Saw them advertising a new Frosty Fusion. Went in ordered a Frosty Fusion. Waited a little long but I thought the Fusion might take some more efffort more work or something. I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy's. The employee working the drive-thru was extremely unprofessional and refused to give me her name when I asked. On top of that, as soon as the window opened, there was a very strong odor of alcohol coming from inside the restaurant definitely not what you want to smell when you're picking up food. Oh my! I have been to two different Wendy's and they have both been bad. I ordered a kids meal, plain hamburger and a regular hamburger with no Onion or tomatoes. SHE TELLS ME 'we weigh the bags and if the weight is correct we give it to the delivery driver' I swear to god this lady told me they weigh their bags to make sure they're correct. Was an uber driver and they do not let you go through the drive thru to pick up and order, the Stagg was very rude when I had asked about the order that I was picking up they would not give me an answer if the order was done or not they said I had to come into the lobby to pick up the order. When inside the Uber app, it stated that I could go through the drive thru. Every time I come here, I always have an issue with something missing items, wrong order, wrong sizes. The food is good, which is why the one star but the people here are not great to deal with. One time, we had also ordered just strawberry shakes. When we got to the window, they were trying to charge us $20, and we were like, what for? And they told us that we had ordered food and we were like no we didn't and they kept arguing with us.
