My parents LOVE Carrabba's! Came for lunch on a Wednesday for my Mom's birthday. Not crowded & the service was fast! Our server was friendly, attentive, & quick. Started with a Caesar salad and calamari. Both were delicious!! The Caesar salad was fresh and the dressing taste homemade. The calamari was also very fresh, seasoned & perfectly fried! Comes with a really good sauce. Enough for 4 people to share. I ordered the steak sandwich. It was my least favorite thing that I ate. The sauce was different, needed salt or some type of seasoning. I wasn't a fan of the steak either. My toddler enjoyed her kid's chicken tenders and fries. I wasn't able to sneak a few of her fries and they were very good! My sister ordered the Mezzaluna. It was very good as well. I was able to sneak several bites! The chicken was also very tender. My Mom ordered the cheesecake for her birthday dessert. We choose Carrabba's Italian Grill for lunch today to celebrate my wife birthday. We were waited on by Corey and staff of the restaurant. After sitting inside we decided that would like to enjoy the beautiful weather on the patio that Corey accommodated us. We had Mezullana and garlic lemon linguine. Everything was tasty especially with balsamic reduction for the food as part of lunch special and took takeout for dinner. Thanks Corey you made our celebration lunch fantastic with your suggestions. Our service was top notch from start to finish. My teenage daughter and I visited the day after Valentine's Day. The restaurant was dimly lit and there wasn't a ton of noise. Tori was our waitress and we absolutely loved her! I could tell by the service that they all worked together to enhance our customer experience. The drinks and bread came out quickly and our food followed shortly thereafter. We were so famished after attending a basketball game that I forgot to take a picture of my entrée. However, I will say the rigatoni Al forno with sausage was delicious. I don't usually Yelp since this was a local establishment for me but the service was so impeccable that I just had to show some love. Give this spot a try...You won't be disappointed! read more

Overall the customer service was amazing. The martini was a 10/10! Usually when I go to Italian restaurants I typically ask for a house salad but this I tried the Cesar salad. I highly recommend!! It was by far one of the best Cesar salads I've had. The scenery is nice and elegant. I sat at the bar which is first come first serve. The lobster ravioli was good but it could have been better. This is not a shareable dish so I suggest ordering something else to go with it if you have a big appetite. I would come to this restaurant again but would try another dish. Came here for our anniversary. Put in a drink and appetizer order and then never saw our waitress again. She never came back to the table. After about 30 minutes I got up and found her. Said, "Excuse me, ma'am, but I think you've forgotten about our table." Her reply was that the table next to ours, a party of 2 which we'd seen her return to 5 times (we started counting as each time we thought she was coming back to us, but she wasn't) had "a lot of questions." I told her I understood that, but that we'd been waiting for about half an hour to even order (in a restaurant that was only half full), and she literally shrugged me off. She offered no real apology, she offered no means of making it up to us, she didn't even say she'd come to the table to take our order. So I requested a different server. The new server was kind and prompt. The restaurant wasn't busy, and he had the food ordered and on the table within 15 minutes. Manger came over. I told him what happened, and he did nothing other than offer an "I'm sorry that happened." No comps. No desert offer for our anniversary. Nothing. The food, once it came, was fine, but we won't be back. The poor service was a damper on a special day. read more

