I eat at wingstop frequently. I am constantly craving wings. We've gone to probably 10+ different wing stop locations and this is by fae the best one we have ordered from. The wings were cooked to perfection. They were crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They LOADED them up with the sauce and flavor. Like look at that parmesan mountain! The service was amazing. They were so nice, helpful, and hardworking. I wish I had gotten their names to give them a shout out but I was in a hurry to get to a doctor appointment. The only thing is this location is a pick up spot only. We didn't realize that and when we got inside we were like "where are all the tables?!" I would 1000% recommend this location and wingstop :) read more

Online pick up order: I have a wing stop location closer to my home but we drive a little further out to come here. Our orders are always correct and the staff super nice coming in and we have everything correct in our order. Our boys are super picky at times but always love their bone in or regular wings at this location. Plus you can't go wrong with their veggies on the side. read more

Ordered my food for pick up. It was pretty much ready when I got there. The 3 stars is because these wings had no flavor what so ever. They were definitely just thrown in the frier without any seasoning and then toss in a tiny bit of sauce. It was so little sauce that the wings didn't even taste like anything was in them. I had to pull out the franks red hot sauce to coat my own wings. As expensive as food is now I shouldn't have to go home and remake my food. Also the wings don't come with a ranch anymore? This wingstop is takeout only. It's located in a small plaza by MainPlace Mall. I ordered there and waited about 15 minutes for my order. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal. The fries were very fresh and well seasoned, probably the best wingstop fries i have ever tried. The wings were good too. Ordered from here for delivery on June 26th, 2025 ordered at 10:33 pm and delivered at about 11:25 pm. this is my first time ordering from this location as opposed to the one by target. Let me tell you, the other location I've almost always had a five star experience while this one was awful. I order wingstop about 3 or 4 times a month or so and typically spend anywhere from $50-75 bucks each visit. Ordered the 20 piece wing meal and 20 piece wings for $20 and a few other things. The biggest issue was half my wings were missing, which is fine things happen sometimes. I called down there at 11:30 pm and mentioned it, the girl I spoke with, didn't get her name but she sounded young and the first thing she said was "I packed that order myself and I put them in there" now if she said it in a nice way that would be understandable but instead she was accusing me of lying which I called out as it was happening and she didn't acknowledge what I said or apologized and I said it was quite rude and if I was lying I would be for more than 10 bucks considering I eat here quite often, lol. Then she said well you can come down here and get your 10 wings or we can have it written down and have 30 days to pick it up. Let me mention I also ordered delivery, paid the four different fees they have on there as well as tip (total of another like 18 bucks or so) and I didn't want to drive because it was late and I paid a premium for that as well. Suffice to say I didn't pick up the wings, the wings we did get had almost no flavor which was strange because I've never really had this issue at Wing Stop and apparently after reading some of the reviews this is a common one here. It's hard to imagine this place actually has good reviews and for that girl who was working, you should try to treat people better and not accuse them of lying or stealing, that may work here but you'll have a hard time working elsewhere. read more

The staff are always so friendly and professional, my order is always on time (not always the case at other locations), and my order is always correct. We had a great experience with our server she was friendly and professional. However, we were shocked when the night shift manager came in and started bad-mouthing another employee in front of customers. She used offensive language, criticized the employee personally, and then acted overly nice to her when she returned. It was really unprofessional. I placed an online order and picked it up. When I came home, I opened the box and the chicken was so tiny. I don't know if the size off the boneless chicken just got smaller or what, but it was so small and most of it was breading and not meat. That already made me upset, but then I ate a fry and it tasted like dirt. I look at it and there's dirt on the potato skin. They didn't even wash the potatoes well, to the point that it still tasted like dirt. The service was fine when I picked it up, but I don't know if I would go to this wingstop again read more

I got food poisoning but I would like to say that the fries were so good but wouldn't say it was worth it because of the diarrhea.

Ordered food (four different kinds of chicken - LA Laker Garlic, Hot Honey, Hot wings/tenders) from WingStop. It was our first time trying the restaurant because it's new, I had two pieces of the garlic and one of the hot honey, my husband had all the rest. He woke up at 6:00 am the next morning with stomach pains and a couple hours after that, the full blown food poisoning started for him, diarrhea, throwing up, the works. I was bummed last night when I saw he ate all the chicken, but looks like I narrowly escaped both of us having a miserable Saturday. Will actually never be going back. read more
