Easily the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. I understand expectations shouldn't be high when dining at any fast food place so the bar was already set low. I pull up to the drive thru with a buddy and place our order, which we had to repeat about three times because the guy taking our order was either hard of hearing or didn't care .. and it sounded like he really didn't care. After correcting the order myself because I saw that he was inputting it incorrectly, we grabbed our order and went home. I should've double checked before I left because he forgot an entire order of food and all of our sauces that we asked for. I drive back, walk in, and it took 10 minutes for anyone to walk up to the register and help me. There were about four girls working and tried to act like they didn't see me. No apologies were made, which I understand because they work at a fast food establishment, but still would have been nice. Nonetheless, it was a bad experience. read more

NO PICKLES PLEASE. Sometimes my blood sugar gets low and thankfully there's usually a Wendy's around to suffice my food fix but I'm very upset that they don't follow order instructions, it defeats the purpose of taking a food order. I requested no pickles please, the receipt states NO Pickle yet my food came with pickles. I simply don't like pickles on my hamburgers, not sure why, I just don't, and when in need there's usually a Wendy's around but then they mess it up by adding pickles even when I ask for No pickles please. Just had the best guest service ever! Please forgive me for butchering your name...sounds like Zaide? This young lady was manning the register tonight. I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal with a chocolate frosty to go. After placing my order, she informed me that there would be a three-minute wait for the nuggets, and offered to substitute strips if I didn't want to wait. I opted to wait. She then asked if I wanted a complimentary frosty while I waited! Wow! I sat for a few, enjoyed the free Wifi and frosty. Along came Zaide to my table with my order. Since you don't answer your phone and the message machine states I called at peak hours (8:45 pm) I guess I have to air my complaint on Yelp. I attempted to pay via American Express, but the card reader didn't work the three times the young man ran it. I had enough cash, so I paid my bill the old fashioned way. In all honesty, this place is terrible. First of all, the double burger is overpriced and soggy. It costs over 12 dollars. You can get a triple from In n Out for a dollar less and better quality. It's too bad. This location used to be my favorite, but new staff joined and completely changed for the worst. How can I be welcomed with an attitude upon arrival? This location sucks!!!!! You order 2 x baked potato with chives, and you get 2 x jr. cheeseburgers instead!!!! I hate this location! They always mess up the order inside and through drive thru. When you complain about the mistakes, they get angry as if they did nothing wrong at all. Once they take care of the mistake, they still give you an attitude. Being a huge fan of Wendy's for the past 20 years our experience at this drive through location was an absolute fail! Not only was the guy not speaking clearly upon taking our order, he did not greet us once we pulled up to the window... I really like this location because it's close to my place. It's definitely upgraded compared to the other Wendy's I've been to. They also have the soda machines that have 50 different flavors. The type that is touch screen! Super cool if people haven't used it before. The customer service here is okay. The place is very clean though I absolutely love it. The parking situation is ok, I mean there is plenty of parking here because it is in the same plaza at a Best Buy. I came here on a Saturday and it wasn't busy at all for afternoon dinner! I don't even know where start...last time I went my hubby wanted bacon cheese fries...waited and waited..got home to find only cheese on the fries...not to mention I had told my husband how the lady at the window didn't even acknowledge me, only to take my card. She hands me the straw and I return the favor of no acknowledgement, and take and leave without another word I come home just to find just the chicken, cheese and bacon. No ranch, no lettuce, no tomato, no sauce...NOTHING. How hard is it to be friendly? Worst customer service . I gave these location multiple tries but honestly there service is just horrible.

First time trying their chocolate shake, at first I thought they gave me and my boyfriend wrong flavor. It doesn't look chocolate, the color was more like vanilla. I have visited this "restaurant" twice. Neither time have they gotten my order correct. Not little mistakes like "oh there is ketchup on here and I asked for no ketchup." So I took it up with Wendy's online and via phone. I guess their manager didn't feel like calling a customer was important enough so they got one of the workers to half ass do it, so they can say they did it. This location is nicely remodeled inside and the staff is professional and efficient. My simple order always gets filled quickly. It gets incredibly busy at the lunch hour, with the drive-through jamming up the parking lot or street entrance. Let's just say, it's not always the best option when you're looking for a quick bite for lunch during the week. You'll end up in a long line with all the office folks who work close by. Although my initial order was messy as in they made me the wrong chicken sandwich it was promptly fixed with a quickness I might add. My older was the Spicy Awesome chicken I got guacamole when I didn't order it. I come in and sit mostly because I can customize my soft drink anyway I want. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! Had the worst experience I have ever had at this Wendy's. We got our order 20 mins after we ordered it, we didn't get several of our burgers/sandwiches right, had to tell staff and managers several times what was wrong/missing, then after a drunk customer came in and made a scene putting his nose in it, managers did nothing to get him out of our business and he was harassing us, we had to threaten to call the cops for one of the managers to actually help us. Wendy's has slowly started to grow on me. This is usually my GO-TO spot during my lunch breaks while volunteering/interning at the OUTPATIENT PT OFFICE. Why does this place stand our more than the other fast food places? -love their chicken nuggets! -french fries are amazing...even the AD they have about them using sea salt looks magically delicious -great VALUE MENU option -great variety of healthy food Since Ive been coming to this restaurant, Ive been getting the HEALTHY OPTION...I usually get the half order of spicy chicken Caesar and a baked potato. Oh...the baked potato is AWESOME by the way! Throw some salt, pepper, butter, and some sour cream and your set! The lines go by pretty fast as well too, not too much of a wait.
