Superbowl set up with soda cartons. Super cool!
Nancy S.

It's so handy to have a Walmart nearby. We purchase lots of items from here for school events and groceries for our home. It's a big store with a garden section but no auto services. They use to have a McDonalds inside but have taken that out. Great deals for everyday items and you can shop online and pick up in store or have items shipped. My children's book series is sold online here along with other places. Come in for your personal or grocery needs. Just note that the self check out is 15 item maximum (which I never knew) and the other checkout lines can get really crowded. May the shopping force be with you.

MY BROKEN ANKEL OF MISFORTUNE

Where does one start.. So my tale began, I was looking for a water dispenser online, found one, a primo water dispenser at this location. I even called ahead and was told they had more than 4 in stock. So when I arrived there was only one on the shelf. The box seemed okay, no damage, so I decided to purchase said item. It even came with a free water jug to kick start my hydration station when I got home, for I had a thirst that could not be matched .. but little did I know the horrors that would be in store for me once I embarked on this trail of misfortune. Once I got home, I had an about an hour before my shift so I decided to set up this glorious H2O bad boy to quench my thirsty desires before I clocked in. FIVE BIG BOOMS this item WAS NOT! It was broken ! Pieces of plastic falling like the sweat upon my brow, the front top panel completely bent like a spine with scoliosis.. the dread I felt was unimaginable, as I had no time to return this item before my shift. Not to fear, for it was not the end of this very very hot & dry world, I would plan to get the watery deed done of returning this broken item the next morning... this is where my real trouble began. The next day as I was carrying this large item in its orginal box down my stairs, on the very last step, as I mustered all the strength of my fore fathers, I slipped, and with a sound like thunder crashing down upon a frozen pond, I rolled my ankle! I screamed bloody murder as my soul elevated to another dimension! This was only a few hours before my next shift mind you... all because some employee thought throwing around a large box in their storage area like a sack of unripe potatoes and then hurling this item on to the shelf for fun just to be happened upon by an unsuspecting victim to fall prey to yet another broken item from the infamous "wallfallapart"' catalog .. so here I lay in my excruciating pain, is a picture of my broken ankle .. I will never shop here again nor will I even walk straight again, I'm getting Intouch with corporate immediately..

Look in front of Walmart, of Orange right next to the entry!!!!! Potty Room condos, what are they thinking? Drove up and left,

Oh my it's me again, making. Quilts for gifts went to fabric area, no one there to help, no prices on fabrics miss labels on yarn, couldn't fine a someone to help, they have entrusting people working, I hate the self serve check outs, and cashiers asking what are you making just ring us out, the next costumer on your back when your trying to pay, so I left everything there didn't pay went somewhere where they price items, fabric looked a mess

Really good sized with wide aisles. Lots of options - pharmacy, optical, garden, and more. Competitive pricing. Great variety. Plenty of parking.

More items behind the same item I wanted to purchase

You can find most things under $10. I recently bought a bag of 6 navel oranges (super sweet too!) for just $3.99. They don't sell by pounds which helps a lot. Got a bag of frozen potstickers for $6 which would've been around $10 at an Asian market. Snacks are mostly between $2-$6. I'm starting to like shopping here again as they have many interesting foods that are affordable.

No joke it's the biggest Trader Joe's I've ever come to and I've seen my fair share of them growing up. Now to steer away from glazing about Joe's size. I find the staff to be exactly what the internet says about them- easy to converse with, super helpful, and probably making their way through college (at least the ones that have helped me so far are). There was one time where I timidly asked a question about a food they had out of stock and the cashier just yelled out what I asked for and they had someone busting a mission to find it! I didn't even need it that badly but that has been a core Joe memory for me. Shout out to that staffer whose name escapes me. Since I don't have a huge family to feed, Trader Joe's has been my go-to for just the right amount of food that I can finish without letting it go bad. Shout out to the Mango Cream Bars, Bulgogi Fried Rice, and Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs. If there's anything consistent in my life, it's those three.

Albertsons - I love these smaller carts for a quick trip into the store.

