Very good chicken parmigiana sandwich with a side of broccoli, both were very good. Chicken sandwich with sauces, be careful the sauce is amazing but has a real kick of heat. Fast service and fair prices. Nice place for a salad and a good lunch. read more

Was not greeted from the second my co worker and I walked in. You went to the bar and just sat ourselves. It took several minutes for anyone to even come offer us a drink. Then they were out of most drink selections. Upon looking around the place just looked and felt dirty so didn't even want to order food. Do not recommend this place. read more

I give Ruby Tuesday 3 stars, or A-OK. We dined in for lunch on Friday, and had a pretty good experience. This was my first experience at a Ruby Tuesday, and I really liked it. I was very happy to see all of the COVID-19 precautions in place. Face masks were required when not seated at the table, and gloves were provided and required at the salad bar. I thought this was a very smart idea on how to safely keep the salad bar open! Every other table was blocked off, making social distancing very easy, even though we were the only customers in the restaurant. Our waitress was very kind, and came to our table often for drink refills, etc. The food itself came out in about 15 minutes which was great! The salad bar was very nice. There were a lot of options and fresh veggies. My issue was that a lot of the lettuce was quite brown, and it was hard to find fresh pieces of lettuce. The Vinaigrette dressing was also so disgusting that I had to go back and get an entire new salad. Our main order came out all right. I had the Soup of the Day, which was the Brocolli and Cheese Soup. My kid had the hamburger sliders with fries. A few minutes after his order came, the server brought him another plate of fries, saying "The kitchen felt like they didn't put enough on the last plate." I thought that this was very considerate. Good food that comes quickly! I like this place because it's usually not crowded, great location with entrance to the mall for shopping, and I can get a portion of food that's more than enough to be satisfied and even take some home. Sometimes our server is so blitzed out of her mind that she can't remember any of our orders, though, and so getting the wrong thing or extra things can be annoying sometimes, especially when I'm just trying to get in and out with my family. read more

We used to eat there a lot because you can get in and out quickly and we always have great service. The food... the food is just not very good. Over cooked rice and potatoes with bland meat. Every time my husband and I go here we choose Amber as our server and she's absolutely amazing, constantly checking in on us and asking if things are well, super polite, and fast service. She needs a promotion! You would think you go into a restaurant at 1600 and there was no one in there but you, that you'd get service in a respectful time? However I visited this restaurant and it took 12 minutes to get a soup order, there were at least 6 persons on the clock and the person who took the order had to ask the young lady to pour the cup of soup into the bowl. This is why people don't like spending time or money at these places. Being a corporate level restaurant manager, I'd love to see the labor and food costs at this location. Entered the restaurant and my hubby goes to the restroom. After approaching the host in an almost empty restaurant to be seated, I was told I had to wait for a while for a seat because a table had to be cleaned. I questioned that and gestured towards all the open, clean seating, which apparently jogged his memory or opened his eyes and he seated me at an open area. My husband joins me luckily for the host, cause he wouldn't have been so nice. The guy takes his drink order and promptly forgets. My husband goes for the salad bar, comes back, eats and waits for his drink. I sit waving a menu, cause it's 100 degrees outside and we're riding our motorcycle. Wait staff pass us by more than a few times until my husband stops one and asks who he needs to talk to in order to be served? The guy asks, "I don't know, who took your order?" OOPS, WRONG QUESTION! My husband is now on retired-Army-take-no-prisoners mode (not to mention it's Memorial Day). He told the guy to get so one now or he'll go to the kitchen himself. The waitress who overheard, comes over post haste and takes our order. Took a bit too long for the appetizer I ordered to come out, and she never refilled my drink. Needless to say, we won't frequent this location again any time in the next hundred years. Having taught customer service for many years, I am amazed at And how many people have NO CLUE how to handle customers. All the waiter had to say was, "I'm sorry Sir, I'll take your order." It is Thursday June 13th 2019 it's a great day outside in Columbus Georgia so why not have lunch with your best friend at Ruby Tuesday and that is just what we did my best friend and I are enjoying a steak dinner / lunch at Ruby Tuesday one of our most favorite spots for ribeye steaks and that wonderful all-you-can-eat salad bar I like to say thanks to the staff who continues to keep that salad bar looking fresh and tasty and to The Grill Master I give you 10 thumbs up on how you grill those ribeyes you're awesome and most importantly I have to give it up to my girl the best server in Ruby Tuesday history is Stephanie d yes you guys must go down to Ruby Tuesday at the Peachtree Mall and see Miss Stephanie she is good at what she does she is fast she is friendly she is attentive she makes you laugh and she's just all around a great spirited person I know I have posted on Ruby Tuesday before but I have to keep giving props to miss Stephanie because she continues to do an outstanding job too many times we could take a moment out to call in a bad review to write a bad review to pass on information about something bad but this time and each time when Stephanie is around it's always a great time at Ruby Tuesday. Not fantastic. It was a long day of traveling and we wanted a sit down restaurant. The salad bar was great. My husband ordered fish and chips and the fish was over cooked. I ordered chicken-broccoli Alfredo. The flavor was ok--a bit on the bland side and the dish could have used more sauce overall--but it was more like a mild garlic-butter sauce than a creamy Alfredo. Ruby Tuesday is a place you can go to for food. Nothing more, nothing less. There are places that are much better, there are places that are much worse. It's good, not great. It won't wow you, but you will be satisfied. If you happen to be hungry and are close by, it's a good spot. Waitress had a tough time getting our drink orders right but probably a newbie. She was friendly and helpfuland if I'm correct in her being new, she'll be fine. Order for simple - I had the salad bar. Nothing great nothing bad about it. Everything fresh. The other order was three vegetables. They're all very good but one was not exactly what was ordered - not sure if that was a waitress a menu or cook error but it wasn't a disaster by any means. I love this Ruby Tuesday. I go there about 4 or 5 times a year, and they are consistently good -- good food, good service, clean, and conveniently located in Peachtree Mall. I usually go at lunch time, and my only suggestion would be to turn down the music volume just a tad. I usually lunch with friends, and the music is just a little bit loud for easy conversation. You would expect each visit to be the same, but of course each person that waits on you is different. I usually order to go. Sometimes I call ahead sometimes I don't. I called my order in today and a nice guy answered the phone and I told him I wanted to place a to go order and he said ok hold please. I was on hold for about 4 mins (give or take). Once someone finally picked up she was loud in my ear but maybe that's just her normal voice so that's fine (her name was Debi). Once I got there everything was fine it was pretty empty. I ordered a salad with my meal, and usually they give me this whole salad Togo box that has everything inside. She only gave me an empty box (so I had to ask someone else for the containers for the dressing). After I got my salad, my food was ready and sitting at the bar. I checked my food and thanked her.
