This was a phenomenal drive thru experience! So I recently heard that Wendy's has a breakfast menu. Since I LOVE fast food for breakfast, currently frequent McDonald's breakfast, I needed to try it! First off the location of this Wendy's is amazing! It is located right off of Chapman Ave. There are two ways to get into the parking lot. The first way is turning into the little driveway you will see just before the traffic light. The second way is to turn right at the light and then into the parking lot immediately following that light. What I love is how easy it is to enter this drive thru from any direction that you enter the parking lot. Now the speed of service was incredible! I took a little bit of time to see what they had on their menu and then finally decided. By the time I got to the front window they already had my food ready! I was amazed by how fast they were because I have never seen that before! Food quality time: Okay yes, it is fast food. You can not come here hoping for a filet mignon for breakfast. However I would say this food is superb! They have very delicious offerings and I look forward to trying them again soon. Now the price per item is sometimes a little higher then other places. However the size of the breakfast offerings is often times larger than other places. I would recommend this Wendy's and their breakfast to everyone! read more

I was hoping to claim a Wendy's offer- the person helping at the register didn't know how you use the Wendys app and couldn't tell me how I go about claiming the offer. I ended up ordering on my own through the app and I didn't receive an item on the menu that I paid for. I had to go back to ask for my frosty that I didn't receive and even upon showing my receipt, the front cashier still seemed confused. One of their barcode scanning machines also didn't work. I stopped by yesterday around 5/5:30. Nobody in the DT line at all. I come through and let them know that I have a mobile order. I get to the window and wait about 5-10 minutes before I'm given my drink. Once I finally get my food I'm greeted with just a rushed thank you and a bag pushed in my face. I have benn to this Wendy's since day one at this location, and it's been great and consistent. However here's some thoughts from someone who continues to come here on a regular basis. 1. Two years into covid and we are still having trouble as employees wearing the masks properly, same two people at the drive through window either weir it on their chin like a diaper. Or just over their mouth, (your nose is connected to your lungs too). 2. This is a big one, please I'm begging you push the water button on the drink machine in between flavor changes. I ordered a plain coke, not a diet Dr Pepper orange coke. 3. Please double check, and triple check the drive through orders. No. Just, no. I came here on my lunch break, and waited a little over 10 minutes for my food. It wasn't super packed, and there were seven workers there. SEVEN. I couldn't understand how this is possible... I've seen fast food places with two workers get food served three times as fast. ...And after 10 minutes of waiting, my junior bacon cheeseburger was cold. Yes, COLD. The cheese was not even melted. I ordered delivery from this restaurant and three out of five items were missing. The receipt was correct (they got the order OK) but most of the items were missing. I've had few issues with small things missing in the past (mostly additions to items) but this time they screwed up most of my order. Staff at this place is completely incompetent. Grub hub refunded the part of the order that was not delivered but I will not be getting food from this place again. I very rarely post negative reviews. Great location for bite to eat after Disney. We were craving fast food that was both fast and cheap, so we came here around 1 in the morning and the service was awesome. The drive-thru line stretched about 15 cars long but these guys rocked out the line with hot and fresh food and a smile. Anybody who's worked the night shift especially one that's night to morning shift knows how difficult it can be with angry, or drunk customers, so I'm sure these guys deal with a lot. We had several different Burgers, including the Baconator, Dave's single burger, junior bacon cheeseburger, fries, nuggets, soda, and everything was hot and fresh. Went here last night to get a late night treat and not only was there nobody tending the register consistently, there were only 2 people in front of me in line and I stood there and waited for 15 minutes to order one frosty. Along with that the girl that helped me named Karla had a terrible attitude, had no manners, and had this really unpleasant unhappy face. I don't usually write reviews, so when I do, it's because it's really good or really bad. In this case, it's the latter, unfortunately. I went to Their location for a late night meal and though the location states it's open for another 30 minutes, no one would take our drive-through order. To make matters worse, they saw us at the window when we pulled around and refused to acknowledge us or even tell us that they're closed or if there's a problem. We eventually left and are now heading to another place that's 5 miles away. In closing thoughts, if you're going to close 30 minutes early, at least have the decency to inform the people in the drive through, instead of flat out ignoring them.