Carrabba's reminded me of a restaurant that we had back on the West Coast called Pasta Pomodoro they abruptly shut down and we were not able to go back and enjoy our favorite foods from this restaurant. Bummer... Who would've thought that me moving to Columbus and try and Carrabba's about 10 years later it would still remind me of Pasta Pomodoro?! I just cannot get enough! The service was impeccable even though it was super busy we were always attended to us definitely had enough bread and water. I had the worst meal I ve had in a very long time. I ordered the chicken pollo rosa. It came out with a think gravy consistency. My side of pasta was freezing cold. The broccoli was good. We were there over 2 hours. The waiter offered us dessert because the wait was so long. He then forgot about it. I begged for my ticket. I will never ever go back there. Server was too occupied with all of the customers and being understaffed. I asked for to go boxes, she brought them and 2 bowls- I had soup (Sicilian, hot, finally!) When she was putting down the bowls she asked if I wanted one or two. I replied, "2, so I can put my Gorgonzola Ranch in one." She left me one and walked away. Not my favorite for ambiance. Overall, it was decent. Our server, josh, we didn't see but a couple of times. The server takes your order then someone else brings your drinks and then someone else brings your food so really who's taking care of you is this a everybody take care of everybody thing I'm not sure. Now as far as the ambiance, we set outside then it was a lovely fall day wind was a little breezy but dealable. Now as far as the food goes, husband got the chicken parm with a side of Alfredo and the Rosemary parmesan fries. I got the crab cakes and the shrimp and scallop linguine with vodka sauce. Husband's chicken was a touch on the dry side and on the fries, you really don't taste the Rosemary and parm unless you get a fry that is absolutely coated with it overall for him it was decent. The crab cakes are absolutely delicious the linguine dish the scallops were beautiful but the shrimp were slightly overcooked. We, my wife and I, have ordered to-go here twice in the last month. The food has been excellent except the last time our greek salads were only lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese. The food service was absolutely terrible. We waited over an hour and half to even see our food come out. My salad sat at the salad bar for 20 minutes and I could visually see the waitress grab it. Just placed and received a horrible take out order, will not be visiting this location in the future. The quality of the food has really suffered tremendously. The marsala sauce was as runny as water,it was horrible. The chicken was cooked earlier and reheated. I know because I've worked in many kitchens. The mashed potato were bland This is really sad that the quality food has really decreased in recent years at this concept. First time ever going to Carrabba's. My nephew and I sat at the bar and ordered our meal. Service was terrible. Had to ask if they served bread. He brought us bread and it had a funny taste to it. Did not even finish the one slice of bread. Our waiter never did check on us after the food arrived, of which, I never received the broccoli I ordered. I had the lasagna. It was nothing special. Told my nephew that Stouffer's lasagna tasted better and had more meat in it. I'm retired and eat out a lot. I will not be going back to Carrabba's. I went there with 15 family members on a Saturday mid afternoon . My grandson ordered a dish that included scallops , they didn't have any . I ordered Buffalo Trace off the bar menu ...out . I shifted to Elijah Craig ...out . Aside from that , the service at the table was very good , at the bar , unfriendly and unprofessional . The food that we ordered was very good , the lasagne rocked as did the lobster ravioli and veal was on point . I will go back if for nothing the lasagne and great table service . This Carrabbas has their Corona Curbside Pickup system down perfectly! You just call and order, or order on their website. They first bring you your order, then you check. You can either pay it as if you were in the restaurant, or contactless on the app. The food was to die for. I enjoyed the Mezzaluna, which came with a Caesar salad. Surprisingly enough, this restaurant is still open for dine in. That kind of concerns me. Anyhow, I still recommend this Carrabbas location for curbside pick up. read more

I came here today after visiting the National Civil War Naval Museum. I was a little early for dinner however, I was just in time for Happy Hour appetizers. I did not realize this until my waitress told me so. I order caprese tomatoes with burrata mozzarella. It was so light and the perfect beginning to my meal. I then ordered one of the spring specials of Angel hair primevera with chicken but with gluten free pasta. My side was the Mama's Chicken soup without pasta. All of my food came out at the right temperature. It was all spaced correctly so I never had more then one plate at a time which given that it was just me was amazing. Massive kudos to my waitress who managed this feat. She also managed to keep my water full at all times and was so polite and helpful. I defintely recommend the special because all of the vegetables in it were fresh and spring like. There was the right amount of chicken in the dish. The sauce was so good. I will probably try to come back and try the pasta again because it was so good. I will probably be back to this location when I'm back on travel in the area. read more

Didn't expect much from a chain but we were pleasantly surprised. My fiancé got the Bryan chicken and was obsessed with it. He said it was the best chicken dish he's ever had! My MIL got the eggplant parm and thought it was pretty good. I have a gluten allergy was happy to see "gf" labels on the menu. I ordered the Alfredo with GF pasta and a side Caesar salad. Our server, Judy (I believe), was such an angel. She was so sweet and knew all about GF, which made me feel comfortable. Food was really good but I got so sick afterwards. I know there's always a risk with a shared kitchen but I'm usually not this sensitive :( Overall a great experience but next time I'll try something safer. read more

Now we remember why we have not been back here in over 3 years. The service was bad, the food was so-so. We were seated and waited 15 minutes until a server came over and asked if we had placed our order. I said does it look like we did with no drinks, bread, and the menus on the table. The server looked confused. I said we would like water to start. Then he brought the water and we ordered. The food arrived and we were both out of the water and were told just a second, 10 minutes go by, and nothing. I asked for the check and paid and we left. Worst experience ever. The only person who even cared was the catering manager. Our server was combative, neglected to find out answers regarding a food allergy ingredients, refused to ask for help ringing in orders and just punched in what he thought we should have. When we asked orders to be corrected the kitchen began throwing dishes and yelling in the customers view. Food quality was poor, not at all what we have grown to expect. Catering manager did comp our food but waiter was to busy complaining about our filet steak upgrade, our food allergy and the audacity of our table to have specific orders to bring our tab for drinks. Sad thing is i was standing there waiting to give him a substantial tip but after hearing him talk so poorly about us for several minutes we opted not to tip at all. Fettuccine carrabba did not taste good for some reason. Tasted like they used a very sharp cheese...I loved the bread with oil dip and the service was great. My mom did not like her chicken parm but I thought it tasted pretty good. The rest of our family said they enjoyed their meal.
