Do not patronize this location...I had the worst experience Sunday night. I am attaching a picture of a sundae I received made by employee Mayra. Take a look at this Sundae. Expecting a FULL cup as the picture and money paid I received hostility and bad customer service. When I expressed the lack of ice cream as my concern I was told by Mayra that she weighed the sundae and limit it in total to 6oz. She went as far as getting a scale to put my now melting sundae on it to show the weight which barely made 6 0z which in total includes the ice cream AND syrups COMBINED.. not a true value for my money because I got more syrup then ice cream. This restaurant is close to the 57 freeway and it's easy to make a quick stop and get back on the freeway. The wife and I came here last night, the corn dog was calling her name! And surprisingly I haven't had this place in over a decade so I was like let's roll! One car ahead in the drive through, the gentleman taking the order very nice and no rude overtones at all. We ordered some goodies and went to the window, no issues with paying or exchanging of items. I usually don't write bad reviews, but I was really disappointed with the service at this location. A group of co-workers came here on our lunch break. We placed several orders. One co-worker's total came out to $10.19 and he gave the cashier $21 (so he could get a $10 bill and 81 cents in change). This confused her and she gave him the wrong change . He tried explaining to her, but she kept counting back the money incorrectly and insisting that she was right. She finally tossed the money at him and moved on (still giving him the wrong change). When the food came out, he got two chili cheese dogs and there was only a tiny amount of chili on one dog and only chili on half of the other dog. I took it back and asked if they could fix it. She said that it was normal and if we wanted more chili it would cost extra. So I paid the extra since I didn't want to cause a scene. You can never go wrong when you go to Wienerschnitzel. I will always love their chili cheese dogs. Yesterday my roommate made me an offer, if you fly, I'll buy. Okay, sounds great! He had a special request that I bring him a soft serve ice cream cone back. "There's no way I can do that, it'll melt while I'm driving on the way back, and get all over my car". After placing the order for our food I asked the person in the window if it would be possible to tip the soft serve ice cream cone upside down and put it in the bowl, so that I could transport it back to the house. He put in extra ice cream to fill the cup up and then put the cone on top, pretty cool. The food that we ordered was very good. We ordered chili cheese burgers, chili cheese dogs, mustard dogs and french fries. It was not a calorie counting day obviously, lol!