BAKERY REVIEW I went…read moreinto the store order a special occasion cake. The 1st gal that stated helping me was Sarah. Then another bakery gal named Gaby jumped in saying Sarah didn't know what she was talking about and took my cake order. The price of the cake was $65+. It seemed costly for a grocery store cake but I finally agreed seeing as it was a multi layered "specialty" cake. Well to my surprise I received a call the following day to say that the way Gaby had written up the cake order that they can't and don't make that type of cake. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that she is only available in the mornings. I decided to go into the store to find out what was going on cause now I'm pissed about the whole situation. The bakery gal that was originally going to take my order, Sarah was there so I explained about the call and that I was there to find out what in the hell was going on. She could see that I was pissed and she immediately let me know that there is ALWAYS a "manger" available and that she would be happy to help me get a cake order done. Well she made my daughters cake special as she said and I wasn't changed a a ridiculous price. THANK YOU SARAH FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

To…read morebe honest, if there were competition at the same distance (besides Walmart and Target, which are fairly close), I'm not sure this would be my go-to grocery store. They just did another reshuffling of the aisles, which always confuses me for a while, but they added back full-size racks around the pharmacy. The last remodel added shorter racks for the medication, and they were backlit. It made the pharmacy feel special, like a store within a store. They instead cleared out the front of those same aisles for holiday seasonal displays. I think it's harder to find the medication I'm looking for now. You do need to app if you want certain deals, but check that receipt because they don't always work. I've had to call someone over twice in the past few months because the signage didn't match the price given. I feel bad for people who may not have or want a smartphone. The people who work here are more efficient than friendly. You'll often feel like you're interrupting a conversation between two employees unless you use self-checkout. Some are really nice. You'll often feel like you're interrupting a conversation between two employees unless you use self-checkout. I also hate that you have to answer a couple of questions every time you swipe/tap to pay. They always want a donation for something, and/or ask, "Would you recommend this location to someone else?" I'd like to opt out of those. The selection around the store is pretty good, and they do have good sales. There are a couple of things I need to buy at another grocery store, but they can't have everything. I do like the gas discount at Chevron stations. Finally, the bathrooms are gas-station-level. Always dirty, graffiti in places, chipped tiles, and/or sinks. Paper towels are usually on the floor. It's not a pleasant experience. Now I'm not a fan of having a code to get into the bathroom, but if they remodeled these, and they were nice, I wouldn't mind. ,

Per their policies, you can't give them items to put on the cake, so I ended up doing that myself- which wasn't too hard. I went to pick up the cake yesterday and was very happy to see that the color was a perfect shade of Minnie Mouse pink and the white polka dots looked so cute. I did have Angel take the dots off the top since I needed to add the decorations- and she was so gracious to do so. She did such a great job. And also, Rosa was extremely helpful when I placed the cake order. For $22.99, Ralphs did an outstanding job of helping the decorations stand out and just be even cuter! I'd definitely come back to order another cake from them! (I did taste the buttercream frosting so I knew how it would taste- and I'm expecting the cake to be as good! :-)

I only went into the store to pick up a few salads from the deli, and possibly some Boars Head…read morehoney ham and roasted turkey. There was, of course, no one at the deli counter to help, because the lady who manages the counter was "busy" in the back. So I waited. ...and waited. ...and waited. Another lady with a child rolled up to the hot food counter and she waited. ...and waited. ...and waited. Finally, the deli counter lady came out from the back, and approached the woman with the child and asked what she needed. The lady was kind enough to point out that I was there first. The deli lady came down and ask what I wanted. I said I'd like to pick up a few salads. She was very brusque with me, and said she couldn't hear me. I said, again, that I wanted to pick up a few salads. She then said "do I need to come out there?" What the hell, man? So, at that point, given her lack of customer service skills, her incompetence at managing the deli county, and her just plain rudeness, I decided that it was best that I take my business elsewhere. Stater Brothers over on Chapman has a FANTASTIC deli counter and the employees that manage the deli are GREAT. This Ralphs is terrible. Miserable customer service, I couldn't get the manager to talk with me (the checkout lady had no interest in getting the manager), and the quality of service in this store is just terrible. The store, while clean most of the time, is a pain to navigate; the aisles are usually full of carts of restock that just sit there for hours, the trash from the empty boxes just stacks up, and half the time - during the DAY, not early in the morning - the store looks like it's run by hoarders. Find ANYWHERE else to go!
