I finally complained and then she could not tell me how much the glasses cost and then she couldn't figure out how much the tinting would cost. I took my prescription and left. This place is the best!! It may not be worth 5 stars in your eyes but the fact that it's open 24/7 is fantastic and a little trip when you're bored is delightful and fun. Grocery shopping is abundant in selection and they sell everything from ramen to bikes. Fun to go shopping for Christmas presents and stocking stuffers. It's not too pristine but I can look over that in exchange for the fun that lies inside those two automatic doors. But the bathrooms are surprisingly clean and nice. Yay. 5 stars for Walmart!!!! I ordered some items from Walmart online for black Friday and the picture frame that I received was cracked. This frame only cost $16 dollars so I decided to just return it to the store. I got to the store at 4:45pm and there was not a line for the returns, I was stoked. I had Linda as a cashier and she was very nice, but struggled to find my transaction. 10 minutes later they system could not find my transaction, so she said she had to call .com. When she called the system it said the wait was 16 minutes. I asked if she could just call a manager to bypass the system and get me the $16, at that point Liz the manager walked up. Linda told her the situation and she said "well she has to call .com, it's not our fault its .coms fault". I said I had been there for 15 minutes already and she said nothing. Not a I'm sorry, not let me try, just nothing and starting picking up. I stood there for another 16 minutes and .com sent Linda to voicemail and hung up on her. After I had been standing at the customer service counter for 33 minutes Linda asked Liz if she could just give me cash, and she said yes. Why couldn't she have just saved me the time after 15 minutes of being there. Terrible customer service by the manager and I will never shop at Walmart again. Not online either!!!!! I needed a large box to send a Christmas gift and those for purchase were not large enough. I approached a young man and he not only, at first, showed me where boxes for purchase were, he then followed me to where I'd seen another box that had unstocked merchandise in it was the perfect size ... Chad then asked the section's manager if they could stock the shelves so I could have the box. They didn't hesitate! First off....Walmart.com is horrible when it comes to returns, but the drama that insued after was rediculous. So after cancelling my order and it still shipping, I had to deal with ignorant and incompetent people at the Walmart.com pick up place inside this store. Not only did I want to return the item but I wanted my money back so I could finally purchase what I wanted. Then the lady at counter put it back on my card without telling me if giving me the option. I could have just taken it to customer service and got my money back. So, the assistant manager who apparently is not used to dealing with normal people since there seems to be nothing but convicts working there, proceeds to tell me there's nothing she can do and to go away. It would now take another 6 days for the money to be put back on card, since she told she could not void the transaction. Which to me is bus. I was a supervisor at khols and I could void transactions at the turn of a key. Point is these people are not helpful at Walmart and I'm never ordering from Walmart.com to save my self the drama. read more

I try to avoid this Wal-Mart, but sometimes it's more convenient to just shop here. Some of the employees at this location are rude and just miserable. The restrooms at the front of the store always smell like a sewer and are filty. Customer service area is always so slow and unfriendly. Cashiers lack customer service. This Walmart is terrible. I had a confrontation with Maria the customer support manager regarding an issue about their online price matching. She approached my wife and I with attitude immediately. While we were asking questions to clarify what was going on she proceeded to interrupt us. When I told her respectfully to not talk over me, she then stated I was being hostile and I was told I was going to be escorted out of the store. I was rather shocked. I guess she did not like her position as a person in charge being questioned. Not to mention her makeup looked like she just dropped out of clown school. Way to go Walmart. You sure do pick winners. I will be contacting your corporate office, store manager, and whoever else I need to in the chain of command in order for an example to be made of how customer service should not be. the customer service area knows NOTHING about customer service. i went there to return a television. when i get up to the counter the lady, pam, didnt say hi or anything just looked around frantically. & as we awkwardly stood there she continued to not communicate with me at all then she starts rudely starts tapping her card aaying "welllll seeeee the thing isssss im supposed to clock out, checking the tv is going to take too long" so she is still looking around not speaking with anyone is particular & shes like 'maybe ill call electronics" so she calls & they dont answer so then she finally decides to start to help me & check the tv but in the middle of untaping the box she starts up again with the "i need to clock out" so she comes back to the counter & says "im Just going to walk it to electronics" so she starts to push the cart & in tje middle of the aisle she stops & says "wait here" so my friend & i just start to push the cart ourselves to electronics. when we get there we explain what happened & as we do a different lady (Lanisha) comes up from the customer service area & asks if theyve helped us yet & she proceeds to take us back to customer service with a man from electronics & he checks the box, which literally takes 2 minutes, & lanisha helps us return it & she was really nice! she helped us quick & got us first in line to get our money order. we ended up getting the wrong amount (that was my fault) so we had to get back in line & the lady doing the fininacal helped the two people in front of us but then started doing returns.she would not help us. so i finally just started to walk up to her & she acted like she was calling us. she was rude too. lanisha & the electronis guy were cool but seriously wal mart get ur act together. its not that hard. two stars for lanisha but that was a stuoid experience. read more

I placed an order online for in store pickup. I figured it would be a lot easier then having to go through the entire store looking for the item I needed... It turned out to be a lot MORE difficult then that... I walked in and went right to customer service... (Right at the front of the store) but I sees. Small red sign stating online orders must be picked up by the bathrooms..... (Two things wrong with that....1. GROSS, 2. Where are the bathrooms) so I had to walk around the entire store find them and finally discovered its in the far back of the store. Once I get there there is no one there.... I see a small screen (the credit card terminal) that says tap for service. 15 min later a lady comes up asking if I have been helped yet.. I said no, gave her my order number, she looked it up then started helping the guy behind me before finishing with me.... Then she came back to me and gave me my order. Which was very large and heavy... And asked if I had a cart to carry it out...! I would have assumed they would have that all ready for me but no.... read more

Do not believe their price match guarantee. I bought a bike for $149 over the weekend and then saw it on THEIR website for $99. I went back today on my lunch hour to get the price match. Ignacio in customer service refused to price match it even though I had the receipt with the SKU number and the website on my phone showing the price. He said he can't be sure that this is the bike that I bought. I have to bring the bike back in order to prove that I bought the bike. The receipt has the SKU number on it!!! I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager. Interesting since while I was waiting in line I heard the other employee tell him when to take his break. Since when does your employee tell you when you take a break? Such a total scam. They know you don't want to jamb a full size men's bike back into your car to bring it back to the store so they can save the $50. Target is across the street and has much better customer service. read more

Pathetic!! Has to be one of the worst WalMarts ever!! I went there yesterday to pick up some stuff....go through the check stand, pay ....get back to my office only to discover that the cashier couldn't manage to put my mascara in the bag....how do you do that put EVERYTHING in the ONE bag and miss just one item?? Soooo, I begin my series of phone calls - go BACK after work - stand in the customer service line for 20 minutes, where the mascara is supposed to be waiting ...but no, so a girl who moves much like a turtle goes to get a new one for me....I wait longer....she finally returns ...and I ask ....exactly how does this happen?? ii'm 80 years old and crippled.toget a preription filled (there are never enough handicap spaces) the parking lot is so big..i have to walk up from sears, then walk thru the store over by garden dept, then stand in line, then they tell me to comeback in 20 minutes.( i guess they want me to spend that 20 minutes to buy a bunch of stuff i don'tt really need) then they tell me they have to check with dr..so come back tomorrow..another long walk thru the store to the parking lot, and they want me to come back tomorrow (i don't think so) i'll find a drug store that has a drive thru or home delivery..wall mart isn't any cheaper than other stores..they are a big bully and run the other stores out of business..i hate wallmart read more
