathrooms can get pretty grimy, too. Aside from that, though, I give this particular location 5 stars. The food is always made fresh and I don't mind waiting. They have a bar where they serve alcohol and they have many tv's broadcasting many types of sports. Basketball Football MMA fighting Soccer So it's a cool place to hang and chill. Worst customer service, cashier employees listening to other employees and asking us to repeat the border multiple times. Wing stop has tables in front of cash register for social distance which is good but the cashier almost had me make my own payment and take my receipt. Management needs to get on the employees and train them again. Better customer service and be polite. read more

Even made sure we filled out the survey to get extra fries. And since he saw we were eating outside, he cleaned our table and brought our food out to us. Hubby and I have not had Wingstop in a VERY long while. We used to have it maybe around once or twice a week for at least 6 months, but we had to stop with how much weight we gained. Unfortunately, I was still a part of their mailing list, and they said that they had a new serrano pepper flavor! I love me my spicy peppers! So, when hubby and I were in another part of Orange, he ordered online via the phone app, and we came over ni around 10 minutes. This Wingstop was very busy, though, so we had to wait another 10 minutes before our foods were ready. Another unfortunate happenstance was that I think I told hubby the wrong flavor that I wanted. Goes to show that we hadn't been at a Wingstop in so long that we didn't recognize that there were actually TWO "new" flavors. So, instead of the serrano pepper, I got a different pepper (marked right below the atomic flavor). Oh well. We did check the bag with all of our foods before we left, and everything was correct. We got home, opened everything we had, and it was just a glorious pile of foods! All the flavors were still as consistent as the last time as we had Wingstop from at least 5 years ago. And the new flavor that I had was good, but it wasn't too spicy. Fries were as awesome as always. Unfortunately, the wings are as small as they were before. :/ While we didn't eat in, this Wingstop is different from your other ones. This is more geared to being a sports bar, so you'll see that they'll have a lot more TV's, and more specials with regards to sports. It's a very open parking lot, and you do have a lot of tables in-house, so I can see this becoming more of a Buffalo Wild Wings than a typical Wingstop. Overall, good concept. May be back. Had no issues with service, had no issues with the food (other than the wings being as small as they've been, but I think that's a Corporate food vendor problem, and not the site), and no issues with consistency. I must say that I enjoy coming here a lot! My boyfriend was so into Buffalo Wild Wings, and I have to say, I would have one or two of his wings and be done. They never were consistent, and sometimes I felt as though I was going to crack a tooth on how hard their breading can consistently be. We have dined here three times within the month. Each time has been great! The service is always amazing. There's a guy and a girl who are always nice and helpful. One time they even forgot to put the topping of the rub to accentuate the Cajun wings we had. They come with the Cajun sauce but always have a little rub sprinkled on top. The guy (I really wish I knew his name) delivered it to our table and noticed that the rub (or seasoning) wasn't on top of the wings. He said to wait a minute let me take this back they forgot the rub on top (or something along those lines). Seriously! We would have never noticed that, till he mentioned it. I would recommend going to Buffalo Wild Wings instead or at least a different location of Wingstop. The wings are ok but the staff is poorly trained. I ordered 3 different orders of wings with fries and they combined 2 of the orders in one box which is inconvenient when it's for 3 different people. They also only gave me 2 ranch and when I asked for another because of my 3 orders they said they charge after 2 ranches which is ridiculous when you have a big order. This was my second visit to this specific wing stop and it was a good experience. Con: The first server who helped us at the register missed part of our order so we had to re-order our drinks. Pro: A server who was cleaning the counters around us was not busy overall so she came up to us and just had a conversation with us and still making sure we had everything we needed and we didn't need anything else. read more

When we called to ask what the status was with delivery they are calling us on the other line to ask us flavors?? My favorite wingstop, been here several times. Been to several around SoCal and this location, by far, is the cleanest and has the friendliest staff. In fact, they're cleaner and friendlier than a lot of other restaurants. The food is consistently good as expected. They have a large seating area and a nice bar top with some taps. Relatively more large tables than other wingstops. They're open until midnight too. On a random note, it's great seeing the staff encourage and coach each other as a team, saw them while waiting on food. read more

Walking in at 12:45pm no one here, girl is talking on the phone taking an order and doesn't even get us with a smile or anything. Most places will say "welcome, be right with you". Not today. This is the best Wingstop I have ever been to. I have been a fan of Wingstop for over 10+ years and I have visited them all over. Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, to name a few other Wingstop's I have been to, but this one reigns supreme. I don't know how they were able to attain the "sports" moniker and market it that way, but it works great. They have all the local progressional teams as well as some local high school/college team decorations all over the restaurant. With the added sports theme, it truly sets itself apart from all the other Wingstop's around. I have never seen this at any other location, someone please correct me if I am wrong. They also have a small, but very efficient bar (about 4-6 high bar stools) where you can sit and order food/beer, and enjoy the games. In addition to that they have about 4-6 big plasma TV's and they are more than accommodating when it comes to showing the sporting event you wish to see. Last, and most importantly, the food taste great! The fries are cooked all the way through and are not over seasoned. The wings are cooked through and are not overly sauced. This location has the recipe and routine down! The customer service is great, everyone greets you and also says goodbye and thank you as well. It is pretty spacious, great for groups of 4 but can accommodate more. When I went for lunch it was not crowded at all so it was great. The staff also super friendly! We asked them to add more seasoning to our fries because it felt a little plain and they gladly did it! We ended up getting lemon pepper and mango habanero bone-in with fries. All great choices! I love spicy, it does get a lot to handle but definitely on the delicious end. Also their season fries are the best. Really tasty and really addicting. I drove to this Wing stop even though the new Santa Ana location off of Grand/17th is now open. I was not disappointed. Most importantly, I had received the best service I ever had at Wing Stop from Leslie. She had a great spirit and attitude doing the job. She made me leave the register with so much joy. Please develop employees with this same attitude because I had come to know wing stop as poor customer service but good food.
