When we were giving her the cash gratuity, it would've been good if she would've notified us we were also going to be charged on my card for the gratuity I think saying that we only ate 25% of the food we took from the buffet and watching how many people were leaving was a clear indication. The quality of the buffet was not great and I standby many items were being left out much too long and not being covered and protected, including the hot entrées and the casseroles.
