I also really appreciate the salsa bar, which is a nice touch and makes the meal even better. It's clear they care about giving customers a good experience without overcomplicating things. Best Tripa tacos I had in OC!!! If you crave the off cut meats like Lengua, Tripa, and Cabeza this is the place to get it! The whole menu is affordable with big portions and the salsa is bright and flavorful. If you like something not spicy, i would recommend the green avocado salsa. It is really good! The workers are really nice and if you ask for recommendations they would probably say their Machete which is this huge taco (3 tacos worth) of food where you can get 3 types of meat. The machete for me was enough to feed two. Some people might not think so. The salsas were even more amazing. Great flavor and spice on the four salsas that we tried. Came here cause my husband wanted to eat Mexican food. We got an asada wet (additional $2) burrito, 12 taco pack, 3 chicken Taquito combo, chicken enchilada combo. Also ordered their tripe and carnitas tacos as well as their menudo. The tripe taco wasn't what I expected because the tripe is deep-fried so I probably wouldn't get it again, but I enjoyed the carnitas and the menudo hit the spot on an overcast, rainy day. The menudo came with tons of chunky tripe in a beef broth. I added lots of lime to give it some acidity. You need to like tripe to like this and it does have a strong scent to it.
