Came to Jack in the Box on 03/15/2026 around 4am and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered 12 tacos, 4 chicken sandwiches, and 3 curly fries. After getting home and opening the bag, I realized they only gave me one sauce for the entire order. One sauce for that much food is ridiculous. When someone orders a large order like that, it should be common sense to include multiple sauces or at least ask how many I want. It's frustrating paying for a big order and then not getting the basic things that make the food actually enjoyable. Customer service and attention to detail were clearly lacking. Just okay. For Jack in the smack, it wasn't too bad. I had realistic expectations though going into it. It's fast food and not the best. The curly fries are always one of my favorites. Absolutely rude and unprofessional service Via the drive thru. I practically had been yelled at by the intercom for not being able to hear me, I was told that if I can't speak up then I can come again another time. Once that scuff ended I had proceeded to pay for the wrong items I had ordered, I had to pull to the side after receiving and checking my food and proceeded to tell the manager/ supervisor. He then proceeded to tell me " well, that's what you ordered" I then told him incorrect items are in my possession and I just want to switch them for the correct ones. He proceeded to tell me there's nothing he could do. This happened like around 9:15 PM so there's no chance of late night shenanigans that I'm aware of at this time. This location has workers that just don't want to be there! Two workers were so rude. As I was walking up the person ahead of me had gotten his burger and mentioned they forgot the cheese. They were so rude and unkind while fixing the issue. I mentioned I placed a mobile order but didn't see an option to get it without ice and was wondering if they could make the drinks with no ice. My order has been incorrect the last two visits. Last time I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and instead received a grill cheese, which I cannot eat. This time I ordered a teriyaki bowl and it was not in the bag, again only receiving items for my family that contain cheese which I cannot eat. I work late and it is incredibly disappointing to arrive home to find your dinner missing, repeatedly. The solution to replace an item later is not a resolution. Never had to complain about my service here as it's always pleasant. Service is good and food is decent. This was my first encounter with this particular woman who was very standoffish the moment I was even about to order. I usually order the same thing so I don't complicate the orders. Tacos, but I wanted to get the Nashville mozzarella sticks since they were good last time I had them. I was about to order the mozzarella sticks when the woman cut me off and say "we don't have them that's why we don't advertise them anymore." I said oh okay that's fine. I then paused and I asked her about something else and she cut me off again clearly indicating that she's rude. You don't just cut people off like that. It's just rude. she didn't even give me the ability to ask further questions. Her demeanor and response were not inviting and it upset me when I got to the window because she's clearly miserable being there, but it's like I never gave you a bad attitude until I got fed up and was about to pay. I didn't even say thank you because honestly I got to a point where I was like you know what. You should know you're doing something wrong. Don't take it out on people and try to ruin others' days due to your own issues. I get it times are hard but you could make life a little better by being nicer to people. I came here last night and I got the wrong order I came today ready to speak my mind but to my surprise they were professional and cordial and were more then happy to fix the problem they redid my whole order they set the right exampl of how is supposed to go if they mess up they gotta correct it and hopefully learn from it. The service here is very poor, my family and I were in town on vacation and decided to grab dinner quickly at Jack. Quickly was an understatement, We waited in line with two cars infront of us and none behind for 20 minutes just for us to be missing a burger for my 5 year old no big deal yet when I went back In line to let them know it took another 15 just to get to the speaker now making my other food cold! The employee decided giving me chocolate cake would make up for it but unbeknownst to her I'm highly allergic. I Emailed the store with a complaint just to receive a call apologizing and offering me a meal replacement if I'm still In the area ( which I'm not) the lady then tells me she'll reach out to her District manager so he could help me. Update as of 9/14/23. Past few visits, especially late night, have been good. Staff is nicer, orders are correct, and quick service.

Been in the drive thru for well over 20 minutes this is unacceptable. Finally got to front and got food. Was wrong order and food was cold.

I hate complaining and giving bad reviews but but this isn't the first time that I get my order wrong but this time I decided to do it because I was starving and I can't have meat I ordered loaded curly fries but specifically said NO bacon because I can't eat meat the girl said that the fries come with bacon if I wanted the fries with cheese because those don't come with bacon I said yes that will be fine and I also ordered stuffed jalapeños and mini churros I ate my jalapeños then I open my fries guess what they have bacon!!! Came here 1/1/23 before graveyard my shift at the hospital next door and was horribly disappointed not only with the food which is primary but with the customer service, Lester who I think was the manager- at least acted like one was beyond rude I ate inside and had to wait for my food and it was ALL cold, burger, fries and my tacos were soggy I couldn't even eat them. I ordered thru the mobile app because I didn't have my physical card or cash and I usually order 4 ranch but it must have defaulted to 2 so I kindly ask for another one and he wanted to charge me, I always order thru the app and it's never extra plus they were poured in a plastic container not even the original buttermilk and they were both half empty he gave me a huge speech after I explained I had no money and I just wanted 1 more and the ones he supplied were both half empty but still didn't give me any, if anyone is craving jack it's worth to drive to another location avoid this one at all costs, I should of checked all of the Yelp reviews but I thought If I'm eating inside and being kind it would go far but nope, his bitterness was showing. After doing a bunch of errands, I needed some fuel to load up, and since it was my day off, I thought, 'treat yo self'. I only eat fast food in dire needs or what I'm over my current routine of chicken, and broccoli... and carrots... sweet potato... salad... kale... ughhhhhhhh... and guess what? I got my food, grabbed my cup, filled it with some Coke Freestyle combo of Coke + Cherry. Order came out hot and fresh, and I got me my two sides of Ranch to go along with it. Didn't stay to eat. But place was pretty packed, somewhat on the 'smaller' side of a normal JITB, and it was fairly clean. No complaints. Good location IMO. Right off the freeway, the only downside is exiting which is right turn only. So, you'll have to make a right, then cross over 3 lanes to try to get to the left lane to make a u-turn.
