When we were giving her the cash gratuity, it would've been good if she would've notified us we were also going to be charged on my card for the gratuity I think saying that we only ate 25% of the food we took from the buffet and watching how many people were leaving was a clear indication. The quality of the buffet was not great and I standby many items were being left out much too long and not being covered and protected, including the hot entrées and the casseroles. To my surprise, the menu featured a crab cake burger with sweet potato fries. I really wanted to try the schnitzel, which sounded delicious, but the burger was calling my name. It didn't disappoint. It was moist and flavorful. The bun had a very slight crispness to it that was just so appealing. Paired with the homecut sweet potato fries, I had a real birthday treat for my dinner. I have to also mention my baba ganoush appetizer was fabulous as well. And to top it off, my server, Janie, was a delight. She even brought me a birthday surprise!
