Tori was our waitress and we absolutely loved her! I could tell by the service that they all worked together to enhance our customer experience. Overall the customer service was amazing. The martini was a 10/10! Usually when I go to Italian restaurants I typically ask for a house salad but this I tried the Cesar salad. I highly recommend!! It was by far one of the best Cesar salads I've had. The scenery is nice and elegant. I sat at the bar which is first come first serve. The lobster ravioli was good but it could have been better. This is not a shareable dish so I suggest ordering something else to go with it if you have a big appetite. I would come to this restaurant again but would try another dish. Came here for our anniversary. Put in a drink and appetizer order and then never saw our waitress again. She never came back to the table. After about 30 minutes I got up and found her. Said, "Excuse me, ma'am, but I think you've forgotten about our table." Her reply was that the table next to ours, a party of 2 which we'd seen her return to 5 times (we started counting as each time we thought she was coming back to us, but she wasn't) had "a lot of questions." I told her I understood that, but that we'd been waiting for about half an hour to even order (in a restaurant that was only half full), and she literally shrugged me off. She offered no real apology, she offered no means of making it up to us, she didn't even say she'd come to the table to take our order. So I requested a different server. The new server was kind and prompt. The restaurant wasn't busy, and he had the food ordered and on the table within 15 minutes. Manger came over. I told him what happened, and he did nothing other than offer an "I'm sorry that happened." No comps. No desert offer for our anniversary. Nothing. I had the worst meal I ve had in a very long time. I ordered the chicken pollo rosa. It came out with a think gravy consistency. My side of pasta was freezing cold. The broccoli was good. Carrabba's reminded me of a restaurant that we had back on the West Coast called Pasta Pomodoro they abruptly shut down and we were not able to go back and enjoy our favorite foods from this restaurant. Bummer... Who would've thought that me moving to Columbus and try and Carrabba's about 10 years later it would still remind me of Pasta Pomodoro?! I just cannot get enough! The service was impeccable even though it was super busy we were always attended to us definitely had enough bread and water. Overall, it was decent. Our server, josh, we didn't see but a couple of times. The server takes your order then someone else brings your drinks and then someone else brings your food so really who's taking care of you is this a everybody take care of everybody thing I'm not sure. Now as far as the ambiance, we set outside then it was a lovely fall day wind was a little breezy but dealable. Now as far as the food goes, husband got the chicken parm with a side of Alfredo and the Rosemary parmesan fries. I got the crab cakes and the shrimp and scallop linguine with vodka sauce. Husband's chicken was a touch on the dry side and on the fries, you really don't taste the Rosemary and parm unless you get a fry that is absolutely coated with it overall for him it was decent. The crab cakes are absolutely delicious the linguine dish the scallops were beautiful but the shrimp were slightly overcooked. Didn't take a picture of the wings (great taste but had to ask them to heat them up because by the time I got them they were cold); the ribeye (spouse said it was fine, but no better than Longhorn's); or the side of broccoli (which was not great and also cold by the time it arrived.) Server was too occupied with all of the customers and being understaffed. I asked for to go boxes, she brought them and 2 bowls- I had soup (Sicilian, hot, finally!) We, my wife and I, have ordered to-go here twice in the last month. The food has been excellent except the last time our greek salads were only lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese. Did not even finish the one slice of bread. Our waiter never did check on us after the food arrived, of which, I never received the broccoli I ordered. I had the lasagna. It was nothing special. I went there with 15 family members on a Saturday mid afternoon . My grandson ordered a dish that included scallops , they didn't have any . I ordered Buffalo Trace off the bar menu ...out . I shifted to Elijah Craig ...out . Aside from that , the service at the table was very good , at the bar , unfriendly and unprofessional . This Carrabbas has their Corona Curbside Pickup system down perfectly! You just call and order, or order on their website. They first bring you your order, then you check. You can either pay it as if you were in the restaurant, or contactless on the app. The food was to die for. I enjoyed the Mezzaluna, which came with a Caesar salad. I came here today after visiting the National Civil War Naval Museum. I was a little early for dinner however, I was just in time for Happy Hour appetizers. I did not realize this until my waitress told me so. I order caprese tomatoes with burrata mozzarella. It was so light and the perfect beginning to my meal. I then ordered one of the spring specials of Angel hair primevera with chicken but with gluten free pasta. My side was the Mama's Chicken soup without pasta. All of my food came out at the right temperature. It was all spaced correctly so I never had more then one plate at a time which given that it was just me was amazing. Massive kudos to my waitress who managed this feat. She also managed to keep my water full at all times and was so polite and helpful. I defintely recommend the special because all of the vegetables in it were fresh and spring like. There was the right amount of chicken in the dish. The sauce was so good. Didn't expect much from a chain but we were pleasantly surprised. My fiancé got the Bryan chicken and was obsessed with it. He said it was the best chicken dish he's ever had! My MIL got the eggplant parm and thought it was pretty good. I have a gluten allergy was happy to see "gf" labels on the menu. I ordered the Alfredo with GF pasta and a side Caesar salad. Our server, Judy (I believe), was such an angel. She was so sweet and knew all about GF, which made me feel comfortable. Food was really good but I got so sick afterwards. We were seated and waited 15 minutes until a server came over and asked if we had placed our order. I said does it look like we did with no drinks, bread, and the menus on the table. The food arrived and we were both out of the water and were told just a second, 10 minutes go by, and nothing. I asked for the check and paid and we left. Worst experience ever. The only person who even cared was the catering manager. Our server was combative, neglected to find out answers regarding a food allergy ingredients, refused to ask for help ringing in orders and just punched in what he thought we should have. When we asked orders to be corrected the kitchen began throwing dishes and yelling in the customers view. Food quality was poor, not at all what we have grown to expect. Catering manager did comp our food but waiter was to busy complaining about our filet steak upgrade, our food allergy and the audacity of our table to have specific orders to bring our tab for drinks. Sad thing is i was standing there waiting to give him a substantial tip but after hearing him talk so poorly about us for several minutes we opted not to tip at all. I encourage the manager to expand their horizon regarding hiring, considering their hostess should be fired. We were neglected and made to feel like a burden, while she sloth glided across the restaurant ghostly looking for something to do other than sit us. I answered the restaurants phone for her voluntarily without pay. The ambiance felt like a church gathering, actually maybe a cult. The orchestral music and dark lights gave me an eerie feeling. Kinda lost my appetite. Once seated, we had strange interactions with customers. One lady and her daughter came and stared at us and our food, and also glided away after we gave the stank eye in return. Played even more into my idea that we were in an underground cult meeting. I think my dog would enjoy the mozzarella sticks more than I did, hence why I ordered a to-go box. Definitely not for my chicken parmesan. Looking at it gave me the creepy crawlies and my mom ended up sharing her fettuccine with me instead. Overall it was an extremely awkward and disappointing first-time visit.
