Late for pharmacy hours

Not opening on time for pharmacy hours; patients patiently waiting but staffs taking their time

Waiting for Godot

This pharmacy and probably Walgreens in general have staffing issues. If you have time to waste then go to their pick up window. Suckiest and worst service. Live close-by so use this pharmacy but I would really prefer moving elsewhere. The people are lazy and don't care about the customers and have 0 value for time. Care and compassion is no longer part of medical services and this place has kicked it out the pick-up window long ago! Pathetic!

The store employees at this pharmacy are not friendly. There's almost never someone at the photo department and it's so hard to get someone to retrieve my photo order. Pictures are printed fast though. What I don't favor is the perpetual long line at the pharmacy. The technicians are unfriendly and lose their patience with customers.

ATTENTION ALL HAWAII TRAVELERS!! DO NOT DO COVID TEST HERE!!! Flight to Maui was this morning and instead of being on the flight, I'm here writing this review to warn all travelers of the potential headache, grief, and money lost because of Walgreens and it being on Hawaii's TRUSTED partners in covid testing. This is far from the truth. For anyone whose traveling to Hawaii you must get tested 72 hrs prior to departure time. We did this Friday at 4pm, our flight is at 930 Monday morning. Sunday morning comes around and test results are not in. We start panicking and calling the lab and going to Walgreens, calling the 1800 number as well. We specifically said the test is needed for traveling but no one there gives a shit. Bunch of clueless morons with blank expressions. Sunday morning we talked to someone working there in the pharmacy and FedEx didn't pick it up until Saturday evening. The specimen is sent all the way ACROSS the nation to TENNESSEE!! After they receive it, it'll then take 24-48 hrs for results. Any other covid tests we've taken have always delivered results in 1-2 days. Hawaii (Maui) has extremely strict covid rules that need a specific test (PCR/NAAT) which needs to be uploaded to a QR code. Forget going if you don't receive your negative test results in time because you will be quarantined on your vacation even if you receive it later. We scrambled trying to find a place which is at the airport and takes 12hrs to 2pm the following day to produce results and that wouldn't make it for the morning flight. Tried to call Hawaiian airlines and was on hold for 2hrs with no one picking up. Hotel is non refundable and booked thru Expedia so no help or refund from them. The AEGIS lab as of this morning still has NOT received the specimen. It is past the 72 hrs required. I wish I read the other reviews prior to doing the covid test here!! I'm writing this to warn everyone else here to go with another place (not drugstore) for guaranteed results. I find it absolutely CRAZY and OUTRAGEOUS that it has to get sent all the way to a Tennessee lab when there's plenty here to do it. I have NO IDEA why HaWaii has chosen Walgreens as a place to do testing. STAY AWAY if you value your vacation time and money!! Never again

On…read moremy last visit, I was craving a bit of nostalgia so I was on the hunt for Taki Pix Fuego (everyone's been raving about them being the vegan version of Hot Cheetos). I checked the Safeway next to Petco Sunnyvale after my Bay Area Cats volunteer shift, but they didn't have them, so I stopped here on my way home. I thought they were out of stock too, but I ended up finding 3 bags hidden behind the Takis Pickle Punch chips. They didn't have the small hand carts. They only had the big push carts, and since I only needed 3-4 items, it seemed super inconvenient to have to push a large cart. I wandered around the store looking for a small cart and eventually found two at a checkout lane. Several people were walking around carrying their items in their arms because they couldn't find a small cart either. I typically use self-checkout as I find it more convenient. However, one time I came in the morning and the self-checkout was closed. The one staff member at the registers left to talk on her phone and was texting when she came back. She seemed a bit annoyed to be there. Other than that, service-wise everyone I've talked to when I stop by has been kind. I prefer Safeway Cupertino over Safeway Sunnyvale because it's cleaner and has a better layout. If they expanded their organic and vegan options, I'd probably come here more often since it's convenient location for me.

This is a great 7-11. I come here frequently and I really appreciate how their prices here are…read morecompetitive with stores like Safeway. I bought a gallon of milk here for around $5.59. A similar gallon of milk cost me $4.99 at Safeway but I had to drive 10 minutes to get to Safeway for that milk. To me this 7-11 is very reasonably priced and I really appreciate that. I also think it helps increase sales at 7-11 stores if they stay reasonably priced because people won't have a reason to drive all the way to a grocery store if they can get a short list of items at 7-11 for nearly the same price. Another thing that is great about this 7-11 is the customer service. I recently had to pay with quarters and at no point did I feel embarrassed about this while shopping here and that made me feel good. The team member working the cash register actually told me that they appreciate men paying in change because they need the change! I will say that it's a bummer that they don't take Apple Cash here though.

What an experience it was. They had different flavors from what we have back home. And they didn't have a lot of hot foods or spam musubi (haha). Instead they sold donuts and other snacks that I have never seen before. Everyone else got a small slurpee but I didn't want one. As I was looking around, I found the jackpot! On the soda dispenser I found horchata! Oh I love horchata. I went to a restaurant that served that to try and from that moment, every time I see a horchata, I gotta get it. We don't have that at all back home. So I made myself a cup of horchata. I drank a little but I was still really full from dinner so I kept it until the next morning. Still so good. The 7-eleven might be different but it was nice. Maybe I can convince my husband to take us back one more time before we fly home.
